I bought preeti blue leaf as I was visiting my husband in Canada. I have been using this product now for more than 20 days now… product came in good condition. It comes with many attachments. 1 small dry grinder good for dry masala grinding, 1 1 ltr wet grinder for all grinding purposes. (I have used this utensil the most)… being a south indian we cannot do without idli dosa and am happy to say that the idli batter comes out very nicely. Also u can grind different chutneys in this jar nicely…. we have 1 more juice extractor and juicer attachment which I have not yet used but I liked this product very much….however the mixer makes much noise and knob is a little tight( maybe because its new).. also the small dry grinder utensil is a steel jar with plastic covering. It is a little hard to wash the jar once used as the masala gotten in the sides is difficult to wash….overall a very good product and serves the purpose

Noise level is high but it is unavoidable to any mill.It is an excellent machine, easy to handle, easy to clean. Not accompanied with unwanted accessories. I can vouch this machine is the best of kind in the world. I have used blenders made in Japan, Europe, America (120v), China etc., Earlier, in the 1980s, Sumeet was the best blender. Now Preethi is the king of kitchen. I may suggest the manufacturer to remove the tag “COMMERCIAL” on XPRO model. I purchased this machine for my home use. I already own a Preethi Zodiac with so many compulsory accessories. The accessories should be optional. The manufacturer should make the spares of all models of blenders (gaskets, couplers, jars etc) available on e-commerce store. It’ll be great if the manufacturer produce XPRO model in 120v for the Americas. I’m glad to say this XPRO blender has replaced my wet grinder.

Ordered this after my mixer grinder which I got from India broke and this serves the purpose for Indian style of cooking. It’s compact so does not take much space in the kitchen and grinds almost everything that goes in. Highly recommended.

Writing this after 1.5 years of continuous use. My mother is obsessed with mixing and grinding. Uses mixer a lot (daily). This product is a beast. Works wonders in minutes. Very powerful and easy to handle. It is not expensive for the job it does. Definitely worth the money.Spare parts and jars are available. Although it didn’t get any issue as of now, It could be repaired easily by service centers and local shops. The jars are enough and voluminous. Highly recommended.

The product is good, no doubt, and we were using it for a number of years in India. So when that started to leak a bit, got a new one exactly like the previous one here in UK. The only difference with the new one was that it came with a UK plug. Possibly retrofitted here in UK. Unfortunately, after a couple of weeks of use, the cable broke and the raw copper wires were visible. It was a electrical hazard with danger of electrocution. We returned the product for a refund. Outside of this experience, I will still recommend the product.

I bought it to US , it comes with US wall plug no additional adapter required.This we r using it to grind idly raise also, it faster than grinder.

A spark at the wall socket on the second use and it stopped working. Reset button at the bottom doesn’t fix the problem. It’s costs more than the purchase price to repair it in USA. Not worth the hassle. They should do a better job at testing their units with 110v.

This mixer/blender does its job well. However, it is messy to use because the lids are not leakproof and the contents , when you first put it on, can spatter all over the place.

I recently purchase Cookwell Bullet Mixture which was timely delivered, but it was not in Amezon packet, the delivery boy said that it got torn on the way, upon checking the box I found that all items were intact and therefore it was accepted. Anyway, the Mixture is very good in performance but we have to follow the instruction not to run the machine for more than one minute continuously. The Cookwell Bullet Mixer Grinder boasts a sleek and sturdy design which seems true as per my liking. The mixture is available in three colours, I purchased the silver one. The size seems to be good, the multiple jars and blades are quite useful for blending smoothies or shakes, making purees, and even chopping vegetables and chutneys.After using for some time I found that one of the blade was leaking, upon complaining in whatup the blade was quickly replaced within 4-5 days. The company provides good service and replacement policy is also good. It has completive prizing and it’s worth the price. I personally found the blender quite convenient to everyday cooking.

It does everything a household mixer grinder must do.Doesn’t break/crush the ice though in milk shake or alone.Compact , great for people living away from home

Here’s my experience:a) Its powerful motor blends small quantity items very efficiently.b) It looks very stylish on my kitchen counter.c) Comes with various cups and lids, making it perfect for a range of uses from smoothies to a small ginger.d) When I had a very minor issue with one of the jars, I contacted the Customer service, they responded within minutes, understood the issue, when it was determined that the cup needed to be replaced, they promptly sent a new one free of charge. They followed up to ensure everything was working perfectly and that I was satisfied.

After a year of use, I noticed a burning smell coming from the machine. However, a quick call to customer support resolved the issue. Since it was still under warranty, they promptly replaced it, and the new machine is working perfectly.
