Update: this is 19/08/2019 now and still the issue is not resolved frm Amazon side they are still mentioning in the product that they have 6 months warranty but this product is not in any warranty please look at the reply from Preethi side. This is a complete fraud from Amazon sideWe purchased this product in Refurbished as it was having difference of over 2000/- then the price for new one. We checked everything in and out of this product that we can when we received and tested this as we can with liquid and solid items. Now when we used this for few times during last few months we came to know that the part we marked in the image was fixed with FeviQuick kind of solution and it came out after using few times with liquid items.1) The items are fixed with FeviQuick2) you will eat the material which we be coming out of this fix3) You cant return this product after warranty period. As it can not cover plastic material products as they believe you have broken it.Please ignore purchasing Refurbished plastic products as they can be fixed with solutions and it will be fine for few days and will be coming off solutions after return duration ends.former Faithful amazon user

Overall usage of the product is good, all the jars are very useful and specially master chef jar helps in everyday chopping, grating of vegetables process – 5star for just that addition.Noise – Noise is too much compared to other mixer grinders and very Loud, but one good thing quickly completes the grinding process, so doesn’t matter unless it’s a very quite space.Best thing is can prepare various stuffs like Idly or dosa batter with 1ltr jar and with master chef jar can make chappati dough within a minute.Product is good for overall use but not great, compared to the previously using Preethi blue leaf mixer grinder. It was having minimal option with great usage, Zion has multi purpose but it’s not great.

As always preethi is amazing,Good model mixer grinder.Happy with the product. Preethi should consider reduce the noise level. compared to the foreign competitors sound and the rubber washer quality to be increased.Overall its worth to buy.

Bought this in 2018, the jar handles disintegrated and my jar doesn’t have handles since 2021.The jars leak, and are hard to remove from the mixer after using given its got no handle. The processing functions are equally disappointing and a let down.Writing this review since I was searching for jar replacements.Overall, a very shiny product but not at all value for money. You’re better off with other brands.
