Best product, quality is amazing considering 500w motor. I make Dosa batter and it’s smooth. It can grind pepper and cardimom in seconds to make it a powder. Noise level is fine since you don’t have to run it for long time. It has been 2 weeks I am using it. Jar quality is good and available in multiple sizes. You need European connector to use here. It’s 2 pin round sized point, would not work in Sweden without connector. Easy to clean jars

Packaging was damaged.. looks like someone did it intentionally to look inside the box. The grinder is good and works properly but I don’t know that if I was supposed to get warranty card or not . Because there weren’t any warranty card. Three prestige mixer grinder is really good with 3 mixer grinder jars and works perfectly. Although it makes a little sound it’s noisy a bit.. but I guess that’s ok for mixer grinder to have a sound. Yes it arrived broken but is going to be replaced. Still I got to have a look at the contents, here are the details:-1. There are 2 steel jars with 6 blades and another 2 plastic jars for fruit mix and juices.2. The quality of steel used and plastic is good and the build quality is good. Well planned.Tip: don’t use the fruit jars to grind dry spices because scratches can occur in the plastic jars.3. There are alot of lids . All plastic though good engineering. The lids for steel jars is good with rubber to keep the contents from spilling. Holds the cap in place very well. Other 3 caps are given; one with the blades that fits into both plastic jars ; one with no holes that also fits in both plastic jars and another that has holes in it that fits into both the plastic jars.Didn’t understand it’s use case though.4. The motor is 500w and pretty strong and It was written by the manufacturer that the smell of copper burning would be noticed because it’s varnish would melt though I didn’t get to try the motor because the product was damaged.5. Appearance was good as well . If it’s put in your kitchen then it increases the kitchen vibe you get . I really like the design but they could have used a better plastic for the body . The one I got(which was damaged) was damaged pretty easily. I saw the small pieces of plastic coming off of it .6. Warrenty : Recommended to buy this one but the seller should also list the things covered in the warrenty. They don’t have anything about that written but I hope they do list it. It just puts off some weights off our shoulders.Overall a good package if you want a mixer grinder for Rs. 1399 . This one won’t work properly

Very bad quality product. Unfortunately checked after 7 days of purchase hence return window closed. Product is unused and is received in damaged condition. Registered a complaint with USHA Care few days back but till date no response. SMS received after complaint had a service center name and contact number, when I called on that number person over there told me that its a wrong number and they do not work for USHA. I reported this to USHA care tollfree number and they have only that contact with them and hence they are clueless what to do but told me they will arrange some technician. Its pathetic when they can’t give service in Delhi NCR how can they provide service anywhere else in INDIA. Moreover selling poor quality product at High price. Better quality mixers with low brand value are available in less than half the price of this mixer on Amazon and Flipkart and other online stores.

Best performance and best price

This used to be a very good mixer grinder when I first bought it five years ago. But they have made many changes to the product since then. After the previous mixer grinder died, I bought the same model again six months ago. To my disappointment, the product doesn’t work at all like before. It makes a lot of noise. It takes a lot of time to grind dry spices. There is also a lot of leakage from the chutney jar which is now much smaller in size. The jars no longer have handles. The lids do not close properly as there is no gasket to secure the lids properly. Orient has cut too many corners with this product reducing what was once an exceptionally good mixer grinder to a completely substandard product. Will not repurchase from Orient again.

This product is not really trustable due to the following reasons, with respect to my personal experience -1. While operating the product the Product’s covering (outer cover of the Mixer) got damaged. Since the product’s return date was already gone, but still under Warranty, we had to contact the Bajaj Service Centre. At first, the Customer care people didn’t registered the complaint, however, at a later stage, when after a lot of troubles being caused, and a lot of calls being made from our end, the complaint was successfully registered.2. The complaint registered was designated to a person from the Bajaj Service Centre, Jaipur. The Service Centre person was extremely rude and didn’t replied to the queries. At first, it was told that replacement cannot happen, however, after various arguments, we were able to get it registered for replacement.3. We tried contacting the Service Centre again for this one, because the replacement was supposed to come within 10-15 days of the receipt date (as told to us). It was also told that the Service Centre will call us, but it didn’t happen, so we had to call them on our own.4. The Service Centre Jaipur person didn’t picked up the call 3-4 times on one day (at different hours) and when called again the next day, he didn’t picked it up. After which, we had put a message over Whatsapp. To which he asked to call again.5. This time he picked the call up, but was very rude while answering the questions such as – What are the closing hours of the shop?. And when we asked “What are the opening hours?” He just cut the call, without listening to the question or probably he didn’t wanted to entertain any questions.6. We are yet to receive the replacement. It is because for online purchases Bajaj doesn’t allow home delivery of replacement products. So, we ourselves have to go and take the replacement product from their Service Centre in Jaipur.

Average product.Ordered a mixer grinder which have 2 year brand warranty but after 2-3 uses, it’s rotary knob is broken and i am unable to use mixer.Raised service request and called there customer care number many times. They say that out agent will connect in 24-48 hours.But still no reply or communication from Orient even after more 4-5 days passed.They are not even sharing there service centre location, so that i can go there and get my mixer repaired.Note : Got call for Home service repairs and repair done after 6 days.

If there was negative stars I could have given that.My old mixer also was Philips, I used it for 12yrs with some minor repairs and jar replacement. I trusted the brand very much and didn’t even think twice to order another mixer from Philips. But I regret my decision..I couldn’t even believe such a bad product from Philips and searched what happened to the company. I can see that Philips domestic appliances was acquired by another company in 2021 and then renamed to Versuni India Home Solutions. I am not sure whether the quality degrade happened after this.Pros: NONE.Cons1. The jar lid won’t hold up. You have to hold the lids very tightly, else you will get free painting on your walls2. You won’t be able to hold the lids because you have to close your ears with your hand due to the noise level.3. Even if you keep some cotton in your ears and hold the lids, it may break up due to the poor quality of plastic used.

Quality is really good, and 750 watts is always the best choice for a mixer grinder. In the past, I have used Philips, and the durability was good for a long time. Hence, again I chose this brand, and it never disappointed me jar size is also perfect.

I am extremely disappointed with this product. It initially seemed to work, but by the third use, it completely stopped functioning. This clearly indicates poor quality and lack of durability. I expected much better performance, especially given the price and the product description. Unfortunately, it has been a frustrating experience, and I feel that my money was wasted.I strongly advise others not to purchase this product, as it does not meet even the most basic expectations of reliability and functionality.

The Bajaj GX-1 Mixer Grinder is compact, powerful, and easy to use. It handles everyday grinding tasks like chutneys, masalas, and smoothies really well. The 500W motor is decent for a small family. Jars are sturdy and the blades are sharp. Noise level is normal for this range. Overall, a great budget-friendly option!

I purchased this product 11 months ago, and the outer plastic body has developed a crack due to regular usage vibrations. The crack is at the jar fitting area, making the product unusable. When I contacted the company, they claimed it’s “physical damage” and refused to cover it under warranty.This kind of damage from normal use should not happen if the product is of good quality. It seems like this is not a genuine manufacturer but rather a brand importing generic products from China and selling them under their own label.Think twice before buying. Poor durability, no after-sales support, and no accountability.

Got military series with 1000 wattage motor. We regularly use the mixie for dosa batter and making various chutneys (with groundnut and coconut).Saw a lot of negative reviews, realised people use low wattage mixers for heavy use (such as making Dosa batter/masala-chutney!) mixers with 500/750 wattage are cheaper than 1000W ones. Ignore such kind of reviews (that use 500/750 wattage mixers for heavy duty stuff!).This is a very good mixer, powerful motor that makes dosa batter/chutney making easy. Have not faced any issue like excessive noise, burning smell or smoke (if you use low wattage ones for heavy load this is bound to happen!). In fact, chutneys and batter making is very quick. Earlier we were using 750 watt one and that required frequent cooling off breaks.The quality of jars with food grade stainless steel is very nice. Jars are chunky and heavy, assuring quality. Plastic quality (jar lids, main body) is also very good and doesn’t scratch easily. Jar sealents/rubber quality is also good. The main motor is heavy that renders the mixer stable and easy to use.Blade design is very good. The chutney jar blades are designed in such a way that it is easy to empty and clean. Dosa batter/high capacity grinding blade is made in such a way that the grinding is fast and efficient. Blades are not sharp and the speed compensate for the grinding rather than sharpness of the blades. My experience with the Bajaj GX-1 has been extremely disappointing, and I feel compelled to warn others before making the same mistake.🔻 Major Issues:Pathetic Grinding Performance:Even with very soft ingredients, the grinding is terribly poor. You’ll end up checking the jar multiple times only to realize it’s still not done.Takes Triple the Time:Compared to my previous mixer grinder, this one takes three times longer to finish the same job. If you’re in a hurry or value your time, this is not the appliance for you.Weak Jar Lids:The lids are flimsy and do not stay tight. They feel unstable during operation, and I constantly worry about spills and mess. This is a serious safety concern, especially when handling hot or wet items.🚫 Final Verdict:This is hands down one of the worst kitchen appliances I’ve used. Poor performance, inefficient grinding, and substandard build quality make it a complete waste of money. The mixer is of good quality, but the jar blade is not adequate for fine grinding. It needs a four-prong (or four-blade) type blade.
