Cookwell Bullet Mixer Grinder (5 Jars, 3 Blades, Silver)

Mixer is functioning properly but as i mentioned its jar are strong enough. also if we want to purchase new jar comaptible to this mixer it is not available. after some heavy duty operation its coupler got damaged also small jar of 1 litre it is not fitting all into mixer due to loosening of rubber grip. i want to purchase new jar but not available in his scenario mixer is useless being good functioning.

Very easy and handy!

Initially good, but leakage issues. And hard to maintain. But it’s proportional to the price.

Very delicate. Not useful for regular and heavy use. Cord length is too small and not practical.

Nice Product, Powerful motor which blends at speed of 25000 rpm, made strawberry and orange juice. Also look wise it’s beautiful. Enjoyed juicing with family👍

Very good product in this price range. I bought it on July 2021 and till date it was working absolutely fine. But today it stopped working all of a sudden. So I contacted the customer care and one of their executive named Priya was assigned for my issue. She has given me a whatsapp number and asked me to send the invoice and photo of the product to that number. I did the same and very promptly she has forwarded me a video clip and asked me to follow the steps that were shown in the video. As I did that it started working again. Am really happy with the customer service of cookwell and special thanks to Priya. Keep it up.

Its a perfect blender for asian brown people,coz some of the spices we do like ginger,zerra,garam masalas they are very hard to blend on some of the blenders,but on this blender it blends like very smooth paste,and its easy to clean,very easy to use,really handy basically it’s a perfect blender what i was looking for❤️Only one 👆 its a perfect blender which beats even some of the expensive blenders in the market.

Got this and using it for almost 1 year.1st, due to some glitch in the blade got the inner rubber ring cut which was replaced very quickly without any if and but just through the whatsapp msg.2nd, very recently, teets of the blender motor and blade were broken and to my surprised rathar than changing the teeth and send it back they sent me the new blender, though due to some logistic mistake blade is yet to come and should reach in couple of days that too new one even after almost 1 year of use.The customer care executive PRIYA, specifically mentioning the name has been very sweet, swift in handling the problem and she is no question asked service rwsolution provider. Very quick decision making and action.For the service part of cookwell 5 star.For the blender 5 starFor blades, 3 and 4 star as the rubber of the products creates sometimes a problem and you need to be very careful while using, make sure first that its completely tight inside the ring.Guven the price its overall a wonderful buy, jars and all are quite fine just the ppastic quality of blades, inside, can be improved.From my side its a go get the product because of its service.

I bought this on 6Sep2021 and it worked just fine for a couple of months, then slowly the washer started wearing off and there was leakage every time we used the wet blade. The seal was off, I am now after a replacement jar, but cannot find just the jars. The power is not up to the mark. Not recommended for a family of 3. For the price, it’s definitely not worth it and will not recommend.

Waste of money

I had purchased cookwell bullet mixer grinder with 5 jars , product is good and served the purpose , I am writing this review after using it for 11 months, grinder works well and the base holder developed craks and had issue of water leakage, I connected the customer care addressed issue and shared invoice, they attended the raised complaint and solved the issue imeediately ,courier the base attachment and am satisfied with there service. Thank you for your quick service and followup.I would like to give 5 start, but will give 4 start for the creaks developed with in 12 month, Thanks you

This blender is worth for the price. Best part is it has 5 jars and also with sipper lid so that it’s easy to carry. Additionally, the froth blade is an added value to the product. Overall, a good blender for this price.

We bought and using this mixer for past 3 month. Blending and grinding are good even for small amount of things too.Also 2 jars got cracked as we contacted customer support and shared the images they immediately taken action and confirmed they will send replacement for the jars with warrenty.

It is easy to clean and obviously take less space, not that much noisy, the quality and quantity of jars is also good.

This is a very great product. Have used it for mixing my protein and making chutneys. I had personally taken it for it gives 5 jars and 3 blade at a discount.The jars were of great use in chilling the shakes inside the fridge.However, I had been dying to replace a chutney blade and the motor for some time now. The motor has slowed down considerably after 4 months of operation. The Customer support is bad; they rely on third party agents for pick-up and delivery and do not have a single proper interface to resolve issues.This is worth mentioning because a lot of other buyers have faced same or similar issues.

Very good design. Easy to operate.Highly recommended.This is my second mixer of Reco. First one used for around nine years… Still in working condition.

I’m writing this after using the mixer for to make some dry powder. It’s really did well in short span of time. Holding jars upwards/downward would not make any spillage. Cleaning is also very easy. I would definitely write another review after 1 or 2 months as actual usage will come into picture by that time.

So far, been working great. Perfect for making baby food puree. We even feed from the included jars only.Purees well, without much lumps.

Warranty registration is easy process and product quality looks promising and heavy.

I purchased this machine (Maxwell mixer grinder) it’s been game changer in my kitchen totally satisfied with product if you’re after mixer grinder that’s gonna hold up and get the job done so well ,you must buy it ❤️

First of all avoid purchasing these products online specifically with non recognised brands. Within 2 months of use, its armature burnt and since no local support company sent defective part by courier, more than 10 days wasted but since product quality is average so its armature burnt again with minimal usage. And customer support stop accepting call and denied for support. So 4500 rs wasted in 6 months. Don’t get trapped
