This is best at this price ( I bought it for 995rs) since it was refurbished. The jar cap was a little broken but good enough to work. Aesthetically it is nice and it works well too.The only problem that is quite disturbing is the plastic knob built inside of mixer which tears up with the constant use. It’s been 2 months since I am using it and it is still working well but I doubt if how long will it work?The service team is very helpful from Lifelong they replaced my jar which was not working.

Though the packaging was damaged but the product was not damaged I love that product so much . I gifted it to my mom and she was very happy to have this ,, it’s a value for money product,, remember it’s a refurbished one ,,but it seems to be new for me ,, thank you Amazon

Lightweight and the base does not stick strong because of which the mixer keeps moving and quite a hassle. The jar can get stuck after few uses found a hand trick as workaround.

This model is a waste product, getting struck frequently, I took it to a butterfly service centre, the service person immediately told me that I received a duplicate product and said it’s not worth to do service as the cost may go upto Rs.1400, and I paid Rs.2200 when I bought it. I dumped it in garbage truck.

The product does not run after switching on. I purchased it just 15 days back. I have shared video, invoice, warranty card, product serial number, photos, all the relevant documents with customer care on WhatsApp, phone, email. But no response from them. They keep replying to the email that your number is not reachable, however I don’t see any missed call. No response on WhatsApp or email even after escalation. It’s worst customer service.

After reading many reviews, I thought it was safe to purchase this item. However, the first blender that arrived was DOA and did not work at all. I had to return it. The next one arrived very quickly so I didn’t have to go long without a blender. The new one works. However, the blending speed is very very high on the lowest setting. It’s a little unnerving. The top on the small cup doesn’t have a good seal so my food items were escaping out of the lid. I guess for the price I got what I paid for. I would not purchase this item again.After using this blender for almost two months, I have a better opinion of it. It’s strong and grinds quickly and efficiently. Yes, one top isn’t sealed well but overall it’s a descent blender at this price point.

Yes it arrived broken but is going to be replaced. Still I got to have a look at the contents, here are the details:-1. There are 2 steel jars with 6 blades and another 2 plastic jars for fruit mix and juices.2. The quality of steel used and plastic is good and the build quality is good. Well planned.Tip: don’t use the fruit jars to grind dry spices because scratches can occur in the plastic jars.3. There are alot of lids . All plastic though good engineering. The lids for steel jars is good with rubber to keep the contents from spilling. Holds the cap in place very well. Other 3 caps are given; one with the blades that fits into both plastic jars ; one with no holes that also fits in both plastic jars and another that has holes in it that fits into both the plastic jars.Didn’t understand it’s use case though.4. The motor is 500w and pretty strong and It was written by the manufacturer that the smell of copper burning would be noticed because it’s varnish would melt though I didn’t get to try the motor because the product was damaged.5. Appearance was good as well . If it’s put in your kitchen then it increases the kitchen vibe you get . I really like the design but they could have used a better plastic for the body . The one I got(which was damaged) was damaged pretty easily. I saw the small pieces of plastic coming off of it .6. Warrenty : Recommended to buy this one but the seller should also list the things covered in the warrenty. They don’t have anything about that written but I hope they do list it. It just puts off some weights off our shoulders.Overall a good package if you want a mixer grinder for Rs. 1399 . (Currently as far as I know it’s the cheapest and best one you can get at this price)

Writing this review after 6 months.. The mixer started to smell burning after using some months. Since it’s under warranty I called customer service to submit repair request. Almost a week till now didn’t get any response. Whenever I call they says I will be receiving call today but everytime they just give me missed calls only and sent me email that I was not reachable if I say exactly they’re scamming people they will say someone will reach you but no one gonna call you.. Literally waste of time.. Just importing low quality products from China and rebranding in India that’s what they’re doing. Idc about that because most of the india companies doing the same thing but since I give importance to after service I purchased this mixer to check how there after service gonna work but disappointed I came to know that it’s pathetic. I was about to buy there premium product but I was concerned about the quality and service so I give this try by purchasing this mixer and see how it goes and I came to the conclusion they are focusing only on sales not service. I am also using there air fryer I don’t know when this gonna be stop working because it’s already showing issues like taking long time for cooking. I am not gonna call them for service to fix air fryer because I know it’s a waste of time once it’s completely dead I am going to throw it in garbage. Anyway It’s better go for some reputed brands like Philips who offers better service and quality products. Never ever gonna use this brand in my entire life also will inform this same to my friends and family too.

I have used Lifelong earlier, but this is a waste. The leg rubber is coming out, knob is not functioning, burning smell and most irritating other Lifelong jars don’t fit this.Don’t buy, it’s partial use and throw product.

Value for money

After one and a half years of continuous heavy-duty use of this product, the coil is gone (not working). I asked the local shop to repair the coil, which cost around 750 INR. I bought the Lifelong mixed for 999 INR.If anyone plans to buy this product, It will work up to 1 to 2 years based on our usage way (we rely on this mixie for continuous 1 and half year)

A value for money product. Grinding is absolutely good. But juicer and mixer are not that satisfactory thet take longer duration for their work. It is bit noisy. If u seeking a mixer for normal work not for heavy duty tasks this might be a value for money option especially for bachlors living alone.Post sale service by Lifelong is best.

It’s better to look for Activa or something else company mixer rather than this as it make a lot of noise and all the time you’ll have to reset to get this mixer works again. Also, the jar cap will not fit into this and will have to hold tightly whenever you’ll use this product. I am waiting disappointed because they are mixer jar was low plastic quality and not worth for reliability so not by this product This product is an absolute disgrace in the name of mixer grinder. A classic example of a non tested design of the machines being marketed by companies like Activa. While making paste of spices it will simply open the lid and spread the content all over the room. In my usage of 5 days 3 times it happened. It took me hours to clean the walls and the floor. Last time it contained chilies and it was spitted all over my body and eyes. I consulted the family physician to get rid of the burn like feeling which lasted for hours. Finally I decided to return the item. I would recommend to go for a more worthy brand like others.

Worst product ever. Do not buy this. It may seems good product in a comparatively cheap price. But it got broke after 4months of moderate using. And their customer service is horrible. They don’t even send a technician to see the issue even when the product is under warranty. They like to harass their customer by saying same thing everytime you call them. The Grinder Machine is Ok.The jar lids are not spill proof. Liquids spill out of the jars even when tightly closed and held tightly by hand pressure.The wet jar size is bigger than standard. Does not grind fully. Leaves small solid pieces even if you grind for a minute. Blade is not sharp enough or different kind of blade is required. e.g. Small pieces of Cucumber did not grind completely.The Dry Jar is much Smaller than Standard. Works well.Chutney jar is smaller than standard.Content spills out even when it is tightly held by hand pressure.Ok for the price. No after sales service. They are using a Whatsapp bot application for customer service which is designed to frustrate the customer and not provide the service.Cannot make Idli/Dosa batter.If buying this mixer also buy a good Universal stainless steel 1.2 liter jar with good quality blades offline. Can get for ₹350/- to ₹450/-.Also get a good Chutney Jar from the offline market with spill proof lid.This will complement the mixer to make Idli/Dosa Batter and Chutneys without spillage.

Just bought few months back from amazon, now Jug is not working, blades are not moving or rotating, its jammed completely. Needto get new Jug but don’t how can i get no, with 3 months money wasted for this item.

I had one of the worst experiences with this Lifelong mixer. I bought it from Amazon with the expectation that it would at least last for a decent period, but within just **one month of use**, the speed control button stopped working completely. A mixer is supposed to make life easier in the kitchen, but this product has only caused frustration and disappointment.To make things worse , neither we can claim a refund nor a replacement since i bought online from amazon. I am left stuck with a faulty product and zero support from the brand. This shows the poor quality and lack of reliability of the Lifelong brand.I would strongly advise others **not to waste money on this mixer**, as both the product quality and after-sales service are extremely disappointing.cant rate zero hence 1 rating
