I bought preeti blue leaf as I was visiting my husband in Canada. I have been using this product now for more than 20 days now… product came in good condition. It comes with many attachments. 1 small dry grinder good for dry masala grinding, 1 1 ltr wet grinder for all grinding purposes. (I have used this utensil the most)… being a south indian we cannot do without idli dosa and am happy to say that the idli batter comes out very nicely. Also u can grind different chutneys in this jar nicely…. we have 1 more juice extractor and juicer attachment which I have not yet used but I liked this product very much….however the mixer makes much noise and knob is a little tight( maybe because its new).. also the small dry grinder utensil is a steel jar with plastic covering. It is a little hard to wash the jar once used as the masala gotten in the sides is difficult to wash….overall a very good product and serves the purpose

I had purchased this product from India for use in Canada (110V version), was a bit apprehensive that I could not test it immediately after buying. I used it after traveling and it worked like a charm! I’m writing this review one year after using this almost on a daily basis – from typical cooking (onion/ginge-garlic paste/tomatoes etc) to smoothies (frozen berries etc), I found the product excellent and have no complaints. One feedback (not sure anyones listening 😉 ) is that the small jar is extremely versatile and powerful while the big one needs me to chop into smaller pieces to avoid chunks. The product looks good and performs well.

It is noisy, cheap plastic, difficult to use.Received with a broken cap and I don’t know if I have ever received a product with such bad quality. I could have bought either Bajaj or Phillips and call it a day.This makes too much noise. Very bad built.Stopped working after 2 weeke of use. Please avoid wasting your money on this. Go for anything but Preethi. Such horrendous product with zero use.

I wanted a SMALL chopper for nuts, and pureeing garlic and onions, and most choppers have big 400 or 500cl bowls so when I found the Wonderchef, with two small (plastic) containers I was pleased.But when it arrived it was fitted with a 2-pin plug for Continental Europe or USA, not UK, so I need a “travel adaptor” to use it in my kitchen. Also, the containers have 4 strengthening ribs running from top to bottom, but INSIDE the container, so it`s difficult to clean inside.It`s also alarming to use because to start, you press down on the container, and suddenly you have a big noise.I will keep it because I will only use occasionally, but I would not buy again, and would not recommend.

Ordered this after my mixer grinder which I got from India broke and this serves the purpose for Indian style of cooking. It’s compact so does not take much space in the kitchen and grinds almost everything that goes in. Highly recommended.

Writing this after 1.5 years of continuous use. My mother is obsessed with mixing and grinding. Uses mixer a lot (daily). This product is a beast. Works wonders in minutes. Very powerful and easy to handle. It is not expensive for the job it does. Definitely worth the money.Spare parts and jars are available. Although it didn’t get any issue as of now, It could be repaired easily by service centers and local shops. The jars are enough and voluminous. Highly recommended.

Good quality product but it is high sound

The product is good, no doubt, and we were using it for a number of years in India. So when that started to leak a bit, got a new one exactly like the previous one here in UK. The only difference with the new one was that it came with a UK plug. Possibly retrofitted here in UK. Unfortunately, after a couple of weeks of use, the cable broke and the raw copper wires were visible. It was a electrical hazard with danger of electrocution. We returned the product for a refund. Outside of this experience, I will still recommend the product.

A spark at the wall socket on the second use and it stopped working. Reset button at the bottom doesn’t fix the problem. It’s costs more than the purchase price to repair it in USA. Not worth the hassle. They should do a better job at testing their units with 110v.

This causes a lot of noise and water leaks from the jar. And imbalance movement of blades causes heating of motor. Smoke comes out when motor is in operation.Not value for money. I find it very helpful in my daily grinding and juicing function.it was very hard for me to make spices powder, but cookwell totally resolved my problem of dry grinding. after one year of use I had an issue of small break through which liquids were seeping, I contacted the customer care and the response was outstanding.They replaced with 2 new blades with in 3 days.The customer service is overwhelming.its easy to use and highly recommended.

Then please read my comment because even I have done the same and looking at cost factor and few positive reviews gave a thought to try this product and trust me it turned out to be a bad decision.I was satisfied thinking I have got a good deal and happily didn’t even open the product for two days to take a demo.Today on 22 May when I finally decided to squeeze out some juice from watermelon fruit then juice came out with plastic flavour and while grinding also i was literally inhaling plastic.It felt like a toy ,very delicate and could be dangerous.. Please please do not buy this item ,spend some good money and purchase the better product to avoid any unpleasant experience.Yes it’s cheaper but not worth it.I have request to Lifelong company as well to not build such dangerous product at such a cheaper price just to compete with ur competitor in the market to boost sales..Even if ur keeping ur cost low ,provide reliable product to your customer.We want grinder not a toy…Ur eatable will come out with plastic flavour which will immediately give you headache.Iam writing this review after taking tablet for headache.Thank you

The Grinder Machine is powerful: 4 StarsThe Big Jar: Plus point: Jar size is bigger than standard.Constraint: Play in movement. Needs 1 more washer to fix this. Can easily be fixed by any Mixer grinder repair service at nominal cost. Blade is not sharp enough or different kind of blade is required. Needs Improvement. Does not grind well. e.g. Small pieces of Cucumber did not grind completely.The Dry Jar is Smaller than Standard. Works well.The Chutney Jar works fine.

I bought this product from Amazon and found the small Jar is not fixing it properly on the mixer. It is very tight and I must push it very hard to place the jar. I discovered this defect when I tried to use first time today. Therefore, I have decided to return the mixer to Amazon.
