The product as such is really good. It does the job efficiently. But one bad experience within few days of using the mixer, its bushes started to wear out. Took to the service center got them replaced and the grinder’s shaft was re-aligned. I was told by technician as the shaft might had got de-aligned during transit. Not sure it was a manufacturing defect, but now it is one month working well.

I’m writing this review after one month of use.. It’s not noiseless but doesn’t make too much of noise like other brands. It Contains four Jars and Out of that juice jar is Not good in fitting. Rest of all really awesome.It’s really worth for your money. Go for itFinally Amazon packing was awesome and delivered it without any delays.

One can even try grinding lil stones n it perfectlydoes the job.. 😛But before considering this brand, Always know the difference between Butterfly matchless & Butterfly smart.. one can hardly notice the difference between these two ranges through images, but believe me Matchess is better than than the later. I’m very disappointed with butterfly company for ordering this bcz the delivered grinder is not working as expected, all the four jars were not sharpened. Very negligence while deliveeing the products. Now I need to reach the service centers for the servicing them, very sad and I pity on this product and I recommend not to buy this here onwards.

I Personally using it after I purchased from Amazon. I liked more butterfly mixer as compared to earlier another brand. Grinder I first time used but it so nicely grinding and fluffy your idli or dosa batter.

Warranty card with this product. when I called Butterfly customer care, they told me my warranty will be dependent on my invoice date and no need to worry about hard copy of it. Seller didn’t reply on query of warranty card even I chased him many time. Please be aware.
