The product as such is really good. It does the job efficiently. But one bad experience within few days of using the mixer, its bushes started to wear out. Took to the service center got them replaced and the grinder’s shaft was re-aligned. I was told by technician as the shaft might had got de-aligned during transit. Not sure it was a manufacturing defect, but now it is one month working well.

The performance was better when the product was bought. But when it came to 6 months, the features were really messing up. The sound the say is very less but but from the beginning onwards the sound is very annoying. The quality of the mixer grinder is perfectly good, but the performance is not so satisfying.Coming to the speed, in level one there’s a sound like whistling which is so irritating. But the speed of motor is fine and grind things a little bit faster. Material and look is very good but, if the performance also just increases , this can be a better one.But the price is a little higher while comparing with the performance. Excellent blades and does. Good job with all our Desi cooking needs. The only downside is the handles don’t seem to be sturdy, the edges in the bottom of the unit are sharp and can hence scrap your fingers when you are cleaning.

This model is facing a serious manufacturing design flaws….!.1) All of it jars are leaking from upside jar lid….. ( in middle of every jar lid there is a opening to see inside the jar…. This opening is closed by a plastic nest shape lid which does not have any rubber grip around it…. So it is very loose… When we try to use the jar…. Every thing inside the jar will leak through the side of this middle opening lid and spill all over the place……… It’s really a messy situation)2) In case Juice jar….. If we use juice jar without the middle extractor net….. Then the juice will spill all over the place through the bird beak shape drip opening of the juicer jar (opening used to pure juice in glass) and also the upper middle nest shape jar opening lid)3) Blades are not sharp enough.4) only….. small dry grinding jar does not face any problems……. while using it…….!.4) All the jar quality is good (thick and heavy) but the only problem is with its closing lids and blades are not that sharp………. It’s a manufacturing design flaw…… You can’t do nothing…..!. Because of this using………… this jars gives you a messy cleaning…..!.(it will definitely spill all over the places)And beware before buying with “Brandes Brothers ” seller…… Because they send me a used mixer grinder(with lot of scratches all over the places) and also without user’s manual and warranty card…..!.Note : Because of all this issues I return the product to Amazon…. The media could not be loaded. To be honest I read a lot of reviews before selecting this model. Whatever models I checked in this price range had a few negative reviews with similar complaints- cheap quality, cover doesn’t stay, broken/damaged product received etc. Finally chose this because of the Prestige brand and the marking of Amazon’s choice. Unfortunately, it was a waste of time.I returned it without using so can’t comment about usage experience but this was my experience- first time I opened the box, took out thw spatula and the cover that was placed at the top and immediately decided to order a replacement. They were full of dirt, and looked used.The replacement delivery and pickup of the old package happened at the same time. I opened the new package and then realised the old package also was misaing the user guide cum warranty card! The new package on the other hand looked new but was missing the spatula. Not a big deal for me but the delivery person suggested me to keep the spatula from the old package.I wish I checked the quality of the product first time itself. When I was unpacking the mixer I was surprised how cheap and low quality it can possibly be! But at the end when I lifted the main mixer unit that was the final nail. There was some loose part moving inside it. I’ve attached a video, not sure if the sound can be heard or not. I called Amazon who suggested to use it and try to see if it is working or not as I had 10 days to return. But after deliberation I decided to return it unused. Even if it worked, a moving part near motor is an accident in the making. I was surprised that in the box someone signed the quality checked ok stamp! If this is OK tested quality from Prestige I’ll rather avoid that brand.I read in few reviews people suggesting that companies are making special low quality product to sell online with low price point and standard ones for ofdline sell. I’m starting to believe that and will buy the mixer after physically checking that.However it will be unfair if I don’t mention how helpful Amazon was , they actually insisted me to leave a review so that they can adjust their recommendations and can alao take steps against the seller for delivering below par goods.At the end, I noticed one generic problem with every single mixer I checked even in high range products from Philips/Bosch. At least for the chatney jar and some time for all jars they are leaving exposed screws inside the jars. These ridges will accumulate leftover food particles which will be practically impossible to clean and hence this isn’t hygienic.

There is no proper customer service and they talk so rudely they expect us to pay service charges even when we have warranty. There are no proper service centers in Bangalore . I’ve been using the Prestige Iris 750W Mixer Grinder for the past 8 months. While the performance is good, the build quality, particularly the plastic coupler between the mixer grinder and the jars, leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, the coupler broke while I was chopping something on the night of 8th September 2024.I immediately raised a support ticket to claim the 2-year warranty, and a technician visited on 9th September 2024 to replace the coupler. However, I was shocked to find out that they charged me for the plastic coupler replacement, despite it being under warranty. After confirming with customer care, I learned that not all damages are covered by the warranty, which is frustrating as these issues are quite common.To add to my disappointment, I also own a Havells mixer grinder, and their warranty covers similar issues without a problem. Prestige’s use of low-quality materials and their limited warranty coverage is concerning. I would advise anyone considering this product to carefully read the warranty terms before purchasing.In my opinion, you’re better off looking for a brand that offers a more comprehensive warranty and better build quality.

I regret purchasing the Butterfly Mixer Grinder. The product I received was clearly used, as there were visible marks on the jar from previous use. This was a major red flag right from the start.On top of that, the dry jar didn’t work at all, which was extremely disappointing. A reputable company should check the quality of their products before selling them, but in this case, it seems that no quality control was done.Overall, this purchase was a waste of money, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this product. I recently purchased the Prestige Iris 750W mixer grinder(White and Blue) with high hopes, expecting a sturdy build and quiet operation. While it certainly outperforms my previous 500W mixer in terms of speed, I’m quite disappointed with its build quality and the inclusion of the unnecessary steel insert in the juice jar.Performance:- Speed: The mixer is impressively fast, significantly reducing preparation time.- Noise Level: While not completely silent, it’s still manageable.The jars look like they’ve been dropped and the finish isn’t good. I don’t understand why they put that metal thing in the juice jar. It’s not useful.

Buy this product if your usage is 2 minutes. If you need more time to grind anything even water please buy a different product. The motor gets extremely hot and trips. Post you press the reset button one needs to wait for 10-15 mins before the product cools and allows another 2 mins of run time.

The product is not worth buying. It’s been just a month of buying and Big Jar’s turing wheel has burnt off. Had a warranty of 2 years. So contacted Preethi customer service center for repair. They are not charging for service but asking for travelling charges of 200rs. For product of worth 3500rs , it’s not working for spending on servicing. No product replacement also.So sad

Purchased this mixer going by Prestige brand name and numerous positive reviews.- Quality of materials: the plastic seems flimsy. The steel gauge is so light and thin ,i wonder if it will last even a couple of months without dents. The edges are sharp, which is another sign of cheap construction and cutting corners. The lid seems to be made of cheap quality plastic.- Fit: the jars are so tight, that sometimes i need 2 people to twist the jar into place and even more difficult to take it off. I’m afraid the handle of the large jar will break off one of these days. The chutney jar has no handle , it is even more difficult to twist it out after use.- Sound level: starts off like a jet engine, and you feel the entire unit is going to tremble and break. It is simply not a household equipment.- Grinding performance: 750 watts should grind stuff in a jiffy. But I feel even a 500 w mixer could do better. I simply cannot understand how a beast with 750 watts can make only loud noise but not grind things quickly enough! This is a real mystery, as Prestige has achieved the amazing outcome where one gets his ears whacked out, but the items still need double the time to grind.Better to avoid this model.
