I wanted a SMALL chopper for nuts, and pureeing garlic and onions, and most choppers have big 400 or 500cl bowls so when I found the Wonderchef, with two small (plastic) containers I was pleased.But when it arrived it was fitted with a 2-pin plug for Continental Europe or USA, not UK, so I need a “travel adaptor” to use it in my kitchen. Also, the containers have 4 strengthening ribs running from top to bottom, but INSIDE the container, so it`s difficult to clean inside.It`s also alarming to use because to start, you press down on the container, and suddenly you have a big noise.I will keep it because I will only use occasionally, but I would not buy again, and would not recommend.

Do not overload2. Do not use for more than a minute without giving a little rest.3. When turning the speed knobs – don’t turn all at once from 0 to max. You will see that it works better if you turn knobs slowly, staying at each speed for a few seconds. Actually for most things low to medium speed is enough. The machine is really powerful.4. When grinding large amount of ingredients the jar can heat up ( not the machine) so give a little rest in between.5. For wet grinding – use cold water to grind – that way the jar will never heat up.6. DO NOT grind hot ingredients. Many people have complained about the rubber gaskets melting – that can only have happened if hot food are being blended or ground. Bring food to room temp and then grind.7. Wash the jar, gasket, jars immediately using a sponge and liquid detergent so that the shine of the jar remains intact.8. Always remove and wash the gasket to avoid unhygienic conditions as food can get under the gaskets.9. In the wet blender remove the flow breaker by sliding it off and wash it separately as food particles can get stuck behind it.10. To remove fine particles when dry grinding don’t use a spoon to avoid scratches to the jar. You can use your hand and a brush ( used for this purpose only).11. This is an expensive piece of equipment – In my house only I & my husband use it. We do not allow children or household help/cooks to use it. This way the machine will not be misused.12. If you mixer does not work – please check the overload protector button on the underside of the machine. Remove some of the ingredients and try again.13. Take care while handling jar lids and lid tops – Although they appear quite well made, I cannot say if they will break when dropped.Pros1. The machine is very powerful and delivers what it promises2. It is easy to use and gives truly hands free experience3. Easy to clean4. Grinds and blends everything5. Leak-proof lids.6. Takes very little time to grind7. The motor does not heat up even easily8. The overload protector works perfectlyCons1. Guarantee & Manual – The Manual has to be downloaded from the Amazon websiteThe Amazon payment is the guarantee. There is no separate guarantee card provided. I had to call Amazon to understand the situation regarding the guarantee card.2. Delivery – The mixer-grinder came in a box but there was no special Styrofoam padding. This was a big minus for me.3. A couple of extra lid clasps should be provided – one of my lid clasps was loose, it is working fine at the moment, but as a backup company should provide these.4. As the jars are pretty large, for smaller amount of products it is a little difficult. I wish the smallest chutney jar was usable for both dry & wet grinding rather than only wet.5. The jars do have screws heads on the inner side – but this is not a big deal – and can be cleaned quite easily.

HiI have ordered this on may 2020. It was working fine and was happy with it but suddenly it stopped working. It comes with 1 yr warranty so contacted the dealer but I didn’t response apart from telling the case is forwarded to concern department. I have followed up constantly but no luck. If sellers cannot to there warranty then they should not sell the product. Worst customer service.Update: After constant follow up and despite of service ticket number there is no response from customer service.Update: I revised my rating as my complain has been addressed and got the replacement. One thing i released that don’t use company contact us page to raise the issue it will will not be heard. I am reviewing this product after thoroughly using it for 9 months. My review will be short, precise and divided into 3 sections, namely : pros, cons & satisfaction levels.My mother and wife take care of the kitchen at our home. They were in dire need of a heavy-duty mixer grinder for quite sometime. In the past 25 years, we have used Havells (3 models), Philips (2 models), Braun (1 model) & Kitchen-Aid (1 model) ; and barring Kitchen-Aid, Braun is the only one still in use. Well somewhat 😊So, you can be rest assured that my family really puts in the weight onto the “Heavy-duty” & sometimes unjustly so. Keeping that in mind, we bought the Bosch Pro 1000w this time around, with the expectation that it should last the way it says it does.Pros :(1) Well Built(2) Solid plastic quality(3) Neat & Clean engineering on the inside : what i mean is that wires are neatly tied, are of apt length and thickness. The motor is also quality-built with thick copper wires, and thick enamel coating on the stator/rotor windings. I can’t explain a lot here, but since i am an electrical engineer, i hope you take my word for it.(4) It has a separate pounder blade which Bosch said would pound masalas (gol mirch, saunf, rice (for dosa), sambhar, turmeric sticks, etc) to dust.And for 8 months straight the machine did the job well. My mother went on to pound sugar too. I cautioned her not to. But she did it anyways. Surprisingly the machine kept on going. Then one fine day, she pounded jaggery dollops into powder as well. And the machine gave up. I have attached the pic of the white plastic groove that became free due to this. Due to Covid-19 lockdown in my district, Bosch took 22 days to replace that white plastic groove.Cons:(1) A ₹30/- groove should be available with the local service guy. It should not be imported from Mumbai. That’s just poor logistics and poorer decision-making skills. Havells product quality is way poorer than Bosch but their service and spare-part availability is exemplary 1-7 days max & your problem is resolved. Philips is the most pathetic at 60 days minimum for anything.(2) “Heavy Duty” was not “Heavy-duty” enough.Customer Satisfaction :Bosch. You guys are good. I will give you that. But you have never met anybody like an Indian Customer. Our households will put your claims to test, and they don’t see things from an engineering point-of-view. They test it to the point-of-failure. Next time you depict an ad saying “my pounder blade can pound sticks and gol mirch and what not”, make sure it can pound stones. If you argue, Indians won’t fight much. They will simply dump your brand.

Took the item out of the box to use it and believe me, it didn’t work.The body is made of very cheap plastic and might break if pressed hard. The power cable is not more than 0.5m long. After spending over £100, I expected the unit to be well built. The jars were made of steel but the handles were again completely plastic and might break if used roughly.My old prestige mixer grinder lasted for over 15 years and is well built, heavy and made of thick plastic. Overall, definitely a NO from me and wouldn’t advise anyone to buy it. Be prepared to be shocked if you buy it. Would have given a zero star.

Apart from some scratches inside chopper all was good must be from product testing one thing for sure was not a used item all of the bases had one yellow dot in bottom possible some manufacturing thing looked like a stain first but all of them had it apart from that only thing I did not like was all 6 jars base were made of plastic & handle design felt cheap was comfy to hold though but mind you grade a plastic was used base & handle should have been metallic no cheap material on this device I really loved full metal build on main unit body & water leakge proofing in the device liquids will not get logged in the motor touch point what’s more I love this juicer can even make smoothies & shakes & healthy vegetable juices out extremely hard vegetables & fruits word of caution do not use much sticky fruits will be hard to remove from plastic jars steel jars will not face same issue & that’s not all the multipurpose jar let’s you make chutneys, jams & store them using a given lid this is entirely worth it’s price would have given 5 stars if jar base was made of metal at least for steel jars that is. & mind you tha packaging was super secure & top notch no damage wear & tear to the box at all was covered by some very hard material from all edges was delivered super securely by prestige no Amazon packaging though although was not entirely missed prestige paked thier appliance pretty well

I tried a number of products on amazon and returned them, none of them were as good or powerful as this one. The motor is quite powerful, if you ae looking for a general purpose mixer, grinder that is able to make Idli and Dosa batter for you this is what you need.Even other wonderchef bullet like grinder are not as good as this one. This is really the most powerful of them all, i tried a few I tried Cookwell, my friend tried Balzano all of them are under powered machines and cant grind soaked dal and rice for idli or vada consistency. If you add too much water the batter becomes useless.But this machine is able to grind rice and dal with the right amount of water. And as soon as you run the machine you will know how powerful it is. The only advice i will give is tighten the lid well. Its a good machine hands down the best Bullet mixer on the market, it is way better than the more popular 400W wonderchef nutri blender.This machine is really powerful i have even used it to grind lightly roasted coriander seeds and it works really well for small batches of freshly ground spices. You will not regret the decision. It is slightly expensive but totally worth it, dont go for the 400W Nutriblend.Also i have used other multi purpose Juicer mixer brands, dont go for those the motors in those machines are not as powerful as this one although they also claim 1000W but they are not. This one is really that good, for juicing and other needs i suggest you buy a different machine.But for 95% of your work this is really good and powerful.

We bought it as the other brand grinder/ blender was not able to chop items like nuts (almond, walnut) and dates finely. We always found residue parts that were not broken down. With this, that is not an issue. It does the blending very well. Used it for juices, smoothies and that job it does well. Operation is simple. Just press to start and stop pressing to stop.A few have complained of leakage but that happens if the item is to watery. Else it looks fine. Reviewing after a week now.Noise is average. Would not say it is quiet one. With 22k rpm, can’t expect quiet motor.Cleaning so far has been easy, both the Jar and the motor unitGo for it when you have a sale. Should get a good price.

One can use it for grinding various spices and I liked the consistency with which it grinds and blends. The built quality is great.The major flaw is the silicon gaskets, if you tighten them hard gasket slips, and if you tighten them lightly it will leak.I am finding it very difficult to use for liquid blends. If you use anything that is slightly hot it will just spill all over.The lack of a push-to-start button is not very user-friendly.Overall this product is not worth the price. I feel there are other better products out there with cheaper prices.

Product is good but seems a bit small. Looks wise good.Delivery was worst. Now a days all delivery boys Amazon are so rude. In my case he kept it on road for me to collect and asking for OTP.

Gridner and mixer quality is cheap, not much durable.One the gridner had some issues got it done by local vendor.Actual product may differ once you see through you eyes, in images it seems good but that’s not.

I ordered this for my mother and she loved it. We had a traditional mixer grinder at home earlier but she didn’t like to use it for a quick smoothie or a chutney, it was a little complicated and takes time for small tasks. On the other hand, this mixer is very easy to handle for my mom and works like a charm for a quick spin.I also like to use it for my morning protien shake. I can make my smoothie and only have to switch the sipper cap and I can take it to gym.

I bought this product because it is always in the top five of all best of lists in india, and it is an Indian product. I was a bit confused about the rubbish reviews in uk, until I realised that a) the product was imported by vann internationalB) the only manufacturing job vann international did on wondered product is to change the india 2 pin charge to a 3 pin uk chargeC) it does that extremely badly. The charging pin does not have the the safety sleeve it should, it is wobbly at best and absolutely shoddy work which should not pass any health and safety inspection. I shrouded my cable in electrical tape, but I should not have to, and neither should an exporter who is putting their brand on the line.Amazon needs to check the health and safety of stuff they sell

I am writing this review after using this mixie for more than 8months. I will suggest not to buy this machine as a quality is very low the bush given is not stable and keeps moving while using the machine and the jar quality is also very bad.The first jar started leaking after 5 months of use and the second jar lid broke on it own while grinding masala. I called the service center 3 to 4 time, the service guy came after 3 weeks of giving complaint and after regular followup. He came and said the jars will be replaced as I had the warranty For the Machine. He said it will take 2 to 3 days to get the jar. And now it is 2 weeks and i have not got the replacement of jars and no proper response from the service person. I thought it was a Sanjeev Kapoor endorsed brand and it will be good but my money is wasted. And I am very much disappointed.

मेने ये mixer grinder sale में 2500 रुपए में खरीदा था उसके हिसाब से इसके blade की quality बोहोत अच्छी नहीं है मगर motor बोहोत अच्छी है आवाज़ भी कम है Jar की quality भी बोहोत अच्छी है juicer jar भी थोड़ा छोटा है कम से कम 1.75 लीटर होना चाहिए
