Hello Everybody, I’m writing this review as I know there are many people who want a good blender to make smooth smoothies and with the increase of health consciousness the demand of this product is also growing. I was searching for a good blender for a while and as my budget was average that is why this less popular brand was tempting my wish, and also found many mixed reviews here and there online and finally after gathering little courage I went for it.PRODUCTS INSIDE THE BOX: -1 Blender ( the motor part)2 jars ( 1 for smoothie making + 1 for masala making)6 set of plastic glasses.1 recipe book by Swati Thoda.Pros : – 1. 400w powerful motor will satisfy your smoothie or masala makingneeds. I tried with different fruit smoothies ( like, mango, pineapple, apple, litchi,peach, grape, watermelon, banana etc) and vegetable smoothies ( like papaya, spinach, dates, almonds, carrots, ginger, cucumber etc) .They blend in perfectly within 15-30sec.So there are no complaint for its blending purpose.It comes with two types of jars. 1 blending ( which is little taller) and the other 1 is little smaller, which is for making dry/wet masala.Quality of those jars are good, atleast it worth with the money.You will get additional lids for those jars and a seasoning lid for season dry masala on the dish.The blades for blending and grinding both are impressive in quality.Also you will get 6 set of glasses which are all good by their quality.Above all, in total quality, quantity and working nature are all good.Cons: – 1. If you are looking for a big one or your family has a big number of members then it is not for you.In one shot you can blend smoothies for 2 persons maximum.This product is strictly for nuclear families and bachelor persons.NOW I’M GOING TO STATE THE BIGGEST FLAW OF THIS MACHINE ( THAT IS WHY, I’M WRITING IT IN CAPITAL LETTER) . BETWEEN MOTOR AND BLADES YOU WILL FIND 2 RUBBER JOINTS THROUGH WHICH THE WHOLE SYSTEM IS ROTATING, AFTER USE 1 TIME OF A DAY AND FEW DAYS AFTER PURCHASING I NOTICED THE ROTATING RUBBER JOINTS ARE BEING CORRODED A LITTLE DAY BY DAY, WHICH IS A LITTLE FRUSTRATING BECAUSE I HEARD WONDERCHEF CUSTOMER CARE IS NOT ATTENTIVE AT ALL AND I HAVE NO IDEA THAT THE RUBBER PARTS IS AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET OR NOT. It is a great mixer, easy to use and wash. Grinds spices very fine, and makes pastes/smoothies very efficiently.

It is nice product. I am now using it for almost 2 years.Pros: Small, quick, durable, easy to clean jars, does the job very well.Cons: If you run for more than 50 seconds start getting a burning smell. Blades and attachment base gets easily spoiled and not repairable. You can repair yourself if you find the parts. Bearings are not great, once blades are slightly loose, it starts leaking. Customer care is not great. Instead of sending you a repair guy they will ask you to come to service center.Attachments are not available online and on wonderchef website, they are in sold out status since last few months.Finally : If you are looking for a quick smoothie maker, blender and grinder for day to day daily light activities, its a great product. Only downside is availability of spare parts and attachments as in any blender blades are the first one to wear off and need replacement else your whole product is a waste without jars available. Also to note Jars are not covered under full warranty, its partial.

Do not overload2. Do not use for more than a minute without giving a little rest.3. When turning the speed knobs – don’t turn all at once from 0 to max. You will see that it works better if you turn knobs slowly, staying at each speed for a few seconds. Actually for most things low to medium speed is enough. The machine is really powerful.4. When grinding large amount of ingredients the jar can heat up ( not the machine) so give a little rest in between.5. For wet grinding – use cold water to grind – that way the jar will never heat up.6. DO NOT grind hot ingredients. Many people have complained about the rubber gaskets melting – that can only have happened if hot food are being blended or ground. Bring food to room temp and then grind.7. Wash the jar, gasket, jars immediately using a sponge and liquid detergent so that the shine of the jar remains intact.8. Always remove and wash the gasket to avoid unhygienic conditions as food can get under the gaskets.9. In the wet blender remove the flow breaker by sliding it off and wash it separately as food particles can get stuck behind it.10. To remove fine particles when dry grinding don’t use a spoon to avoid scratches to the jar. You can use your hand and a brush ( used for this purpose only).11. This is an expensive piece of equipment – In my house only I & my husband use it. We do not allow children or household help/cooks to use it. This way the machine will not be misused.12. If you mixer does not work – please check the overload protector button on the underside of the machine. Remove some of the ingredients and try again.13. Take care while handling jar lids and lid tops – Although they appear quite well made, I cannot say if they will break when dropped.Pros1. The machine is very powerful and delivers what it promises2. It is easy to use and gives truly hands free experience3. Easy to clean4. Grinds and blends everything5. Leak-proof lids.6. Takes very little time to grind7. The motor does not heat up even easily8. The overload protector works perfectlyCons1. Guarantee & Manual – The Manual has to be downloaded from the Amazon websiteThe Amazon payment is the guarantee. There is no separate guarantee card provided. I had to call Amazon to understand the situation regarding the guarantee card.2. Delivery – The mixer-grinder came in a box but there was no special Styrofoam padding. This was a big minus for me.3. A couple of extra lid clasps should be provided – one of my lid clasps was loose, it is working fine at the moment, but as a backup company should provide these.4. As the jars are pretty large, for smaller amount of products it is a little difficult. I wish the smallest chutney jar was usable for both dry & wet grinding rather than only wet.5. The jars do have screws heads on the inner side – but this is not a big deal – and can be cleaned quite easily.

Ordered this after my mixer grinder which I got from India broke and this serves the purpose for Indian style of cooking. It’s compact so does not take much space in the kitchen and grinds almost everything that goes in. Highly recommended.

I am reviewing this product after thoroughly using it for 9 months. My review will be short, precise and divided into 3 sections, namely : pros, cons & satisfaction levels.My mother and wife take care of the kitchen at our home. They were in dire need of a heavy-duty mixer grinder for quite sometime. In the past 25 years, we have used Havells (3 models), Philips (2 models), Braun (1 model) & Kitchen-Aid (1 model) ; and barring Kitchen-Aid, Braun is the only one still in use. Well somewhat 😊So, you can be rest assured that my family really puts in the weight onto the “Heavy-duty” & sometimes unjustly so. Keeping that in mind, we bought the Bosch Pro 1000w this time around, with the expectation that it should last the way it says it does.Pros :(1) Well Built(2) Solid plastic quality(3) Neat & Clean engineering on the inside : what i mean is that wires are neatly tied, are of apt length and thickness. The motor is also quality-built with thick copper wires, and thick enamel coating on the stator/rotor windings. I can’t explain a lot here, but since i am an electrical engineer, i hope you take my word for it.(4) It has a separate pounder blade which Bosch said would pound masalas (gol mirch, saunf, rice (for dosa), sambhar, turmeric sticks, etc) to dust.And for 8 months straight the machine did the job well. My mother went on to pound sugar too. I cautioned her not to. But she did it anyways. Surprisingly the machine kept on going. Then one fine day, she pounded jaggery dollops into powder as well. And the machine gave up. I have attached the pic of the white plastic groove that became free due to this. Due to Covid-19 lockdown in my district, Bosch took 22 days to replace that white plastic groove.Cons:(1) A ₹30/- groove should be available with the local service guy. It should not be imported from Mumbai. That’s just poor logistics and poorer decision-making skills. Havells product quality is way poorer than Bosch but their service and spare-part availability is exemplary 1-7 days max & your problem is resolved. Philips is the most pathetic at 60 days minimum for anything.(2) “Heavy Duty” was not “Heavy-duty” enough.Customer Satisfaction :Bosch. You guys are good. I will give you that. But you have never met anybody like an Indian Customer. Our households will put your claims to test, and they don’t see things from an engineering point-of-view. They test it to the point-of-failure. Next time you depict an ad saying “my pounder blade can pound sticks and gol mirch and what not”, make sure it can pound stones. If you argue, Indians won’t fight much. They will simply dump your brand.

Outside of this experience, I will still recommend the product.

I am a chef by profession and inspite of being a satisfied customer and regular user of “Sujata” I bought wonderchef as a backup mixer..mainly due to its shiny looks and a bigger mixer jarSince i trusted wonderchef and it was a backup mixer,i didnt use it for quite some time till today.I had a worst experience and i cudnt believe my eyes whn I saw the white grid breaking and coming out right after a usage of 2-3 minutes !!Jar was well fitted and i run it on lowest speed….now i know that return window has closed and i hv no option but to chase amazon or wonderchef to take this junk back with miniscule hope ! As i already know their answer…money gone through the drainNever never buy this product !!

Took the item out of the box to use it and believe me, it didn’t work.The body is made of very cheap plastic and might break if pressed hard. The power cable is not more than 0.5m long. After spending over £100, I expected the unit to be well built. The jars were made of steel but the handles were again completely plastic and might break if used roughly.My old prestige mixer grinder lasted for over 15 years and is well built, heavy and made of thick plastic. Overall, definitely a NO from me and wouldn’t advise anyone to buy it. Be prepared to be shocked if you buy it. Would have given a zero star.

Its a perfect blender for asian brown people,coz some of the spices we do like ginger,zerra,garam masalas they are very hard to blend on some of the blenders,but on this blender it blends like very smooth paste,and its easy to clean,very easy to use,really handy basically it’s a perfect blender what i was looking for❤️Only one 👆downside👎🏻 is the jar is very small,otherwise its a perfect blender which beats even some of the expensive blenders in the market.

A faulty product is sent, also I am unable to contact them for a refund or return.The small jar doesn’t move or worksWont recommend anyone to buy it.The big jar too would sometimes blend and sometimes won’t.

Apart from some scratches inside chopper all was good must be from product testing one thing for sure was not a used item all of the bases had one yellow dot in bottom possible some manufacturing thing looked like a stain first but all of them had it apart from that only thing I did not like was all 6 jars base were made of plastic & handle design felt cheap was comfy to hold though but mind you grade a plastic was used base & handle should have been metallic no cheap material on this device I really loved full metal build on main unit body & water leakge proofing in the device liquids will not get logged in the motor touch point what’s more I love this juicer can even make smoothies & shakes & healthy vegetable juices out extremely hard vegetables & fruits word of caution do not use much sticky fruits will be hard to remove from plastic jars steel jars will not face same issue & that’s not all the multipurpose jar let’s you make chutneys, jams & store them using a given lid this is entirely worth it’s price would have given 5 stars if jar base was made of metal at least for steel jars that is. & mind you tha packaging was super secure & top notch no damage wear & tear to the box at all was covered by some very hard material from all edges was delivered super securely by prestige no Amazon packaging though although was not entirely missed prestige paked thier appliance pretty well

Grinds faster than other 750 W mixer grinders. Rustic and sturdy. The steel used for the jars could have been better. Juicer jar is useful. Have been using it for over a month now. No problems till date. Good value for money.

I got this product around 2 weeks before and both the blades stopped working after one time of use. And then i requested a return but no one has come to pickup the return. This is the worst experience I had with amazon.

It is Indeed 1000W , and really powerful motor i havenyt seen anything better than this.Even other wonderchef bullet like grinder are not as good as this one. This is really the most powerful of them all, i tried a few I tried Cookwell, my friend tried Balzano all of them are under powered machines and cant grind soaked dal and rice for idli or vada consistency. If you add too much water the batter becomes useless.But this machine is able to grind rice and dal with the right amount of water. And as soon as you run the machine you will know how powerful it is. The only advice i will give is tighten the lid well. Its a good machine hands down the best Bullet mixer on the market, it is way better than the more popular 400W wonderchef nutri blender.This machine is really powerful i have even used it to grind lightly roasted coriander seeds and it works really well for small batches of freshly ground spices. You will not regret the decision. It is slightly expensive but totally worth it, dont go for the 400W Nutriblend.Also i have used other multi purpose Juicer mixer brands, dont go for those the motors in those machines are not as powerful as this one although they also claim 1000W but they are not. This one is really that good, for juicing and other needs i suggest you buy a different machine.But for 95% of your work this is really good and powerful.The only Con being you cannot purchase more Jars from Amazon or even on their website. As you can see this motor is just very powerfull and reliable they only thing that would wear out is the jar.Edit: (Update on machine – 8 Aug 2024)After 1.8 yrs of successfully using the machine the Blade bush started leaking. There is no replacement for the blades nor extra Jars are available from the site. Now it is gathering dust for the past few months. Product is very good working perfectly as expected… But received with a little dent on the machine and one gear of jar was broken… But we haven’t exchanged it as we got the gear repaired in local market easily… As far as dent is concern it can be manageable…

I liked this sumo Silverado mixer grinder overall. I find the design very cool. The mixer is powerful with the motor power of 1000W. It can grind anything within few seconds effortlessly. Quiet noisy while operating as the motor is powerful but bearable. It has four jar for multipurpose & suffice the requirement. Since it serves the purpose, overall satisfied with the product.

After searching a lot I found this product. It is really a nice product. There were too many low range products. But still i bought this because of 1000 watts. And really it is worth buying it. I always had a dream to prepare a carrot and beetroot juice. And this product is very useful.

We bought it as the other brand grinder/ blender was not able to chop items like nuts (almond, walnut) and dates finely. We always found residue parts that were not broken down. With this, that is not an issue. It does the blending very well. Used it for juices, smoothies and that job it does well. Operation is simple. Just press to start and stop pressing to stop.A few have complained of leakage but that happens if the item is to watery. Else it looks fine. Reviewing after a week now.Noise is average. Would not say it is quiet one. With 22k rpm, can’t expect quiet motor.Cleaning so far has been easy, both the Jar and the motor unitGo for it when you have a sale. Should get a good price.

Purchased on 30 Jan. And still working good. Noise is slightly annoying. But overall good experience.

Having used the Nutriblend which we like very much, we thought the mixer grinder would be good too. However, it’s not been effective. The small jar doesn’t grind completely and neither does the grinder jar work. I then have to pull my old mixie again. The blender works well but as the size is large, most times it’s too big for the quantity that we need

This mixer grinder can be used in various kinds of food preparation and I also made some amazing shakes with it. It does not take too much space and is easy to store. One can use it for grinding various spices and I liked the consistency with which it grinds and blends. The blades are quite sharp and they don’t make too much unnecessary noise also while doing their work. There are 2 jars given, one big and one small and a recipe booklet is also provided with it.It is easy to clean too and I am quite satisfied with my purchase.

This is second time they are replacing the product…. Grinder blade is missing the box was in worst condition by looking only it can be stated that they are giving us return product of some one else… Don’t purchase any product of wonderchef…

Good for one person usage. Very convenient and easy to use. You can quickly churn up in few seconds. effortless to use and very easy to clean.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased it on 10 May.it was some defect ,l ordered for exchange.till now not exchanged.Now l want to return it.

Slight splashes of milk appears on the lower side of blades. This is more frequent for hot milk. Otherwise the product is good.

Unless used properly the containers start leaking ,Even if you miss a step in instructions makes a mess…but gets the job done

After using the mixer grinder for three straight days for grinding food, making mango shake and making pudina chutney, along with capsicum and onion chopping I must say I am very impressed with the performance, it is very convenient and easy to use for anyone in the family. Easy fittings with click lock, no buttons on the body means it is controlled directly by your plug switch.

The coupler crumbled (literally!) within a couple of weeks of usage. We didn’t realize it until the return window was over as we presumed that the problem was with the jar.We were quite happy with it’s performance and ease of use while it worked! Within 2 weeks the grinder attachment stopped working – the blades would rotate freely when rotated manually but would not engage when connected to the base. The blender attachment continued to work (which actually made us think the problem was with the grinder attachment) for about another week or so before it too had the same problem. So, we assumed that it was the jars that were wearing out so fast. We thought of looking for a service centre or just buying a new jar for the mixer-grinder but the nearest service centre to us is 134 km away – in Chennai (we live in Pondicherry). We were not able to call the stores either – number not in service or when it rings no one picks up the phone.Incidentally, while attemptimg to use it once more, I started suspecting that the problem may be in the coupler of the base and tried to see if something of off with it. Lo and behold, white powdery flakes of plastic started coming of the coupler when I used my fingernail to try and clean it. I understood that the blades of the coupler which should lock on to the coupler in the jar had got crushed either by starting to spin while the jar was not yet fully locked or continuing to spin while the jars were being unlocked (more likely).So, only one star for the product (as I can’t give a lower rating) – do not buy this model at all!!

My mother needs a perfect Grinder machine from a long time to fullfill all the needs and after lots of searching I came across this Sumo Machine. When I unboxed, it comes with different sizes of jars,as per your need.It’s ergonomic handles and firm locking mechanism of the jars makes it very easy to handle.The blades are sharp enough to blend anything in just one click.It is a smart looking equipment with incredible power,looks great on modern kitchen counter.Fulfils all kitchen needs and made my mother’s work much easier. Highly recommend to all.

I ordered this for my mother and she loved it. We had a traditional mixer grinder at home earlier but she didn’t like to use it for a quick smoothie or a chutney, it was a little complicated and takes time for small tasks. On the other hand, this mixer is very easy to handle for my mom and works like a charm for a quick spin.I also like to use it for my morning protien shake. I can make my smoothie and only have to switch the sipper cap and I can take it to gym.

If you use it for blending (I have tried lassi, milkshake, smoothies), liquid spills out from the spout when running. I scheduled a warranty service but the technician told me that this jar is only for juicing and the metal jar is for bending. I concluded that it’s a design flaw which Bosch is unwilling to admit. The metal jar can be used for blending, but its small if you’re blending for 3-4 people. This would have been a dealbreaker if I knew this beforehand as I blend a lot.Bad but manageable:1) The metal jar lids are weirdly shaped and lots of liquid gets stuck in it, so you end up wasting a little bit of whatever you’re making. The lids are also much more messy than a regular dome lid and also a little tougher to clean.2) The small cap in the lid for adding things is really loose. You have to be careful when turning the lid upside down or it falls and breaks.3) Food gets stuck in the flow breaker. It’s also not very intuitive to remove and I have a feeling it will be easily broken by the househelp when cleaning.4) Flow breaker and the pounding blade don’t make a noticeable difference to the end result, and I have completely stopped using them.The Good:1) Great looking and has a small footprint2) Noise levels aren’t bad. I have purchased the product in the month of Oct’22. Everything was going smoothly unless and until the thread ring of one of the jar got jammed in the grinder base and jar come off when turn/unturn leaving the thread ring in the grinder base. It was very difficult to take out residual part from the thread. I do not think I can get a replacement of said jar and if it is available in the open market I will manage to replace one. But this is for the information of the manufacturer to take care of the aspect so that no more such complaints may occur in future.

As per the mentioned detail the product is not upto the marks, the big jar (750 ml jar) starts leaking from the bottom within 3 months even though before using big jar i ensure that the jar is properly tightened. I will suggest to buy this product with 2 jar instead of 3.

This Mixer is very silent but very good it also comes with 5 jars all good quality.I only had one issue with the control know but it was fixed by Prestige under warranty so you know it is a great brand with very good after sales service.

It’s one of the best, durable, easy to carry and affordable blender mixer. It takes less space in my kitchen,and The sleek design also add a pop of style to my kitchen decor. Little bit noisy but its a very nice product. Its jars can also be used for separate storing.

I bought this less than a year ago. The motor literally broke off. In the first few months, the plastic hooks of the grinder. And then the actual motor broke into two pieces. This is a really bad quality. Usually when mixer grinders last a few years easily, this lasted 7 months.

When I want to contact the company there was no cc was available. When I went to the local mechanic he tried two weeks to search this motor but failed to find it. The cap of big jar is very tight and took lot of efforts to close and open . Others 2 jars and machine is in good condition.

The media could not be loaded. Overall from price and usability point the device is good. It does the work as expected. overall device is easy to clean. Suction caps at base keeps the mixer steady.There are below points that need improvement.1) there is no safety lock feature. The mixer can work without any jar fitted on it.2) the steel jars is bit thinner than expected. Should have been more sturdy steel.3) the plastic jar and plastic cap of all jars is bit fragile. Can crack easily once fell or mishandled. I have seen more stronger plastic materials in other brands.4) the main unit is too big heavy and bulky. Bit difficult to move around.5) mixer noise could have been lesser.

In the past year or so since I bought it, I have used this 2 times, and it has broken down twice. The first time I tried to make deseeded date and milk shake, and the coupler below the blender jar broke after a few seconds of running (it’s cheap plastic). After a few days the technician came under warranty and charged me ten times the market price (which I only realized later unfortunately) to replace it with salvaged coupler from I assume other customer’s jars. He left in a hurry without testing, and I didn’t pay much attention at the time. The summer was already over (it took two months before he came to service) so the blender was not used for a while.Finally, yesterday I cut some mangoes into small pieces and put them in the blender with milk and sugar. When turned on, it was obvious that the motor was running but the blades were not. When I removed the jar and checked, the coupler on the machine (made of even cheaper plastic) had been grinded to dust from what I could only assume was mismatch with the jar coupler teeth.I again called Wonderchef and was assigned to the same technician. He told me the blender jar is not designed for blending, that’s why it broke. I should have made mango shake in the grinder jar. Or not even tried. It’s such a small machine, how can you expect it to work?Based on both the cheap quality product and the service (or lack of it, rather), I would NEVER recommend ANY Wonderchef product to anyone.STAY AWAY from their cheap and unrepairable plastic junk.

This blender is handy and very very useful. You won’t be able to grind hard items like nuts and if you load it to full it will require a no of churns to get it properly blended. But all these you can do in a bigger blender/mixer grinder. This one servers it’s purpose for smoothies, ginger garlic paste etc.When I got the blender the blades were not functioning. Ariba from the team was excellent at what she does and made sure that two new set of blades get delivered to me. They provide single blade in this mode so when we grind anything it stucks in blending blade which makes it difficult to grind…so don’t go with it if you wish to grind also… Otherwise if u want it for blending purpose only then excellent product .
