Why I think we shouldn’t go for any other brand:1. I had a 800W Philips Food Processor. It worked exactly for 8 months. One day, it’s small grinder cup’s blade were broken with a deafening, crackling noise. While the Machine was running. There could have been fatal injuries. (EDIT: The issue was that the coupling element between the cup’s blade assembly and the rotor of the motor was not fitting properly due to wear). Anyways, I looked for any warranties that could save me the hassle but to my amazement, on Philips website/app they showed that the product I purchased was not available now! They discontinued the product so I had to take the food processor personally to a Philips store finding which was a painstaking task in Navi Mumbai. There, instead of taking the processor for repair, they gave me a number written on a chit and told me to call and then they would come and pickup the product for repair. I had no options as they didn’t take it right away. The excuse was that they had to got through the due procedure! Reminded me of SBI. So I did the same, they promised to send someone but,… you guessed right. Nobody showed up. I took it to a few local repair shops and then I realized how bogus these foreign products are. Every storekeeper told me that this is a Philips brand and spare parts are not easy to come by. They don’t float their spare parts !! Guess why? Market strategy? Perhaps.The second thing the storekeeper said we’re like a revelation – “if it were from Indian brands like USHA or BAJAJ, we could have repaired it easily in a very cheap price with genuine spares. They tend to last longer too.” They were right.2. So I bought this USHA mixer and grinder from Amazon. Fast and safe delivery – kudos to Amazon. The product was genuine.3. About the product. The design of the product is extremely comfortable and thoughtful, as opposed to the Philips nightmare. It has lower levels of noise. Very strong built that comes from years of production experience that fulfilled needs of Indian households for generations. The motor is powerful. It has been a month now and the grinder has been used almost regularly. It runs smooth and feels reliable.Based on my experience, if you are from middle-class family, always go for established old Indian household brands for kitchen. It gives happiness and satisfaction. Though, it’s your choice. Have a good time! Thanks.

Normally any nuclear family in cities don’t required to go for it.For them 750 watt and lesser is ok for it.This type of mixie are normally more helpful for the family who normally grinds turmeric etc or any such thick items,as watt is higher so power also.This mixie will make more of noise which really add to irritation as house in cities are smaller so it feels like you are in some battlefield.If you stays in some cities and are into nuclear family go for lesser watt mixie which till now India has used and if you want to grind turmeric ,black pepper etcor solid stuff like masala etc which people in cities normally don’t do ,they shd go for it.

15 Days of use.Tried other brands as well. But this one is champion in the segment.Like:- Dry/wet masala, chatani, idli, appam, dosa batter etc all are grind and mixed really well.- Performance is great- Really smooth with average noise- No heating issue at all- Blades are sharp- Blade arrangements are such that cleaning of the pot is really easy- Rubber support at the bottom fixes the panel too well.- Design is compact and lovely❤Dislike:- Not found yet

This product is good to use but it’s plastic is of very bad qualtiy and it can’t grind any substance in low amount as the jars are too big to use ….I’ll se you must not buy this product if you want a good quality plastic because it’s not like that .Thanks .

Measured the sound decibels this Mixer Grinder makes, and it makes close 92 decibels everytime it is run. Listening to 92 decibels everyday can make you go deaf. The caps of the jars, once sealed, require a herculean effort to open, and it is a good exercise if you prefer exercising with mixer grinder jars. Wroe complaint to Usha regarding this, they are saying that they would have replaced the product if it was bought from a physical store, but since the purchase was made online, they can only do servicing, which only involved oiling the parts, which made 0 difference. Very unsatisfied with the product and the service by Usha.

Very bad quality product. Unfortunately checked after 7 days of purchase hence return window closed. Product is unused and is received in damaged condition. Registered a complaint with USHA Care few days back but till date no response. SMS received after complaint had a service center name and contact number, when I called on that number person over there told me that its a wrong number and they do not work for USHA. I reported this to USHA care tollfree number and they have only that contact with them and hence they are clueless what to do but told me they will arrange some technician. Its pathetic when they can’t give service in Delhi NCR how can they provide service anywhere else in INDIA. Moreover selling poor quality product at High price. Better quality mixers with low brand value are available in less than half the price of this mixer on Amazon and Flipkart and other online stores.

I brought this product sometime back brought in the year of September 2022, and now started using it after three months of the purchase within the six months of the usage. The product got failed means while running or while using the mixer, the product got burnt, the machine got burnt and there was a shot, inside the mixer, and this is not the first time after the first service from the Customer Care again after approximately five months again, the product got burnt, hence, I suggest not to buy this product

The product seems to work fine. Did not experience any burning, sparks and smoke issue like some have mentioned. A small issue I experienced was the knob to operate the mixer has been made purely with aesthetics in mind and not functionality. It looks good and shiny but has no grip at all. If you hand is wet while handling as it is generally while cooking it is difficult to turn the knob, especially for the pulse function. Will update for any other issue.
