    This model is a waste product, getting struck frequently, I took it to a butterfly service centre, the service person immediately told me that I received a duplicate product and said it’s not worth to do service as the cost may go upto Rs.1400, and I paid Rs.2200 when I bought it. Warranty card with this product. when I called Butterfly customer care, they told me my warranty will be dependent on my invoice date and no need to worry about hard copy of it.     I am using this for the last 4 months, from my experience I can Say don’t buy if you are a frequent user of dry ingredients grinding, need more power. Little quantity grinding with adequate break is possible. Juicer is really hard to use, all particle will stuck inside and juice will not come out.Small Top opening of cap will not sit properly, even jar caps have not proper closing. Blade of the wet ingredient grinder is always loose even after tighting.All that can say, OK to use but not a better option to make our Indian kitchen mixing or grinding works easy.

    It’s a quality product. We are very satisfied with its performance , size and look. Till now, no burning smell sensed and noise level is similar to the old one. It’s bearable not irritating. It’s certainly a value for money.
