    Looks great but noisy. I didn’t received hard copy of. Warranty card with this product. when I called Butterfly customer care, they told me my warranty will be dependent on my invoice date and no need to worry about hard copy of it. Seller didn’t reply on query of warranty card even I chased him many time. Please be aware.

    I am using this for the last 4 months, from my experience I can Say don’t buy if you are a frequent user of dry ingredients grinding, need more power. Little quantity grinding with adequate break is possible. Juicer is really hard to use, all particle will stuck inside and juice will not come out.Small Top opening of cap will not sit properly, even jar caps have not proper closing. Blade of the wet ingredient grinder is always loose even after tighting.All that can say, OK to use but not a better option to make our Indian kitchen mixing or grinding works easy.

I like juicer the most but masala jar is also doing their good job.Lookwise good and its working fine.But you will get high noise and also after 2 mints of run it is heating very much. You need to take a break and then resume.
