This model is a waste product, getting struck frequently, I took it to a butterfly service centre, the service person immediately told me that I received a duplicate product and said it’s not worth to do service as the cost may go upto Rs.1400, and I paid Rs.2200 when I bought it. I dumped it in garbage truck.

It’s worth the little money you pay. I’ve bought it during an offer and i don’t reget the buy. It’s efficient, decent size jars, can grind almost everything. There’s a juicer as well. Go for it

Looks great but noisy. I didn’t received hard copy of. Warranty card with this product. when I called Butterfly customer care, they told me my warranty will be dependent on my invoice date and no need to worry about hard copy of it. Seller didn’t reply on query of warranty card even I chased him many time. Please be aware.

Good product but I am little disappointed that the handle of juicer is not proper fix. I had tried a lot to fix it but the same is not fixed in bottom of the slot. And due to this gap is appeared. And handle became flexible.

I am using this for the last 4 months, from my experience I can Say don’t buy if you are a frequent user of dry ingredients grinding, need more power. Little quantity grinding with adequate break is possible. Juicer is really hard to use, all particle will stuck inside and juice will not come out.Small Top opening of cap will not sit properly, even jar caps have not proper closing. Blade of the wet ingredient grinder is always loose even after tighting. All that can say, OK to use but not a better option to make our Indian kitchen mixing or grinding works easy.
0 Nareshkumar –
It has four jars for the price it’s worth.. And it’s light weight also.
Anu –
Nice product, good working condition, but the lid is not tighten ☹️
Chandu –
Ok
Amazon Customer –
I’m writing review after using almost 1 month. I tried with all 4 jars. I like juicer the most but masala jar is also doing their good job.Lookwise good and its working fine. But you will get high noise and also after 2 mints of run it is heating very much. You need to take a break and then resume.
Siva –
Simply waste product..

Amit.K –
This product is value for money. Good for a small family. Though the grinding is some times not quite efficient. I think the blades in the jar are not so apt. Should have used 3 blades instead of 2 in the jar for efficient grinding. Rest all good.
Nidheeshkp –
good product
M.Sivakumar –
The Small jar they provide is will not blend well 😞 it requires more quantity of items to belnd other then This mixer grinder is a versatile and durable kitchen appliance with a powerful motor for efficient grinding and blending. It offers a compact design, multiple jar options, and user-friendly features, making it a reliable choice for everyday us.

Good performance and quiet operation. The design of the mixer is very nice. You can operate this mixer even on UPS due to its low power consumption.
