I went with the trust on Bosch brand name and am extremely satisfied with the product. I have been using it daily, sometimes multiple times in a day for past month during lockdown period. The mixer-grinder 1000 watt motor is extremely powerful.I have used it to grind both dry & wet ingredients such asgaram masala, idli/dosa mix, Chana dal paste, Poppy seeds paste,coconut chutney, dry rice and urad dal powder, ginger garlic paste, ice, etc.I regularly blend and make milk shakes, lassis etc and have found it to very fast and convenient.2. Does the job fast within few seconds/minutes depending on the amount and type of ingredients you are working with.3. Body is good looking, sturdy, well balanced and easy to wipe clean.4. The vacuum feet are quite secure and give a true hands free experience.5. Overload protector for added safety helps if you overload the mixer by mistake.6. The jars also are easy to use and quite well-builtJars & Blades1. The jars are metal with removable stainless steel blades.2. Chutney jar blade is fixed.3. In the blender jar a juicer attachment has been provided – this is the only thing I have not used, hence I cannot review the performance of this attachment.10. Blender can be used without the juicer sieve, and works fine.11. In wet blender a flow-breaker is providedSoundSound is high, but that is to be expected in a powerful 1000 watt machine.Do’s & Don’tI feel if we follow certain guidelines we can best out of the product1. Do not overload2. Do not use for more than a minute without giving a little rest.3. When turning the speed knobs – don’t turn all at once from 0 to max. You will see that it works better if you turn knobs slowly, staying at each speed for a few seconds. Actually for most things low to medium speed is enough. The machine is really powerful.4. When grinding large amount of ingredients the jar can heat up ( not the machine) so give a little rest in between.5. For wet grinding – use cold water to grind – that way the jar will never heat up.6. DO NOT grind hot ingredients. Many people have complained about the rubber gaskets melting – that can only have happened if hot food are being blended or ground. Bring food to room temp and then grind.7. Wash the jar, gasket, jars immediately using a sponge and liquid detergent so that the shine of the jar remains intact.8. Always remove and wash the gasket to avoid unhygienic conditions as food can get under the gaskets.9. In the wet blender remove the flow breaker by sliding it off and wash it separately as food particles can get stuck behind it.10. To remove fine particles when dry grinding don’t use a spoon to avoid scratches to the jar. You can use your hand and a brush ( used for this purpose only).11. This is an expensive piece of equipment – In my house only I & my husband use it. We do not allow children or household help/cooks to use it. This way the machine will not be misused.12. If you mixer does not work – please check the overload protector button on the underside of the machine. Remove some of the ingredients and try again.13. Take care while handling jar lids and lid tops – Although they appear quite well made, I cannot say if they will break when dropped.Pros1. The machine is very powerful and delivers what it promises2. A couple of extra lid clasps should be provided – one of my lid clasps was loose, it is working fine at the moment, but as a backup company should provide these.4. As the jars are pretty large, for smaller amount of products it is a little difficult. I wish the smallest chutney jar was usable for both dry & wet grinding rather than only wet.5. The jars do have screws heads on the inner side – but this is not a big deal – and can be cleaned quite easily.

I am reviewing this product after thoroughly using it for 9 months. My review will be short, precise and divided into 3 sections, namely : pros, cons & satisfaction levels.My mother and wife take care of the kitchen at our home. They were in dire need of a heavy-duty mixer grinder for quite sometime. In the past 25 years, we have used Havells (3 models), Philips (2 models), Braun (1 model) & Kitchen-Aid (1 model) ; and barring Kitchen-Aid, Braun is the only one still in use. Well somewhat 😊So, you can be rest assured that my family really puts in the weight onto the “Heavy-duty” & sometimes unjustly so. Keeping that in mind, we bought the Bosch Pro 1000w this time around, with the expectation that it should last the way it says it does.Pros :(1) Well Built(2) Solid plastic quality(3) Neat & Clean engineering on the inside : what i mean is that wires are neatly tied, are of apt length and thickness. The motor is also quality-built with thick copper wires, and thick enamel coating on the stator/rotor windings. I can’t explain a lot here, but since i am an electrical engineer, i hope you take my word for it.(4) It has a separate pounder blade which Bosch said would pound masalas (gol mirch, saunf, rice (for dosa), sambhar, turmeric sticks, etc) to dust.And for 8 months straight the machine did the job well. My mother went on to pound sugar too. I cautioned her not to. But she did it anyways. Surprisingly the machine kept on going. Then one fine day, she pounded jaggery dollops into powder as well. And the machine gave up. I have attached the pic of the white plastic groove that became free due to this. Due to Covid-19 lockdown in my district, Bosch took 22 days to replace that white plastic groove.Cons:(1) A ₹30/- groove should be available with the local service guy. It should not be imported from Mumbai. That’s just poor logistics and poorer decision-making skills. Havells product quality is way poorer than Bosch but their service and spare-part availability is exemplary 1-7 days max & your problem is resolved. Philips is the most pathetic at 60 days minimum for anything.(2) “Heavy Duty” was not “Heavy-duty” enough.Customer Satisfaction :Bosch. You guys are good. I will give you that. But you have never met anybody like an Indian Customer. Our households will put your claims to test, and they don’t see things from an engineering point-of-view. They test it to the point-of-failure. Next time you depict an ad saying “my pounder blade can pound sticks and gol mirch and what not”, make sure it can pound stones. If you argue, Indians won’t fight much. They will simply dump your brand.

Excellent product so far. Got it to replace very old mixer grinder. It’s very loud but that’s excusable as it’s 1000w. So far so great! Happy with the purchase. We got it during the sale.

This has a horrible locking mechanism at bottom . Normal people can’t use it . Takes long time to fit it in the base . Finally a servent broke the lock after one month and looks useless . Waiting for service. Very high nose level . If you want to irritate neighbour a very good tool.

The media could not be loaded. To be honest I read a lot of reviews before selecting this model. Whatever models I checked in this price range had a few negative reviews with similar complaints- cheap quality, cover doesn’t stay, broken/damaged product received etc. Finally chose this because of the Prestige brand and the marking of Amazon’s choice. Unfortunately, it was a waste of time.I returned it without using so can’t comment about usage experience but this was my experience- first time I opened the box, took out thw spatula and the cover that was placed at the top and immediately decided to order a replacement. They were full of dirt, and looked used.The replacement delivery and pickup of the old package happened at the same time. I opened the new package and then realised the old package also was misaing the user guide cum warranty card! The new package on the other hand looked new but was missing the spatula. Not a big deal for me but the delivery person suggested me to keep the spatula from the old package.I wish I checked the quality of the product first time itself. When I was unpacking the mixer I was surprised how cheap and low quality it can possibly be! But at the end when I lifted the main mixer unit that was the final nail. There was some loose part moving inside it. I’ve attached a video, not sure if the sound can be heard or not. I called Amazon who suggested to use it and try to see if it is working or not as I had 10 days to return. But after deliberation I decided to return it unused. Even if it worked, a moving part near motor is an accident in the making. I was surprised that in the box someone signed the quality checked ok stamp! If this is OK tested quality from Prestige I’ll rather avoid that brand.I read in few reviews people suggesting that companies are making special low quality product to sell online with low price point and standard ones for ofdline sell. I’m starting to believe that and will buy the mixer after physically checking that.However it will be unfair if I don’t mention how helpful Amazon was , they actually insisted me to leave a review so that they can adjust their recommendations and can alao take steps against the seller for delivering below par goods.At the end, I noticed one generic problem with every single mixer I checked even in high range products from Philips/Bosch. At least for the chatney jar and some time for all jars they are leaving exposed screws inside the jars. These ridges will accumulate leftover food particles which will be practically impossible to clean and hence this isn’t hygienic.

As usual, Prestige did not fail us.I am writing this review after using it for over a month.The colours are attractive and it was delivered in a day – in mint condition.The Chutney jar (small), the dry jar, and juicer work very well. We are especially happy with the juicer. With its little mesh at the bottom, it is easy to filter out the pulp. The blades are good enough to juice beetroots and carrots! Just make small pieces.A little unhappy with the wet grinder – hence the 4 star rating. Did not exactly give us a smooth batter, but it is ok since we use a wet grinder for dosa and idli batter.Go for it!

Apart from some scratches inside chopper all was good must be from product testing one thing for sure was not a used item all of the bases had one yellow dot in bottom possible some manufacturing thing looked like a stain first but all of them had it apart from that only thing I did not like was all 6 jars base were made of plastic & handle design felt cheap was comfy to hold though but mind you grade a plastic was used base & handle should have been metallic no cheap material on this device I really loved full metal build on main unit body & water leakge proofing in the device liquids will not get logged in the motor touch point what’s more I love this juicer can even make smoothies & shakes & healthy vegetable juices out extremely hard vegetables & fruits word of caution do not use much sticky fruits will be hard to remove from plastic jars steel jars will not face same issue & that’s not all the multipurpose jar let’s you make chutneys, jams & store them using a given lid this is entirely worth it’s price would have given 5 stars if jar base was made of metal at least for steel jars that is. & mind you tha packaging was super secure & top notch no damage wear & tear to the box at all was covered by some very hard material from all edges was delivered super securely by prestige no Amazon packaging though although was not entirely missed prestige paked thier appliance pretty well

This is regarding the amazon order for Prestige Mixer. We had initially raise a concern that the internal alignment of motor in the mixer was not in place and completely out dislocated. But as per sellers instructions, we used it the way it was. Secondly, the juicer jar which was sent along with the mixer – when we first used it according to the instructions- it entirely broke from down though it wasn’t overloaded. We then too let it go. Thirdly, when using the mixer yesterday, the regulator switch is dislocated and not functioning.These are the repeated issues we have faced and feels like damaged or rejected product has been sent over to us. Now this product is of no use to us and we need to purchase another mixer and spend additional.

The overall quality is not impressive than Sujatha but where it win is the outcome texture, the texture gives a stone grind feeling & the chutneys feels like hand grinded.The other mixiers just grind to a level of paste & loses its texture.

I’ve been using this for 3 months now.The Really bad:The blender jar has a major flaw. If you use it for blending (I have tried lassi, milkshake, smoothies), liquid spills out from the spout when running. I scheduled a warranty service but the technician told me that this jar is only for juicing and the metal jar is for bending. I concluded that it’s a design flaw which Bosch is unwilling to admit. The metal jar can be used for blending, but its small if you’re blending for 3-4 people. This would have been a dealbreaker if I knew this beforehand as I blend a lot.Bad but manageable:1) The metal jar lids are weirdly shaped and lots of liquid gets stuck in it, so you end up wasting a little bit of whatever you’re making. The lids are also much more messy than a regular dome lid and also a little tougher to clean.2) The small cap in the lid for adding things is really loose. You have to be careful when turning the lid upside down or it falls and breaks.3) Food gets stuck in the flow breaker. It’s also not very intuitive to remove and I have a feeling it will be easily broken by the househelp when cleaning.4) Flow breaker and the pounding blade don’t make a noticeable difference to the end result, and I have completely stopped using them.The Good:1) Great looking and has a small footprint2) Noise levels aren’t bad. A 1000 W motor will definitely be louder than a 400 W one (typical home mixie wattage) but even then it’s not super loud and is very manageable.3) Very, very powerful. Pulverises anything you throw at it instantly.

Reviewing this Mixer grinder after 2 weeks of use. Bought it especially for the Juicer and Dry grinding.. It is simply exceptional.. It mixes and grinds everything so quickly.. We are using the Blender everyday and the texture of smoothies are so smooth. The juicer also extracts the complete juice without wasting the pulp. We tried dry grinding of rice power in the dry jar and it came out perfect. We also tried the Wet grinding jar for Idli and Dosa batter, the batter was fluffy and smooth.. Lastly, the chutney jar is really handy in grinding chutney and ginger garlic paste in the perfect texture..Please ignore the negative reviews and go for it 😊👍

Worst mixer grinder ever , company is making fool to the client in the name of brand. 1 jar parts broken and stop working within month.After complaint one service guy came to house without any required parts and started saying I will come again with parts and it will be chargeable. This grinder is the worst choice, I’m so disappointed. It has nothing good to offer. It creates very loud noise, more than what even your 10 year old grinder can make. Even though it says power of 750, it doesn’t grind well. You could be standing grinding even tomato puree for straight 10 mins( which ofcourse u need to break in sessions of 3-4 mins as it heats up quickly). The steel containers are very thin and easy to crack, lid is made of poor quality plastic with no finish. The main body is also very cheap quality. Not worth putting your hard earned money in this product.

I’ve been using the Prestige Iris 750W Mixer Grinder for the past 8 months. While the performance is good, the build quality, particularly the plastic coupler between the mixer grinder and the jars, leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, the coupler broke while I was chopping something on the night of 8th September 2024.I immediately raised a support ticket to claim the 2-year warranty, and a technician visited on 9th September 2024 to replace the coupler. However, I was shocked to find out that they charged me for the plastic coupler replacement, despite it being under warranty. After confirming with customer care, I learned that not all damages are covered by the warranty, which is frustrating as these issues are quite common.To add to my disappointment, I also own a Havells mixer grinder, and their warranty covers similar issues without a problem. Prestige’s use of low-quality materials and their limited warranty coverage is concerning. I would advise anyone considering this product to carefully read the warranty terms before purchasing.In my opinion, you’re better off looking for a brand that offers a more comprehensive warranty and better build quality.

I recently purchased the Prestige Iris 750W mixer grinder(White and Blue) with high hopes, expecting a sturdy build and quiet operation. While it certainly outperforms my previous 500W mixer in terms of speed, I’m quite disappointed with its build quality and the inclusion of the unnecessary steel insert in the juice jar.Performance:- Speed: The mixer is impressively fast, significantly reducing preparation time.- Noise Level: While not completely silent, it’s still manageable.The jars look like they’ve been dropped and the finish isn’t good. I don’t understand why they put that metal thing in the juice jar. It’s not useful.

It works well and grinds to powder. It takes some space but worth it.Power is great! It has some level of noise but OK.

Build quality is super and wonderful performance

house MCB is tripping when I try to switch on the mixer, not trustworthy …2nd time repair happened, waiting for prestige customer care resolution.

They didn’t warrant properly after some time my utility jar is stuck they told buy new one my warranty is still pending

I bought November 27 with 2 year warranty ,In February when I grinding my home electricity is going off. Some times vibrating. Then I consider the seller,he said your return period over. You need to contact the manufacturer. I am in the UK How to contact the manufacture . Very very worst product. My kindly Request Anyone don’t buy because I Think this is old motor they fixed . I lost my £189 pounds so sad

I though brand name being Bosch it will be very strong but within 1 month jug handle is loose, 1 of the 4 suction leg has come off making the blender becoming very unstable when blending. I am quite disappointed with the product. Not to say that it comes with an Indian Plug and not EU or UK plug.

Bad experience with the mixie. After couple of years of purchase it is giving us trouble. The light starts flickering when it is switched on and none of the buttons work. The service centre took 1000 for the repair saying the motherboard was corrupted.After a week of repair seeing the same missed again

Overall Product is good quality and build. Grinding is very nice.However noise is high due to the speed.Major problem, in chutney jar, due to multiple cut/design. anything you grind, it sticks to jar. Not that easy to clean.small portion is very difficult.

I am using this product since 2021 and quality of this product is not bad. But My Chutney grinding bottom part is damaged since I use this jar most of the time. I try to find out the product but its 1400 which is very high. If bottom part of the jar is available somewhere including the blade that will be awesome. I have attached a screenshot which part I need. Please reply if its available or not.

Looks classy, but the lid design leads to lot of wastage, since the design doesn’t allow extracting all the food stuck in the grooves. Given that it’s 1000watt, it makes lot of sound when using.

Need to wait and watch how it functions and for what extent

The mixer grinder looks old style & is very basic. Motor and blades does the job well. The plastic quality of the grinder could have been better. Quite ok for the budget price it’s being sold at.

Good product but a bit more noisy than expected. Bosch has marketed it as a quieter mixer grinder than others but that is not the case. 4 stars for noise. Maybe 750 watt mixer is quieter.

But first impression the built quality was a red flag for a such price range and then just on the second use of Blender it got dismembered blender portion came our in three parts with one part got stuck within.Neither we could see any return policy in place.Very frustrated with Amazon, It’s Sellers and the Brand Preethi itself.

I’ve ordered 2 unit. One for myself and another for my friend. One unit suddenly stopped working within a week but all thanks to their customer support as they provided me a replacement very quickly. Now both units are working fine.

As a first-time Bosch user, I am completely amazed by this mixer grinder. The ‘Stone Pounding Technology really does make a difference in the flavor of masalas. The jars are strong and have a great lid-locking system, which is a huge safety plus. From making smoothies to grinding chutneys, the performance is flawless. This is a durable, powerful, and truly amazing kitchen appliance.

After a year of use, mixcy producing very loud noise, jars quality is not good and very difficult to keep them clean. Overall below average product from Bosch.
