I wanted a SMALL chopper for nuts, and pureeing garlic and onions, and most choppers have big 400 or 500cl bowls so when I found the Wonderchef, with two small (plastic) containers I was pleased.But when it arrived it was fitted with a 2-pin plug for Continental Europe or USA, not UK, so I need a “travel adaptor” to use it in my kitchen. Also, the containers have 4 strengthening ribs running from top to bottom, but INSIDE the container, so it`s difficult to clean inside.It`s also alarming to use because to start, you press down on the container, and suddenly you have a big noise.I will keep it because I will only use occasionally, but I would not buy again, and would not recommend.

I have received a faulty product.. it’s not working from the day one. Just two days back I have received this item wonderchef.. I wonder how it works.. so placed a return for which I have to go to drop off.. m very annoyed.. bought this because of 2 year warranty but that is only applicable when your product at least work.. buy on your own risk..

No spare parts are available. So you need to buy the entire machine even if a jar or a lid needs to be replaced. No service centres have any spare items as well.

I had to go through 3 purchases and had to return all three. All of them came with wiring issues which to me are very risky. I could literally see wires hanging out of the blender socket, surprised how can this be missed in QC checks. i still gave them a benefit of doubt but found the same issue in all 3. I had great expectations but totally disappointed.

I received the product yesterday 8th Feb afternoon. Outer packing was good. Inside box was also in good condition. But when I checked what’s inside I found Covering lid and seasoning lid missing. Is this how to send products to your customer? So far I have used three times. Motor is fast. Some plastic burnt smell comes from it. I don’t know whether it is normal on new items. I’m going to use it everyday. I will update my review again later after using it for Some more days.

I tried a number of products on amazon and returned them, none of them were as good or powerful as this one. The motor is quite powerful, if you ae looking for a general purpose mixer, grinder that is able to make Idli and Dosa batter for you this is what you need.Even other wonderchef bullet like grinder are not as good as this one. This is really the most powerful of them all, i tried a few I tried Cookwell, my friend tried Balzano all of them are under powered machines and cant grind soaked dal and rice for idli or vada consistency. If you add too much water the batter becomes useless.But this machine is able to grind rice and dal with the right amount of water. And as soon as you run the machine you will know how powerful it is. The only advice i will give is tighten the lid well. Its a good machine hands down the best Bullet mixer on the market, it is way better than the more popular 400W wonderchef nutri blender.This machine is really powerful i have even used it to grind lightly roasted coriander seeds and it works really well for small batches of freshly ground spices. You will not regret the decision. It is slightly expensive but totally worth it, dont go for the 400W Nutriblend.Also i have used other multi purpose Juicer mixer brands, dont go for those the motors in those machines are not as powerful as this one although they also claim 1000W but they are not. This one is really that good, for juicing and other needs i suggest you buy a different machine.But for 95% of your work this is really good and powerful.

I had Unboxed it and used it to test whether to return it or put it with me.Firstly I will go with the cons then I will go with the pros.Cons:1. The contents in the big jar is dripping into the blenders’ body while blending. And It’s totally leaking when you are taking off the jar from the blender after blending. The leakage is going from one of the locks on the cap. This might lead to electrical damage which is not good.2. I tested the Small jar too. After usage while cleaning the cap, it faded right after coming in contact with water while cleaning. Very bad quality of cap.3. It gets 2 pin plug not a 3 pin plug. Some might find it inconvenient.Pros:The cons I had mentioned might vary from product to product. It’s not that every product fails. Some products might not have any cons.Keeping the cons aside, this product is a “masterpiece” it does the job well. The motor is very powerful, the blades are sharp. Very compact. I am so happy to have this mixer grinder in my kitchen. First of all what I liked most about this is that you can even grind very less quantity in it, which was not possible earLier with my old mixer grinder. I had to grind handful of drufruits for a recipe and it did the job in 30 seconds. And the powder was very fine just like I wanted as I had to prepare the recipe for my kid. Secondly it takes very very less space on your kitchen platform. Very light weight ,so you can also keep it back in the shelf after usage. Comes with 2 extra lids which you can use to close the jar once grinding/blending is done ,so the jars can also be used for storage. Noise is little on the high side as my kid gets scared every time I run it so I manage to operate it only when he is in the other room.

I’ve been using this nutri blender for couple of weeks, and I’m completely satisfied with the performance. It makes blending super quick. The chutneys and whole spices are blended and grinded smooth. The Wonderchef nutri blender is so stylish and compact that it takes very less space in my kitchen. It comes wig two jars, the long one to be used for smoothies, shakes and chutneys and the smaller one to blend any type of dry masalas. The bolt is powerfull however there is no start and stop button on the machine which makes is pretty unsafe

One of the blades of the mixer is loose and when tested it had leakage problem. The contents were dirty and rusted and even the packaging was very bad. This is the first time that I have had such a worse experience with Amazon for that I have a feeling that this is an old and used and repaired product sent by the Seller. Wonderchef is a reputed brand it should maintain its quality and cater good service to the customers. Had not anticipated Amazon to send such a bad product.

1) there is no option for pulsing . Works on a single speed2) there is no jar for grinding chutney , dal/ rice batters (the ad claims it works as a grinder also but it does not . Only dry grinding of spices is possible )3) very loud and noisy

Total waste of money. At 2.5 months there was smoke and sparking and at the next 3 months the motor jammed. Service takes long time (2 to 3 weeks after complaint).need to improve the product quality and service.

This mixer grinder can be used in various kinds of food preparation and I also made some amazing shakes with it. It does not take too much space and is easy to store. One can use it for grinding various spices and I liked the consistency with which it grinds and blends. The blades are quite sharp and they don’t make too much unnecessary noise also while doing their work. There are 2 jars given, one big and one small and a recipe booklet is also provided with it.It is easy to clean too and I am quite satisfied with my purchase.

Only drawback of this blender is it does not come with the switch which control the speed of blender for example minumum ,medium & maximum knob to control type of masala we desire or consistency we want in juice….Where as product build quality is exellent & fancy

After using the mixer grinder for three straight days for grinding food, making mango shake and making pudina chutney, along with capsicum and onion chopping I must say I am very impressed with the performance, it is very convenient and easy to use for anyone in the family. Easy fittings with click lock, no buttons on the body means it is controlled directly by your plug switch.

Love the size…small and compact, hardly takes much space on my countertop. Very efficient and very good sharp blades. I used for blending and grinding so far …really good! am impressed and happy for the price that I paid, its great value for money!

Great powerful motor, but a little loud. The built quality is great.The major flaw is the silicon gaskets, if you tighten them hard gasket slips, and if you tighten them lightly it will leak.I am finding it very difficult to use for liquid blends. If you use anything that is slightly hot it will just spill all over.The lack of a push-to-start button is not very user-friendly.Overall this product is not worth the price. I feel there are other better products out there with cheaper prices.

Product is good but seems a bit small. Looks wise good.Delivery was worst. Now a days all delivery boys Amazon are so rude. In my case he kept it on road for me to collect and asking for OTP.
