Hello Everybody, I’m writing this review as I know there are many people who want a good blender to make smooth smoothies and with the increase of health consciousness the demand of this product is also growing. I was searching for a good blender for a while and as my budget was average that is why this less popular brand was tempting my wish, and also found many mixed reviews here and there online and finally after gathering little courage I went for it.PRODUCTS INSIDE THE BOX: -1 Blender ( the motor part)2 jars ( 1 for smoothie making + 1 for masala making)6 set of plastic glasses.1 recipe book by Swati Thoda.Pros : – 1. 400w powerful motor will satisfy your smoothie or masala makingneeds. I tried with different fruit smoothies ( like, mango, pineapple, apple, litchi,peach, grape, watermelon, banana etc) and vegetable smoothies ( like papaya, spinach, dates, almonds, carrots, ginger, cucumber etc) .They blend in perfectly within 15-30sec.So there are no complaint for its blending purpose.It comes with two types of jars. 1 blending ( which is little taller) and the other 1 is little smaller, which is for making dry/wet masala.Quality of those jars are good, atleast it worth with the money.You will get additional lids for those jars and a seasoning lid for season dry masala on the dish.The blades for blending and grinding both are impressive in quality.Also you will get 6 set of glasses which are all good by their quality.Above all, in total quality, quantity and working nature are all good.Cons: – 1. If you are looking for a big one or your family has a big number of members then it is not for you.In one shot you can blend smoothies for 2 persons maximum.This product is strictly for nuclear families and bachelor persons.NOW I’M GOING TO STATE THE BIGGEST FLAW OF THIS MACHINE ( THAT IS WHY, I’M WRITING IT IN CAPITAL LETTER) . I HAVE NO IDEA WHETHER THIS IS A BUSINESS POLICY OR WONDERCHEF ONLY DID THIS TO CUT THE PRODUCTION COST OR WHATEVER BUT THIS FLAW REALLY CAN GET YOU IN TROUBLE. BETWEEN MOTOR AND BLADES YOU WILL FIND 2 RUBBER JOINTS THROUGH WHICH THE WHOLE SYSTEM IS ROTATING, AFTER USE 1 TIME OF A DAY AND FEW DAYS AFTER PURCHASING I NOTICED THE ROTATING RUBBER JOINTS ARE BEING CORRODED A LITTLE DAY BY DAY, WHICH IS A LITTLE FRUSTRATING BECAUSE I HEARD WONDERCHEF CUSTOMER CARE IS NOT ATTENTIVE AT ALL AND I HAVE NO IDEA THAT THE RUBBER PARTS IS AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET OR NOT. SO BE A LITTLE GENTLE WITH THOSE. A LITTLE SUGGESTION FROM ME, AFTER USING, DO NOT WASH THE RUBBER PART AND USE IT CAREFULLY BECAUSE WATER DROPS ALSO CAN CAUSE OF THOSE CORROSIONS.ANYWAYS, FINAL VERDICT IN THIS BUDGET THE PRODUCT IS AWESOME, AND IF YOU CAN TAKE A GOOD CARE OF THE PRODUCT I HOPE THE PRODUCT WILL ALSO TAKE A GOOD CARE OF YOR HEALTH FOR A LONG TIME. : )

This was my second time order. Big jar is a nice addition and there are also minor design improvements. Will have to see if old issues come back in these. These and not the powerful, best or cheapest ones out there but the design and convenience to use made me buy again.Of course they are not for heavy usage but very good as daily kitchen helper. Plastic used is abs and dishwasher safe. Blending, puree, smothee, lassi, butter milk, paste, chutney, medium to light dry grinding etc comes out perfectly. Shouldn’t overload and results are good most of the times.

Initially there was this weird plastic burning kinda smell.. but when i asked a few other users.. we figured that the new product has such smell.. so that shouldn’t be an issue..The jars are nice .. perfectly sized.. I blend smoothies and puries in this .. it’s super handy..Shakes or smoothies.. all it takes is some frozen fruits and add ons. . Sometimes when I feel I won’t wake up in time to make smoothies, I cut some fresh fruits and add all the ingredients in the jar, cover it with the cap and keep it in the freezer; So in the morning all i have to do is blend it for 2 min!!Before using it for the first time, please read the instructions.. the most important being, that the blender should be used in the time ratio of 1:3.. for every 1 min of use, the motor shouldn’t be RUNNING, for at least 3 min.. otherwise the motor will burn!Or simply, blend for 1 min and rest for 3..Also.. the warranty is only on the motor, not on plastic parts.. which is a little disappointing. .This is so handy, that we use it at least 3 times a day, for grinding, smoothies, chutneys or shakes!!Lastly.. the main body of the machine can be easily cleaned.. with a wet cloth.. even though mine is white, it doesn’t get dirty much..The jars on the other hand have to be cleaned thoroughly after every use.. 😣😣Please let only those people in the house use the blender who have read the instructions or know the key points.. Cuz people tend to switch it on and do other work, which spoils the motor..BTW. . There is no switch to operate the blender.. all you have to do is place it and push it and rotate the jar clockwise to blend and then rotate back and release..The receipt book was wonderful! !with a diet chart..

It is a great mixer, easy to use and wash. Grinds spices very fine, and makes pastes/smoothies very efficiently.

Great item, it’s a bit on the noisy side, but is really good to do its job properly. Very good price. Fast delivery. It also comes with a very useful book.

I wanted a SMALL chopper for nuts, and pureeing garlic and onions, and most choppers have big 400 or 500cl bowls so when I found the Wonderchef, with two small (plastic) containers I was pleased.But when it arrived it was fitted with a 2-pin plug for Continental Europe or USA, not UK, so I need a “travel adaptor” to use it in my kitchen. Also, the containers have 4 strengthening ribs running from top to bottom, but INSIDE the container, so it`s difficult to clean inside.It`s also alarming to use because to start, you press down on the container, and suddenly you have a big noise.I will keep it because I will only use occasionally, but I would not buy again, and would not recommend.

It is nice product. I am now using it for almost 2 years.Pros: Small, quick, durable, easy to clean jars, does the job very well.Cons: If you run for more than 50 seconds start getting a burning smell. Blades and attachment base gets easily spoiled and not repairable. You can repair yourself if you find the parts. Bearings are not great, once blades are slightly loose, it starts leaking. Customer care is not great. Instead of sending you a repair guy they will ask you to come to service center.Attachments are not available online and on wonderchef website, they are in sold out status since last few months.Finally : If you are looking for a quick smoothie maker, blender and grinder for day to day daily light activities, its a great product. Only downside is availability of spare parts and attachments as in any blender blades are the first one to wear off and need replacement else your whole product is a waste without jars available. Also to note Jars are not covered under full warranty, its partial.

It’s a good product in reasonable price. Great for Indian kitchen needs . I use it for grinding dosa batter, all types of chutneys, raw spices etc . I think in this price you won’t get any other option with multiple jars.My experience is good till now (y)

Ordered this after my mixer grinder which I got from India broke and this serves the purpose for Indian style of cooking. It’s compact so does not take much space in the kitchen and grinds almost everything that goes in. Highly recommended.

It comes with 1 yr warranty so contacted the dealer but I didn’t response apart from telling the case is forwarded to concern department. I have followed up constantly but no luck. If sellers cannot to there warranty then they should not sell the product. Worst customer service.Update: After constant follow up and despite of service ticket number there is no response from customer service.Update: I revised my rating as my complain has been addressed and got the replacement. One thing i released that don’t use company contact us page to raise the issue it will will not be heard. Just drop email directly to the mentioned email on the website the response is prompt from that account.Appreciate Wonderful help !!

The only difference with the new one was that it came with a UK plug. Possibly retrofitted here in UK. Outside of this experience, I will still recommend the product.

I had to go through 3 purchases and had to return all three. All of them came with wiring issues which to me are very risky. I could literally see wires hanging out of the blender socket, surprised how can this be missed in QC checks. i still gave them a benefit of doubt but found the same issue in all 3. I had great expectations but totally disappointed.

Very convenient n efficient

Bought it on 28th October..Used thrice only..Rubber from the machine got chipped..n now I have to pay for that bcz it dsnt come in warranty.the most annoying thing is that after placing the complain even.. n am ready to pay they are saying we don’t have the partso now the machine is just a showpiece too me.So just think b4 buying d product..After using for the 3 times this is the conditionSo its not worth the money at all…Highly disappointed… by the product aswell as after sales service…Total waste of money ..plz plz dnt go for it .. its a honest review..Editing the review .. placed the complain 5 times for the replacement of the damage part … but each time they say it’s not available.. in short the machine is a show piece .. n i had to buy new one frm other brand ..

I received the product yesterday 8th Feb afternoon. Outer packing was good. Inside box was also in good condition. But when I checked what’s inside I found Covering lid and seasoning lid missing. Is this how to send products to your customer? So far I have used three times. Motor is fast. Some plastic burnt smell comes from it. I don’t know whether it is normal on new items. I’m going to use it everyday. I will update my review again later after using it for Some more days.

Neat little multipurpose blender. I only wish the plastic elements were more sturdy and higher quality. They have flimsy feel and after few uses, the dry spice blender for instance looks quite worn out no matter how much we wash it. The motor speed and sound is fine.Review after using 1 year 10 monthsOne of the plastic jars broke and was destroyed within a couple of months since purchasing. The food processor attachment broke too soon after (both within 6 months).I could still use the small jar and the juice jar, however off late I notice a blackish liquid seeping into the blended food- most likely from the rotor parts, making the food unusable.Wont buy again.

I used it twice for Indian sauces and the washer broke while using it their time, I used it for a long time when I bough it last time but this one broke after 2 use which is very disappointing for a wonder chef brand.

I tried a number of products on amazon and returned them, none of them were as good or powerful as this one. The motor is quite powerful, if you are looking for a general purpose mixer, grinder that is able to make Idli and Dosa batter for you this is what you need. It is Indeed 1000W , and really powerful motor i havenyt seen anything better than this.Even other wonderchef bullet like grinder are not as good as this one. This is really the most powerful of them all, i tried a few I tried Cookwell, my friend tried Balzano all of them are under powered machines and cant grind soaked dal and rice for idli or vada consistency. If you add too much water the batter becomes useless.But this machine is able to grind rice and dal with the right amount of water. And as soon as you run the machine you will know how powerful it is. The only advice i will give is tighten the lid well. Its a good machine hands down the best Bullet mixer on the market, it is way better than the more popular 400W wonderchef nutri blender.This machine is really powerful i have even used it to grind lightly roasted coriander seeds and it works really well for small batches of freshly ground spices. You will not regret the decision. It is slightly expensive but totally worth it, dont go for the 400W Nutriblend.Also i have used other multi purpose Juicer mixer brands, dont go for those the motors in those machines are not as powerful as this one although they also claim 1000W but they are not. This one is really that good, for juicing and other needs i suggest you buy a different machine.But for 95% of your work this is really good and powerful.The only Con being you cannot purchase more Jars from Amazon or even on their website. As you can see this motor is just very powerfull and reliable they only thing that would wear out is the jar.Edit: (Update on machine – 8 Aug 2024)After 1.8 yrs of successfully using the machine the Blade bush started leaking. There is no replacement for the blades nor extra Jars are available from the site. Now it is gathering dust for the past few months. I would suggest go for some other product whose extra Jars , Blades and parts are available. Wonderchef doesnt even have a service center so we are truly fukd.

I have been using this product been 9 months.The product is hmm, i cant say cheap but not a premium material also. Not a value for money. Will not recommend to anyone.I am using it only for baby foods, not used heavily still The jaars are already damaged.

Everything is fine except the size. Need to add fruits 2 times to get a glass of juice.

Bought this primarily to make fruit juices. Using it for more then a year now and it solves the purpose. Apart from fruit juice, we are also using it for1) grinding small amount of Ragi, one or 2 almonds, small amount of vegetables for baby2) making tomato puree, buttermilkThe normal mixer @ home is not efficient for grinding small amounts and this blender is very helpful.

It’s service is good but do check it once received. I opened the box after few days. And i found out it came with a broken plug. Unfortunately I missed my return day. So please check once you recieve it. Although it does it work perfectly. Performance wise it’s good.

it’s been 1 month since I purchased..now not working…cant grind

It is just wow product. I’m just looking for good mixer blender n the major reason is to buy this is last month my mixer grinder was stolen from my house… So I’m searching the product then I found this n bought it for my kitchen it is very helpful n amazing. It has powerful motor with no speed limit. The small blender is very good n works very well… I love this. The juicer is also very good. Now I can easily make smoothies, chutney, juice n also make the dry masalas. It is really very good. I just love it. Now I’m feeling better with this.

I purchased it few days back and it is working very good. It grinds all types of food items very quickly. It is so easy to use and there is no hassle in cleaning it as well. This blender is exactly what I needed. Now I can make my shakes so easily.

After searching a lot I found this product. It is really a nice product. There were too many low range products. But still i bought this because of 1000 watts. And really it is worth buying it. I always had a dream to prepare a carrot and beetroot juice. And this product is very useful.

We bought it as the other brand grinder/ blender was not able to chop items like nuts (almond, walnut) and dates finely. We always found residue parts that were not broken down. With this, that is not an issue. It does the blending very well. Used it for juices, smoothies and that job it does well. Operation is simple. Just press to start and stop pressing to stop.A few have complained of leakage but that happens if the item is to watery. Else it looks fine. Reviewing after a week now.Noise is average. Would not say it is quiet one. With 22k rpm, can’t expect quiet motor.Cleaning so far has been easy, both the Jar and the motor unitGo for it when you have a sale. Should get a good price.

I had Unboxed it and used it to test whether to return it or put it with me.Firstly I will go with the cons then I will go with the pros.Cons:1. The contents in the big jar is dripping into the blenders’ body while blending. And It’s totally leaking when you are taking off the jar from the blender after blending. The leakage is going from one of the locks on the cap. This might lead to electrical damage which is not good.2. I tested the Small jar too. After usage while cleaning the cap, it faded right after coming in contact with water while cleaning. Very bad quality of cap.3. It gets 2 pin plug not a 3 pin plug. Some might find it inconvenient.Pros:The cons I had mentioned might vary from product to product. It’s not that every product fails. Some products might not have any cons.Keeping the cons aside, this product is a “masterpiece” it does the job well. The motor is very powerful, the blades are sharp. Very compact. It’s a good addition to the kitchen. Adds health to your life with recipes.

I’ve been using this nutri blender for couple of weeks, and I’m completely satisfied with the performance. It makes blending super quick. The chutneys and whole spices are blended and grinded smooth. The titanium blades are star of the product. Purees, chutneys and other wet grinding is done to the perfection. Totally worth the price!

Value for money

I bought this one year back I.e on 09/01/2022 from Amazon. I am not able to download inv. And warranty slip. One of the jars is not working.(grinder) I guess some issue with rubber or blade.How can I get this replaced.Thanks

The Wonderchef nutri blender is so stylish and compact that it takes very less space in my kitchen. It comes wig two jars, the long one to be used for smoothies, shakes and chutneys and the smaller one to blend any type of dry masalas. The jars are transparent so it is easy to use and looks very attractive. Th e best part of this blender is that you just need to blend it for 30 seconds and your smoothie or sake is ready to drink. I feel its noise level is similar to other blender. A must have for every kitchen.

I like this product. I regularly used it for my morning shake. I received same as shows in picture. No button to start or stop an I like that.I ordered to make shake and smoothies. Also in manual they clearly shows which blade and which container is use for blending or grinding.I know you can purchase more powerful mixer grinder at 2900/- price but I want this so I purchased.I am very happy with the product.

As usual very nice product but its big. Keep it in mind. I was expecting some small jars like magic bullet brand. But these are big sturdy jars.

Always fix the jar and lock before switching on the power. If you switch on the power and then fix the jar and twist, the bush will wear off in 2 days. Never use the grind blade on blend jar and vice versa. Use only the particular blades on the jar. Don’t use for more than 30 seconds for one batch. Most important is to switch on the power after you place and twist.

It’s nice for first year.It’s after all, a mixie. So, the job is cut. It makes more noise than paste.You need to make smaller pieces before you put nuts, hard spices and veggies in. Otherwise, it will scramble itself out in pieces. Even under care, it screams like a whore.Overall, you could buy it if you could replace it in two years and use it gently.Chow!

Good product..easy to use and clean…

I am using it since last 1 year. I found this product extremely helpful. It’s small and handy.Only problem I faced is its lock broke easily. And even if, it is under warranty, they will charge you for repairs/replacements. And the cost is very high (Approximately, in two maintenance costs we can buy a new mixer). Only service charge they wave off.So those who think of bearing a high maintenance cost should buy this one.

One of the blades of the mixer is loose and when tested it had leakage problem. The contents were dirty and rusted and even the packaging was very bad. This is the first time that I have had such a worse experience with Amazon for that I have a feeling that this is an old and used and repaired product sent by the Seller. Wonderchef is a reputed brand it should maintain its quality and cater good service to the customers. Had not anticipated Amazon to send such a bad product.

Pretty strong blender.. u can use it is as mixer,grinder juicer anything…Good built quality.An on/off switch should have been given on the blender.

1) there is no option for pulsing . Works on a single speed2) there is no jar for grinding chutney , dal/ rice batters (the ad claims it works as a grinder also but it does not . Only dry grinding of spices is possible )3) very loud and noisy

We used this product , and after 20 days some technical issues raised, we put our complaint to the Brand service number. Got prompt response and product issue got resolved.

It’s good for single persons. Haven’t used all the jars yet, but works well. Safety mechanism is very good. The motor will not run if there is no jar fixed. Just make sure the jar is closed correctly and fully, otherwise it might get stuck on locking

After using the mixer grinder for three straight days for grinding food, making mango shake and making pudina chutney, along with capsicum and onion chopping I must say I am very impressed with the performance, it is very convenient and easy to use for anyone in the family. Easy fittings with click lock, no buttons on the body means it is controlled directly by your plug switch.

The coupler crumbled (literally!) within a couple of weeks of usage. We didn’t realize it until the return window was over as we presumed that the problem was with the jar.We were quite happy with it’s performance and ease of use while it worked! Within 2 weeks the grinder attachment stopped working – the blades would rotate freely when rotated manually but would not engage when connected to the base. The blender attachment continued to work (which actually made us think the problem was with the grinder attachment) for about another week or so before it too had the same problem. So, we assumed that it was the jars that were wearing out so fast. We thought of looking for a service centre or just buying a new jar for the mixer-grinder but the nearest service centre to us is 134 km away – in Chennai (we live in Pondicherry). We were not able to call the stores either – number not in service or when it rings no one picks up the phone.Incidentally, while attemptimg to use it once more, I started suspecting that the problem may be in the coupler of the base and tried to see if something of off with it. Lo and behold, white powdery flakes of plastic started coming of the coupler when I used my fingernail to try and clean it. I understood that the blades of the coupler which should lock on to the coupler in the jar had got crushed either by starting to spin while the jar was not yet fully locked or continuing to spin while the jars were being unlocked (more likely).So, only one star for the product (as I can’t give a lower rating) – do not buy this model at all!!

Good quality product

Great powerful motor, but a little loud. The built quality is great.The major flaw is the silicon gaskets, if you tighten them hard gasket slips, and if you tighten them lightly it will leak.I am finding it very difficult to use for liquid blends. If you use anything that is slightly hot it will just spill all over.The lack of a push-to-start button is not very user-friendly.Overall this product is not worth the price. I feel there are other better products out there with cheaper prices.

On the 3rd use itself the chopper blade broke from within and doesn’t spin at all.Now the grinder blade rubber bottom getting ruptured, after a year of normal use.I only have the blender attachment working. Rest all are broken 1 by 1.Not to mention its extremely noisy. And heats up in a 20-30 seconds cycle also. Got to be very patient to wait for it cool, when grinding lot of materials

PROS: Make dust of 1 gm whole spice, Make fine chunks of carriable vegetables etc., Make smart paste of many things, Happy with Cold Coffee, misc drinks.CONS: Making dust/powder of Whole Garam Masala, the body of the small container instantly lost transparency, for ever. Secondly the noise is high, some fine shock absorber was expected. Cleaning after using is very crucial, for the motor part too.

Nice product

I have purchased the product in the month of Oct’22. Everything was going smoothly unless and until the thread ring of one of the jar got jammed in the grinder base and jar come off when turn/unturn leaving the thread ring in the grinder base. It was very difficult to take out residual part from the thread. I do not think I can get a replacement of said jar and if it is available in the open market I will manage to replace one. But this is for the information of the manufacturer to take care of the aspect so that no more such complaints may occur in future.

Disappointed with the product. It leaked immediately after use, causing a mess. Poor quality and not worth the purchase.

In the span of less than 1 year, i have claimed the warranty for multiple times. There is no permanent fix for the issues like leakages and motor failure. This time they have pushed limits. In just two days after receiving the product after a fix, again the leakage issue persist. The company has now put the setup on automatic mode, giving the reason that your lock is broken. Shouldn’t they fix that and send that rather than just giving alternates. Don’t buy it, you will regret. I have tried putting all my trust in this brand but it disappointed me very badly.

I bought the 400W version a couple of years ago. Since my son took it to university, I replaced it with the 600W version. The product is good, but I see no improvement with the extra 200W

This is a very bad product. First time I got a defective item. When I returned this I got an another piece of this product.After a few days the motor start is not functioning. When I want to contact the company there was no cc was available. When I went to the local mechanic he tried two weeks to search this motor but failed to find it. I have been cheated by the wondered.

Vegetable chopper stopped working by second time

The blender is not blending properly, it leaves big crumbs. Expensive for what it is. You can find better product for less price.

The media could not be loaded. This time it’s quality is not good because I use this product from many years. Price s same but product quality is degrad . Very light weight jars and blades. Chopper difficult to close the lid. Let see what happened next while using. Request to Wonderchef please do work to provide good quality product so your old and new customer believe in your company.It just looking wise is good not in quality wise.

Pathetic product. The blender stopped working in just 10 days but no replacement was provided. Their engineer came for service and said that somebody has put wires wrongly. He got puzzled when I told that it’s a new machine and is getting repaired for the first time.. Now within 4 months of purchase, the motor got repaired 4 times and they even charge for the service provided. The behaviour of the engineer was also very rude. If I need to use the mixer multiple times during any get together or festival, the machine stops working even if their is no load.. They completely deny replacement and now I’m fed up of this servicing game.. I lost my trust in this brand and product..

1st I was doubted to buy this .but this is an awesome product, value for money.Its sturdy, handly and powerful.We can grind or blend almost everything we need for day to day cooking.

Stylish But Short-Lived – Disappointed After Years of LoyaltyThis is my third blender in a row. Had a great Start, But Quality Has Dropped with Each New Model.1. First I bought the black one that worked very well and lasted the longest2. Then I bought the white one- the bullets we’re slimmer and seems smaller but worked well- lasted shorter than the black one3. I bought this Champagne the thirds time- looked nice but didn’t last at all. Both blenders had difficult fitting it and the connecter despite being locked well, not just grinder the plastic but also spilled everything in the super shaky blenderOld user since years- disappointed. In the past year or so since I bought it, I have used this 2 times, and it has broken down twice. The first time I tried to make deseeded date and milk shake, and the coupler below the blender jar broke after a few seconds of running (it’s cheap plastic). After a few days the technician came under warranty and charged me ten times the market price (which I only realized later unfortunately) to replace it with salvaged coupler from I assume other customer’s jars. He left in a hurry without testing, and I didn’t pay much attention at the time. The summer was already over (it took two months before he came to service) so the blender was not used for a while.Finally, yesterday I cut some mangoes into small pieces and put them in the blender with milk and sugar. When turned on, it was obvious that the motor was running but the blades were not. When I removed the jar and checked, the coupler on the machine (made of even cheaper plastic) had been grinded to dust from what I could only assume was mismatch with the jar coupler teeth.I again called Wonderchef and was assigned to the same technician. He told me the blender jar is not designed for blending, that’s why it broke. I should have made mango shake in the grinder jar. Or not even tried. It’s such a small machine, how can you expect it to work?Based on both the cheap quality product and the service (or lack of it, rather), I would NEVER recommend ANY Wonderchef product to anyone.STAY AWAY from their cheap and unrepairable plastic junk.

It’s not good mixture, vibrate is very high, not feel good to use this product, I want to change this product but not showing replacement or return option. I don’t know why so many good reviews but I find it as a waste of money. It has major heating issues. If you run it for a minute burning smell n most of the time smoke will appear Product is good but I ordered different colour gold but they delivered silver Motor begins to heat and finally burnt.Worst product and company claim is false.
