Pigeon Zest Mixer Grinder 750 Watt 4 Jar, Turquoise Blue

I thought Pigeon is a good Brand, last month purchased Pigeon Magnetic induction stove. and expected this Mixer to be in same quality.Unfortunately It arrived damaged. Yes, a crack on plastic bottom, big enough to show all internal parts. I saw very low quality blades and blade bushes, very low quality mixer material. with very nice design,Why would anyone buy a substandard product and struggle entire his life ?? Than I went to various degital stores to check mixers.. in offline market same mixers are upto 50% costlier than online. however I checked all mixers quality.I got the root cause of problem, All mixers are manufactured in India, so they are crap no matter which brand you buy, I am sorry to say this,,, I appreciate Idea of “Make In India” ,,, but our makers are fraudsters creating substandard products and charging premium price, what does mixer has expensive jet plane parts.???? A motor and plastic. that also cant be given in a good quality.??I checked Pigeon, Prestige, Bajaj, etc etc etc…..After checking I found 2 brands which are little better than rest.1). Panasonic.2). Murphy Richards.Panasonic is well built, high quality jars, still it is at least 1000% (10 times) low grade compared to original Panasonic of japan, Yes., this also made in India Panasonic.Murphy Richards same case as Panasonic,this also not German made but India made with little thicker plastic and better switches.I ordered Richard Murphy in amazon and waiting its arrival.Manufacturers take advantage of ‘Make in India’ and Make high quality products,. because I can spend little extra and can import foreign goods rather than pay premium for your substandard goods.

The media could not be loaded. To be honest I read a lot of reviews before selecting this model. Whatever models I checked in this price range had a few negative reviews with similar complaints- cheap quality, cover doesn’t stay, broken/damaged product received etc. Finally chose this because of the Prestige brand and the marking of Amazon’s choice. Unfortunately, it was a waste of time.I returned it without using so can’t comment about usage experience but this was my experience- first time I opened the box, took out thw spatula and the cover that was placed at the top and immediately decided to order a replacement. They were full of dirt, and looked used.The replacement delivery and pickup of the old package happened at the same time. I opened the new package and then realised the old package also was misaing the user guide cum warranty card! The new package on the other hand looked new but was missing the spatula. Not a big deal for me but the delivery person suggested me to keep the spatula from the old package.I wish I checked the quality of the product first time itself. When I was unpacking the mixer I was surprised how cheap and low quality it can possibly be! But at the end when I lifted the main mixer unit that was the final nail. There was some loose part moving inside it. I’ve attached a video, not sure if the sound can be heard or not. I called Amazon who suggested to use it and try to see if it is working or not as I had 10 days to return. But after deliberation I decided to return it unused. Even if it worked, a moving part near motor is an accident in the making. I was surprised that in the box someone signed the quality checked ok stamp! If this is OK tested quality from Prestige I’ll rather avoid that brand.I read in few reviews people suggesting that companies are making special low quality product to sell online with low price point and standard ones for ofdline sell. I’m starting to believe that and will buy the mixer after physically checking that.However it will be unfair if I don’t mention how helpful Amazon was , they actually insisted me to leave a review so that they can adjust their recommendations and can alao take steps against the seller for delivering below par goods.At the end, I noticed one generic problem with every single mixer I checked even in high range products from Philips/Bosch. At least for the chatney jar and some time for all jars they are leaving exposed screws inside the jars. These ridges will accumulate leftover food particles which will be practically impossible to clean and hence this isn’t hygienic.

The plastic part of the mixer got stuck to one of the grinders and now it isn’t working anymore. Very disappointing. The plastic part got stuck down. Now I can’t even refund I have to get a replacement of something I don’t even like very bad quality. And the noise is like my whole society can hear. This is regarding the amazon order for Prestige Mixer. We had initially raise a concern that the internal alignment of motor in the mixer was not in place and completely out dislocated. But as per sellers instructions, we used it the way it was. Secondly, the juicer jar which was sent along with the mixer – when we first used it according to the instructions- it entirely broke from down though it wasn’t overloaded. We then too let it go. Thirdly, when using the mixer yesterday, the regulator switch is dislocated and not functioning.These are the repeated issues we have faced and feels like damaged or rejected product has been sent over to us. Now this product is of no use to us and we need to purchase another mixer and spend additional.

I recently purchased the Prestige Iris 750W mixer grinder(White and Blue) with high hopes, expecting a sturdy build and quiet operation. While it certainly outperforms my previous 500W mixer in terms of speed, I’m quite disappointed with its build quality and the inclusion of the unnecessary steel insert in the juice jar.Performance:- Speed: The mixer is impressively fast, significantly reducing preparation time.- Noise Level: While not completely silent, it’s still manageable.The jars look like they’ve been dropped and the finish isn’t good. I don’t understand why they put that metal thing in the juice jar. It’s not useful.

If there was negative stars I could have given that.My old mixer also was Philips, I used it for 12yrs with some minor repairs and jar replacement. I trusted the brand very much and didn’t even think twice to order another mixer from Philips. But I regret my decision..I couldn’t even believe such a bad product from Philips and searched what happened to the company. I can see that Philips domestic appliances was acquired by another company in 2021 and then renamed to Versuni India Home Solutions. I am not sure whether the quality degrade happened after this.Pros: NONE.Cons1. The jar lid won’t hold up. You have to hold the lids very tightly, else you will get free painting on your walls2. You won’t be able to hold the lids because you have to close your ears with your hand due to the noise level.3. Even if you keep some cotton in your ears and hold the lids, it may break up due to the poor quality of plastic used.

Very disappointed with the product. I purchased the Prestige Iris 750 Watt Mixer Grinder (White and Blue) from Amazon. Within just 1 month of normal use, 2 out of 4 jars are already damaged. The build quality is extremely poor and feels very cheap. On top of that, the mixer is extremely noisy while operating. I expected much better quality from Prestige, but this product has been a complete letdown. Not recommended at all.

Normal grinding is ok but if you are looking for juicer as main requirement, this is not recommended product. Simply waste of purchasing (juicer jar).

The mixer grinder looks old style & is very basic. Motor and blades does the job well. The plastic quality of the grinder could have been better. Quite ok for the budget price it’s being sold at.

Really nice product, the size of the jars are appropriate and most importantly the motor is very strong. Grind turmeric stick and the performance is amazing, it converts it into fine powder, which is amazing. Although a bit heavy but that absolutely satisfied with the end result of mixer and grinder. Easy to use and comfortable with minimum noise. Overall till now worth every penny.

A very bad product. Gives wire burning smell whenever used. Larger jug blades stopped rotating after 2 months. Updating after using 4 months….now its main machine has stopped working…and there is only wer and tear andanufacturing defects covered in warranty….i don’t know why it has stopped working….but it is not due to to wear tear or manufacturing defect….this very bad….i m left with a garbage piece that is going to be thrown away in just 4 months.. Extremely bad product. Will never again buy any product of this company. There is no support from Amazon or the pigeon company. Deserves minus stars

Product button not working properly..

I’ve ordered 2 unit. One for myself and another for my friend. One unit suddenly stopped working within a week but all thanks to their customer support as they provided me a replacement very quickly. Now both units are working fine.

I got the Philips HL7756/01 Mixer Grinder recently, and it works really well. The anti-skid feet keep it stable, and it runs smoothly on all speeds. Noise is minimal, which is a big plus.Drawbacks:Chutney jar is a bit small (300 ml); 450 ml would be better.No power indicator.Wire length is short (1.2 m); 1.5 m would be more convenient.Only 2-pin plug; 3-pin preferred for safety.Overall, I’m happy with its performance for daily use, despite these minor drawbacks.

Really Happy with quality of this mixer , it grinds and mix everything nicely and do not even make too much noise , it works really fast and smooth. All the jar comes with good quality and lid fits tightly. Even cleaning js simple doesnt take much time . The weithy is also light its not too heavy so easy to use , Overall a good mixer for regular use. Worth buying as its design looks nice in the kitchen.

This 750w turbo motor gives strong performance for kitchen tasks like wet grinding, masala pastes, chutneys etc, it comes with 3 jars of different sizes, one for grinding, one for chutneys and big one for shakes. It comes with 5yr warranty on motor. Its grinding power is so strong that it can grind hard things as well. Good product with compact design.

Purchased this mixer going by Prestige brand name and numerous positive reviews.- Quality of materials: the plastic seems flimsy. The steel gauge is so light and thin ,i wonder if it will last even a couple of months without dents. The edges are sharp, which is another sign of cheap construction and cutting corners. The lid seems to be made of cheap quality plastic.- Fit: the jars are so tight, that sometimes i need 2 people to twist the jar into place and even more difficult to take it off. I’m afraid the handle of the large jar will break off one of these days. The chutney jar has no handle , it is even more difficult to twist it out after use.- Sound level: starts off like a jet engine, and you feel the entire unit is going to tremble and break. It is simply not a household equipment.- Grinding performance: 750 watts should grind stuff in a jiffy. But I feel even a 500 w mixer could do better. I simply cannot understand how a beast with 750 watts can make only loud noise but not grind things quickly enough! This is a real mystery, as Prestige has achieved the amazing outcome where one gets his ears whacked out, but the items still need double the time to grind.Better to avoid this model.

I am extremely disappointed with this mixer grinder. The motor completely stopped working within just one day of normal usage. I used it only for basic grinding, and it suddenly started giving a burning smell and then stopped working.This clearly shows the product has very poor build quality and an unreliable motor. Issues like motor overheating and failure are common in low-quality mixers .I trusted this product based on reviews, but it turned out to be a waste of money. The durability is very bad, and I would not recommend this to anyone.
