The product is not worth money. Moreover the connection wire is of low quality, jars were very low quality in such a way that of verythin. Not to buy this product

My previous review was deleted and it helped many of the customers before choosing this mixer grinder.I could not get hold of that review which had posts at every stage of my complaints with proper date and complaint numbers.I’m adding a summary of the product now.The purple handle jar is the first replacement jar received from the service team of Crompton Greaves.Update:The customer service is the worst. I’m facing the same issue the third time after purchase, and even though the complaint was lodged a month ago, the complaint nor been addressed yet neither resolved.Update on 09/01/2021:The complaint hasn’t been resolved yet after more than one and a half months.I’ve not been able to use that jar since then.And the other jars aren’t efficient enough.After purchasing it for more than 6 months,4-5 months I haven’t been able to use it.Update on 15/01/2021:The customer service offered me a completely new mixer grinder, instead of a refund which I was insisting on.I’ve attached the pics of the replacement mixer grinder. The issue is resolved after 49days of hassle.I’ve not even opened the new mixer grinder, and I will sell it off to somebody offline or online.Update on 20/01/2021:Atlast, I’ve sold the mixer grinder offline today.I sold it off for 2000₹, while I purchased it for 2920₹.And I wasn’t able to use it for 2 months properly out of the 6 months.P.S.:-I think this mixer grinder is a disaster and would recommend everyone to go for an alternate brand.Update on 02/04/2021:I’ve purchased Sujata Dynamix Dx Mixer Grinder after a lot of research.It’s better in build quality, grinding and jars are of better quality than this one.No leakage, No dissappointment and No problems at all till now.I think in today’s period, brand names are just for show off as I was dissappointed with reputed brands like Preethi, Crompton Greaves, and even Philip’s which I had used previously around 7-8 years without any problems.You can check my profile for Sujata Dynamix Dx Mixer Grinder’s review in detail for more info.

I ordered it for my house help, she used a sil batta for grinding foods, now she uses this for her cooking needs. I got it for ₹2200. It seems its worth it.

Faulty mixer with tilt blade…noise level is much and I have waited 10 days and get this … dissatisfied .

I found fixing had on machine was not smooth like other mixers. Hence 2 blades r broken on the mixer machine. Can’t find service center in Bangalore who can answer phone calls

The mixer is fine but makes a bit more noise than the motor. After that there is no problem. Works great man, very good quality too. there is a jar and a juicer

Working good so far since 3 months

Writing this review after months of use. The biggest issue this mixer has its very cheap quality of jar lids. There have been at least three accidents while using the smallest jar (chutney jar) because as soon as you start the mixie, the food has gone flying out. Twice, the food was slightly hot and once a chutney- both dangerous if they get into your eye; there was already a burn that one of us got. No matter how much you press down the lid, it still opens and can cause such accidents. If you have a 800W motor, you need to have jars and jar lids which can be locked and without the fear of food flying out. What you have here instead are very cheap and flimsy jar lids with loose rubber gaskets that really don’t do the job. Do not recommend this.

Just started ussing the mixi. So far so good.August 31, 2024Motor is very powerful. Quality of Jars are very very poor. Medium jar got completely unusable as the internal parts, nut and the washer got loosened thereby the bottom part is hangingfrom. Although they claim 2 year warranty on the product, despite repeated request, no after sale service. Hopeless customer service🙄

I am using it for past 20 days. It is working good but the quality of material used could be better. Life span may be less, those who looking out for low budget mixer grinder this is good option

Taller and thinner structure for the base than an extended one (to save space on the counter-top)4. Four fin blades in jars5. Ample sized chutney jar6. Good quality of the materialThis mixer grinder satisfied most of these requirements, except it had a 2 fin blade in chutney jar which is a small jar (400 ml) but it is tolerable.

Better grinding and Awsme motor output.

The grinder is very noisy. Using it for sometime now, the grinding quality is not great! It is not able to gring properly small coconut pieces. Motor quality may be good since its Phillips, but blades could have been better.

The media could not be loaded.  This carrot was finely minced in less than 5 seconds. Just 2 short pulses.Yes, the grinder is a bit loud, but I don’t care as long as it is performing so well.Pls note that one of the lids was damaged during the 1st delivery.So, I got the machine and all the accessories replaced immediately. Replacement was quick. This piece is working like a charm.

Good performance

The media could not be loaded.  I brought this product sometime back brought in the year of September 2022, and now started using it after three months of the purchase within the six months of the usage. The product got failed means while running or while using the mixer, the product got burnt, the machine got burnt and there was a shot, inside the mixer, and this is not the first time after the first service from the Customer Care again after approximately five months again, the product got burnt, hence, I suggest not to buy this product

The product seems to work fine. Did not experience any burning, sparks and smoke issue like some have mentioned. A small issue I experienced was the knob to operate the mixer has been made purely with aesthetics in mind and not functionality. It looks good and shiny but has no grip at all. If you hand is wet while handling as it is generally while cooking it is difficult to turn the knob, especially for the pulse function. Will update for any other issue.

Don’t purchase this product coz after some days you are going to regret on your decision. This one I purchase few month’s back and it suddenly stop working. One of the worst product by usha.

Very good performance

Used for a week so far. Looks beautiful, jars are sturdy and big, easy to clean. Lid lock is good, No leakage. Ergonomic to use.

Well after using this is a honest review, this mixer grinder is absolutely amazing!!! The more watts the more sound as I know! Still the sound is bearable!!!

It is a quality product from a trusted brand. I wish to have the 700W Power mixer ant this Mixer turned out to be an ideal selection. I have ordered the two jar option of this product so that it costs less.

the juicer is a difficult to use product. not very efficient.plastic engagement seems to be a weak point but functions well at the given speeds.

I recently purchased the CROMPTON AMEO PRO 750W Mixer Grinder with MaxiGrind and Motor Vent-X Technology from Amazon, and I wanted to share my experience.While the product has some promising features, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my satisfaction:Heat Generation: After just a few seconds of use, the jars became excessively hot, which raised concerns about safety and performance.Loose Lid: The lid of the juicer jar was quite loose and did not attach securely, making it difficult to use without worrying about spills.Noise Level: The mixer grinder produces an unusually loud sound during operation, which can be quite disruptive.Given these problems, I would like to request a refund from the seller. I hope my feedback helps others in making an informed decision

The seller is not good, no reply for the call. The product quality is not good as it’s expected. It’s an import quality but not as it was expected.The sellar didn’t provide the invoice of the product.The delivery charge took from sellar and delivery courier guy also, 140 sar(Saudi Arabian Royal) which was hefty.I didn’t expect the import quality, at this huge price(with delivery charge).Crompton is a good and a name made brand in India. But the export quality is not good.No customer call service. No one is picking the call.Didn’t expect it from the Amazon and Crompton.

Powerfull motor. Working Fine. Two issues for which I dedcuted 1 star. First, I received one pot lid broken. Second, the smallest port is so big that small amount of chutney can’t be grinded. You have to make large amount of chutney for it to work perfectly. No leakage . Doesn’t get heated easily.
