I wanted a SMALL chopper for nuts, and pureeing garlic and onions, and most choppers have big 400 or 500cl bowls so when I found the Wonderchef, with two small (plastic) containers I was pleased.But when it arrived it was fitted with a 2-pin plug for Continental Europe or USA, not UK, so I need a “travel adaptor” to use it in my kitchen. Also, the containers have 4 strengthening ribs running from top to bottom, but INSIDE the container, so it`s difficult to clean inside.It`s also alarming to use because to start, you press down on the container, and suddenly you have a big noise.I will keep it because I will only use occasionally, but I would not buy again, and would not recommend.

The product is good, no doubt, and we were using it for a number of years in India. So when that started to leak a bit, got a new one exactly like the previous one here in UK. The only difference with the new one was that it came with a UK plug. Possibly retrofitted here in UK. Unfortunately, after a couple of weeks of use, the cable broke and the raw copper wires were visible. It was a electrical hazard with danger of electrocution. We returned the product for a refund. Outside of this experience, I will still recommend the product.

Its a perfect blender for asian brown people,coz some of the spices we do like ginger,zerra,garam masalas they are very hard to blend on some of the blenders,but on this blender it blends like very smooth paste,and its easy to clean,very easy to use,really handy basically it’s a perfect blender what i was looking for❤️Only one 👆downside👎🏻 is the jar is very small,otherwise its a perfect blender which beats even some of the expensive blenders in the market.

The previous one has several issues such as lid fitting, low capacity and performance. Also, the plastic was not good. But this Prestige Orion has sturdy built and high performance. Always fix the jar and lock before switching on the power. If you switch on the power and then fix the jar and twist, the bush will wear off in 2 days. Never use the grind blade on blend jar and vice versa. Use only the particular blades on the jar. Don’t use for more than 30 seconds for one batch. Most important is to switch on the power after you place and twist.

And even if, it is under warranty, they will charge you for repairs/replacements. And the cost is very high (Approximately, in two maintenance costs we can buy a new mixer). This mixer grinder can be used in various kinds of food preparation and I also made some amazing shakes with it. It does not take too much space and is easy to store. One can use it for grinding various spices and I liked the consistency with which it grinds and blends. The blades are quite sharp and they don’t make too much unnecessary noise also while doing their work. There are 2 jars given, one big and one small and a recipe booklet is also provided with it.It is easy to clean too and I am quite satisfied with my purchase.

Another excellent product by Atomberg. The mixer grinder is elegantly designed and has a smaller footprint than most other similar products in the market. It is also not as noisy as my previous machine. The LED light indicators around the control knob adds a nice touch. All the jars are very effective in getting their respective jobs done.Since we are not heavy users of the mixer grinder, I am unsure if there will be any significant energy savings for us. But, I am very happy with this purchase decision.

1. The mixer’s motor noise levels are very low (very much lower than our 750W mixer). Mostly you will hear grinding noise only. Every mixer makes grinding noise which is different than mixer’s motor noise. If you want completely silent mixer means low grinding noise as well, then it is not possible with this mixer.2. It uses bldc 485W machine hence there is no issue while operating it using inverter power.3. Once you get used to with its safety mechanism then there will be no problem in smooth operation. Mostly new user get confused because of lockig mechanism, they assume that mixer is not working properly and try to switch on and off machine couple of time, which may lead to error signal. Simply restarting it solves the error signal problem.4. Handsfree usage of chutteny jar is not possible, as it may open while you are operating a machine(same like our old mixer 😜 no issues with it as we habitual the situation).5. Chopper works perfectly.

Packaging was damaged.. looks like someone did it intentionally to look inside the box. The grinder is good and works properly but I don’t know that if I was supposed to get warranty card or not . Because there weren’t any warranty card. Three prestige mixer grinder is really good with 3 mixer grinder jars and works perfectly. Although it makes a little sound it’s noisy a bit.. but I guess that’s ok for mixer grinder to have a sound. So no issues with the grinder.Just the outer package had a hole.. so I do request Amazon to kindly not to send damaged package for further orders.

Writing this review after 6 months.. The mixer started to smell burning after using some months. Since it’s under warranty I called customer service to submit repair request. Almost a week till now didn’t get any response. Whenever I call they says I will be receiving call today but everytime they just give me missed calls only and sent me email that I was not reachable if I say exactly they’re scamming people they will say someone will reach you but no one gonna call you.. Literally waste of time.. Just importing low quality products from China and rebranding in India that’s what they’re doing. Idc about that because most of the india companies doing the same thing but since I give importance to after service I purchased this mixer to check how there after service gonna work but disappointed I came to know that it’s pathetic. I was about to buy there premium product but I was concerned about the quality and service so I give this try by purchasing this mixer and see how it goes and I came to the conclusion they are focusing only on sales not service. I am also using there air fryer I don’t know when this gonna be stop working because it’s already showing issues like taking long time for cooking. I am not gonna call them for service to fix air fryer because I know it’s a waste of time once it’s completely dead I am going to throw it in garbage. Anyway It’s better go for some reputed brands like Philips who offers better service and quality products. Never ever gonna use this brand in my entire life also will inform this same to my friends and family too.

This mixer grinder can be used in various kinds of food preparation and I also made some amazing shakes with it. It does not take too much space and is easy to store. One can use it for grinding various spices and I liked the consistency with which it grinds and blends. The blades are quite sharp and they don’t make too much unnecessary noise also while doing their work. There are 2 jars given, one big and one small and a recipe booklet is also provided with it.It is easy to clean too and I am quite satisfied with my purchase.

Another excellent product by Atomberg. The mixer grinder is elegantly designed and has a smaller footprint than most other similar products in the market. It is also not as noisy as my previous machine. The LED light indicators around the control knob adds a nice touch. All the jars are very effective in getting their respective jobs done.Since we are not heavy users of the mixer grinder, I am unsure if there will be any significant energy savings for us. But, I am very happy with this purchase decision.

1. The mixer’s motor noise levels are very low (very much lower than our 750W mixer). Mostly you will hear grinding noise only. Every mixer makes grinding noise which is different than mixer’s motor noise. If you want completely silent mixer means low grinding noise as well, then it is not possible with this mixer.2. It uses bldc 485W machine hence there is no issue while operating it using inverter power.3. Once you get used to with its safety mechanism then there will be no problem in smooth operation. Mostly new user get confused because of lockig mechanism, they assume that mixer is not working properly and try to switch on and off machine couple of time, which may lead to error signal. Simply restarting it solves the error signal problem.4. Handsfree usage of chutteny jar is not possible, as it may open while you are operating a machine(same like our old mixer 😜 no issues with it as we habitual the situation).5. Chopper works perfectly.

Product is good. However quality of handles fitted to jars is bad. While removing the jar from grinder, the handles gave away. The handles are just screwed to jar and not riveted. I want to refix the handles of the jar. Kindly provide service centre details.

Packaging was damaged.. looks like someone did it intentionally to look inside the box. The grinder is good and works properly but I don’t know that if I was supposed to get warranty card or not . Because there weren’t any warranty card. Three prestige mixer grinder is really good with 3 mixer grinder jars and works perfectly. Although it makes a little sound it’s noisy a bit.. but I guess that’s ok for mixer grinder to have a sound. So no issues with the grinder.Just the outer package had a hole.. so I do request Amazon to kindly not to send damaged package for further orders.

8 months before I bought Perstige mixerMixer is not running I notice sparkling,I went to Prestige service center since it was under warranty,they said there is motor issue they will replace with new one.its been more than one week I keep on calling that service center no response from them.even called Prestige customer care there are not giving solutions to my problems. Writing this review after 6 months.. The mixer started to smell burning after using some months. Since it’s under warranty I called customer service to submit repair request. Almost a week till now didn’t get any response. Whenever I call they says I will be receiving call today but everytime they just give me missed calls only and sent me email that I was not reachable if I say exactly they’re scamming people they will say someone will reach you but no one gonna call you.. Literally waste of time.. Just importing low quality products from China and rebranding in India that’s what they’re doing. Idc about that because most of the india companies doing the same thing but since I give importance to after service I purchased this mixer to check how there after service gonna work but disappointed I came to know that it’s pathetic. I was about to buy there premium product but I was concerned about the quality and service so I give this try by purchasing this mixer and see how it goes and I came to the conclusion they are focusing only on sales not service. I am also using there air fryer I don’t know when this gonna be stop working because it’s already showing issues like taking long time for cooking. I am not gonna call them for service to fix air fryer because I know it’s a waste of time once it’s completely dead I am going to throw it in garbage. Anyway It’s better go for some reputed brands like Philips who offers better service and quality products. Never ever gonna use this brand in my entire life also will inform this same to my friends and family too.
