Cheaper at this price, but quality is relatively poor as per brand name. Blade of smallest jar got jammed just after 1 month. I got the jam repaired 2-3 times from a local shop, but the problem persists, making the smallest jar useless. Overall, it’s worth at this price.

Working as expected. Noise somewhat high. Operating Button got loose within few days. It is going inside and unable to operate sometimes due to that. Wondering how come a big company like Crompton designed a button like this for a mixer grinder. Motor seems to be good so do not want to return the product. Planning to call customer service soon to get the button problem rectified.

1) I like the product,2) Noise is there but not like other brand’s, and3) We use for small family it’s good product. Past one week we are using this, till date no any issue!

I got the damaged product and returned it. Still, I did not receive my refund amount.

It is price worthy. Affordable yet the best mixer grinder. I am totally satisfied with the product, design and it’s smooth features. Every household needs a mixer grinder and this set I think should be considered as this is easy to use and sturdy. This comes with 2 years warranty which is again a good point to invest in. lids of the containers are smooth to open unlike other brands mixer grinder lids which either stucks or comes with weak rubber which never hold the lids and everything gets spilled.Blades are designed to get the desired consistency and does not make noise while grinding.Prestige is anyways a prestigious brand that anyone can blindly rely on. My mother has almost all utensils, mixer grinder, blender, toaster and sandwich maker from prestige and everything is going just fine; never had any issue with anyone of them.one can invest for this fabulous product in this price range with 2 years of warranty.I highly recommend this.

The appearance of the product is fantastic, but performance wise need to be improved. Steel quality of blade provided is good but not sharp, not even grinding chopped onion or coconut.

Packaging was damaged.. looks like someone did it intentionally to look inside the box. The grinder is good and works properly but I don’t know that if I was supposed to get warranty card or not . Because there weren’t any warranty card. Three prestige mixer grinder is really good with 3 mixer grinder jars and works perfectly. Although it makes a little sound it’s noisy a bit.. but I guess that’s ok for mixer grinder to have a sound. So no issues with the grinder.Just the outer package had a hole.. so I do request Amazon to kindly not to send damaged package for further orders.

Worked well but only for 1 year or so , bought it in aug 2022 and it broke down in oct 2023. Now I am not sure how to feel ,is this much return enough? as it costed around 2000 . When took it to a mechanic he said its built quality is really poor motor carbon or armitage is damaged and may cost any where 250/ to 500/ to repair. It is still in warrenty period but going to a service center which is nearly 20 km will cost nearly 300 so ( for two trips) so decided to give it to a near by mechanic. So warrenty is not worth cribbing over, so there it is, my 2 cents!Last brand of mixi lasted nearly 15 years and costed some where 1200 rs. These days some times I think money is just like an un reliable pet dog . U just have to wait to get robbed to find its usefulness!

First ordered came with damaged Jar (3rd photo), and delivery guy was very rude and expected us to be at home ag his convenience.Replacement was cancelled by them again due to their negligence and Amazon did not have proper justification for cancellation.With the trust on Crompton, again placed the same mixer, this time it was fine. But just within one month small jar broken (photo2) and medium jar not rotating making some noice,I am contacting Crompton service, I will update further based on their response.My opinion, don’t buy this low quality product.

8 months before I bought Perstige mixerMixer is not running I notice sparkling,I went to Prestige service center since it was under warranty,they said there is motor issue they will replace with new one.its been more than one week I keep on calling that service center no response from them.even called Prestige customer care there are not giving solutions to my problems.
