Cheaper at this price, but quality is relatively poor as per brand name. Blade of smallest jar got jammed just after 1 month. I got the jam repaired 2-3 times from a local shop, but the problem persists, making the smallest jar useless. Overall, it’s worth at this price.

well its a 750watt mixer so best in power. little loud because of power but good product. total 4 jars provided which are in good quality.recommended if looking for 750watt.

The mixer makes loud noise when used. However it does the job perfectly.Chopping, grinding are perfect.We have been using Inalsa food processor, but lets admit Inalsa quality has gone pretty low..the product fails often and service support is worst.So far Havells Mixer is working fine and we are satisfied.

Amazing power, great utility jars, ideal for a 3-5 ppl family..Just one Con.Next day of my purchase, the seller reduced around 400 on the price I bot.Another CON is the small chutney Jar.Its Actually a huge con.It suppossed to be a chutney jar & is way too big, especially for lesser quantity chutneys..We tried to make for 3 people but even that qty is less for this small jar.Smaller quantity does not get grounded properly. Blades just keep moving without grinding.. the pcs get stuck to the cup walls or stay away from the blades..Either you have to add more water to chutney or Have to make more chutney even when you need small qtys.Bought specially bcos its from Cromptons and have very good experience in after sales & service of cromptons.Just make sure you reguster the product online and you will be safe for the full warranty period.Even 1 day before the warranty expires, you will be served.

Packaging was damaged.. looks like someone did it intentionally to look inside the box. The grinder is good and works properly but I don’t know that if I was supposed to get warranty card or not . Because there weren’t any warranty card. Three prestige mixer grinder is really good with 3 mixer grinder jars and works perfectly. Although it makes a little sound it’s noisy a bit.. but I guess that’s ok for mixer grinder to have a sound. So no issues with the grinder.Just the outer package had a hole.. so I do request Amazon to kindly not to send damaged package for further orders.

Worked well but only for 1 year or so , bought it in aug 2022 and it broke down in oct 2023. Now I am not sure how to feel ,is this much return enough? as it costed around 2000 . When took it to a mechanic he said its built quality is really poor motor carbon or armitage is damaged and may cost any where 250/ to 500/ to repair. It is still in warrenty period but going to a service center which is nearly 20 km will cost nearly 300 so ( for two trips) so decided to give it to a near by mechanic. So warrenty is not worth cribbing over, so there it is, my 2 cents!Last brand of mixi lasted nearly 15 years and costed some where 1200 rs. These days some times I think money is just like an un reliable pet dog . U just have to wait to get robbed to find its usefulness!

Its working good but big size juice jar are useless, sound are different and loud and not chopping anything, only mixing the the liquid .

Worst item I hv purchased till now

This used to be a very good mixer grinder when I first bought it five years ago. But they have made many changes to the product since then. After the previous mixer grinder died, I bought the same model again six months ago. To my disappointment, the product doesn’t work at all like before. It makes a lot of noise. It takes a lot of time to grind dry spices. There is also a lot of leakage from the chutney jar which is now much smaller in size. The jars no longer have handles. The lids do not close properly as there is no gasket to secure the lids properly. Orient has cut too many corners with this product reducing what was once an exceptionally good mixer grinder to a completely substandard product. Will not repurchase from Orient again.

I am writing this review after 6montjs use. Crompton Ameo grinder is good, a bit noisy.. but jars given with it are very bad in quality. All of my jars started leaking after 40 days. I connected to Crompton customer service and Crompton did not provide warranty for that. Even the lids are not very good. Hard plastic got broken

They say that out agent will connect in 24-48 hours.But still no reply or communication from Orient even after more 4-5 days passed.They are not even sharing there service centre location, so that i can go there and get my mixer repaired.Note : Got call for Home service repairs and repair done after 6 days.
