Good to use.Updated review after a few months of use. The grinding blade has started leaking which makes it difficult to grind anything nicely. Also this does not work so well for grinding chutneys, if you want it to be of thicker consistency with less water.

Initially good, but leakage issues. And hard to maintain. But it’s proportional to the price.

I had purchased cookwell bullet mixer grinder with 5 jars , product is good and served the purpose , I am writing this review after using it for 11 months, grinder works well and the base holder developed craks and had issue of water leakage, I connected the customer care addressed issue and shared invoice, they attended the raised complaint and solved the issue imeediately ,courier the base attachment and am satisfied with there service. Thank you for your quick service and followup.I would like to give 5 start, but will give 4 start for the creaks developed with in 12 month, Thanks you

This is a very great product. Have used it for mixing my protein and making chutneys. I had personally taken it for it gives 5 jars and 3 blade at a discount.The jars were of great use in chilling the shakes inside the fridge.However, I had been dying to replace a chutney blade and the motor for some time now. The motor has slowed down considerably after 4 months of operation. The Customer support is bad; they rely on third party agents for pick-up and delivery and do not have a single proper interface to resolve issues.This is worth mentioning because a lot of other buyers have faced same or similar issues.

I’m writing this after using the mixer for to make some dry powder. It’s really did well in short span of time. Holding jars upwards/downward would not make any spillage. Cleaning is also very easy. I would definitely write another review after 1 or 2 months as actual usage will come into picture by that time.

Excellent product quality. It is oversized for me & my wife only. Repeated requests made to Amazon but they refused to take it back. I have also confirmed them that I don’t need refund but let me choose another suitable product with that money. They always say their policy is fixed but don’t care about customer satisfaction. No need to go out for flour now. We can do at home easily with this product. Flour was finely powdered. Cleaning is little bit hassle but manage to clean. Jars also really good to use. 5 bladed and 3 jars which are very useful.Little bit expensive. Quality is great.If give more instructions, it would be really great. Missing information of part details but 10th and 11th part is mentioned in the book.

This is my 3rd purchase of bullet mixer from Cookwell. Earlier I have purchased 2 for myself and gifted one for my sister.After the purchase our whole cooking process changed, it was so convenient aid for cooking. We started to consume lots of buttermilk after every meal, everyday just because compared to manual blender the buttermilk made from Cookwell bullet mixer is more creamier and perfect. Our everyday kitchen activity is not completed without using this Cookwell product.Quality and number of jars, lids and blades given along with the blender is just awesome. It is so convenient to store the rest of the chutney/juice/powder after grinding and blending just by changing the lid and storing in the fridge for later use.Service: I had faced motor/coil -repair/damage within a year of purchase. immediately I contacted the Cookwell service team, They were kind enough, very diligent, and quickly arranged for the service pickup and delivery immediately and I got replaced by new one less than a week.After using their products for nearly 2-3 years I can say they are really best in market for both their products and service👍👏 definitely I would purchase again from Cookwell if required in future and definitely it is a must recommended!!

I have been using it for seven months and this grinder is amazingly well in performance and quality. They gave me 3 months extended warranty as well. I have used it mainly for flour and spices but there are many more things that can be done with this machine. I recommend it to save yourself from preservatives loaded ground and packaged items and live a healthy life.

Helps to grind grains, masalas, ayurvedic herbs from small quantity to large quantity tity from fine to coarse powder. All the mixers are good for dry and wet grinding. A slight improvement can be made by making the design of grain grinder sloppy near collection outlet so the atta will automatically collect in the jar. After grinding we have to spend sometime in shifting the atta towards collection outlet which is time consuming. After grinding you can clean each and every part which is most advantageous than any other chakki. This is good product for small family and for living healthy lifestyle as you can eat fresh and clean atta of all the grains, finely ground powders of masalas without any adulteration.

Not working, kindly replace, not used once also , however after a month when tried on it it’s not working the mechanic is telling that the motor is not working, how it’s possible as not even once used I received the product today but it’s not working how can i replace this product now actually it is 12 months warranty but you placed extra streaker with 24 months It worked only for 2 days today it stopped I will give a return give me a different mixer or give money back It’s not good mixture, vibrate is very high, not feel good to use this product, I want to change this product but not showing replacement or return option. I had purchased this in Oct 2024. The mixie machine is very powerful and it does the job extremely well. The jar is very strong,, and its lid is tightly sealed. It’s been 8 months; it was working very well.2 months ago, I went to my home,, leaving it unused at the hostel. I came back months later, put fruits & milk into the jar, connected it to the power supply, and turned it on, but it didn’t rotate. I cross-checked everything; even the power supply was there. The only thing was the Mixie machine wasn’t working.I made a call to the service. They told me info has already been shared to my whatsapp. There they asked me for a range of information, such as my address, product invoice, and the issue I had. They also asked for some images and video samples of the mixie machine. I sent it all to them.Ms. Ayesha was handling my issue. She told me she’ll arrange a replacement only for the mixie machine, as I was a recently purchased customer. Just after 6 days, I got the replacement done and received the newer mixie machine.
