The entire device seems robust and sturdy, there are no issues with that.However:The device rotates in the wrong direction. The mixer rotates outwards instead of inwards, which is causing more mess and spill. I’ve used lots of mixers in my life for baking cake, and this one rotates in the wrong direction. Good engineering but clueless about how a mixer should actually operate.Also, while the top speed is perfect, the slowest speed is too fast for certain purposes.I compare this especially with devices from Krups or Bosch. The Bajaj is good value for money. If the slow speed is fixed to be really slow, and the mixing direction is changed to be inwards instead of outwards, this is a serious contender against the established brands.

what they advertise it mostly delivers,you can clean the device itself easily with a kitchen towel or something, Attachments are easy to clean also.the only struggling thing to clean is the mess it created, if you use a wider bowl or a utensil with wider opening it throws and splashes the material.Well it was a mistake on our side, but it does that.its been 3 years, it works well like it worked on its first day, no corrosion or broken elements.PS- The seller I bought from had packed it very poorly, lucky it didn’t break in shipping

Blades are sharp n works very well.- It consumes less electricity and is less noisy.- Its very simple to use and very convenient to make smoothies n juices & to grind chutney.- Jars are made of food grade quality plastic and are designed for easy blending, grinding and also for carrying n storing.- Extra cover n sipper lids are provided. So i can easily grind chutney/spices and store it in the same jar.- Jars can be converted to sipper or storage jar just by changing the lids. Its really helpful. I dont need extra jars for storage.- It has Nutri Pro Feature which i dont find in any other brand. Its a unique feature which retains the nutrients of food while blending n grinding.- I made strawberry smoothie, juices, protein shakes, etc in this. It really makes yummy juices. This product is fine and working great but only 2 of the 3 jars provided were good and the 3rd one ( big ) was useless. It not even blending fruits (apple precisely) .In my opinion it’s not worth of paying 100€ for 2 jars and machine.Thank you

Best product, quality is amazing considering 500w motor. I make Dosa batter and it’s smooth. It can grind pepper and cardimom in seconds to make it a powder. Noise level is fine since you don’t have to run it for long time. It has been 2 weeks I am using it. Jar quality is good and available in multiple sizes. You need European connector to use here. It’s 2 pin round sized point, would not work in Sweden without connector. Easy to clean jars
