Blades broke twice and spare parts availability is a big problem. Bajaj does not have a professional way to handle their after sales. Highly disappointed

I am using this product & it’s working good. Timely delivery by flipkart. Value for money product. Suitable for small family usage. Warranty (5years) is the best part. Need to explore how warranty to be registered after online purchase.But great product in this price range.

Got spoiled after 1 month usage and not able to fix it. Motor works but blades dont turn. Dont know what to do, no1 fixes it locally..

Overall the product is good and it works fine. A bit of noise is there but it is not too loud. I didn’t like the quality of the jars. Jars are very thin and gets heated very fast.

Easy to use and clean, but it seems to run out of steam after few minutes. It’s alright for mixing cake batter etc, but if you are looking for some heavy duty then the Philips 300 watt hand mixer is better. It’s not available on Amazon or Flipkart , hence I bought this one. It’s an alright purchase. Not the best one in the field though. It comes with 2 sets of blades, one for mixing cake mix etc and another one for kneading dough for chapatis etc. this one is useless. The former one for cakes is okay. Quality is blades is acceptable but not the best.

Good easy to use

The entire device seems robust and sturdy, there are no issues with that.However:The device rotates in the wrong direction. The mixer rotates outwards instead of inwards, which is causing more mess and spill. I’ve used lots of mixers in my life for baking cake, and this one rotates in the wrong direction. Good engineering but clueless about how a mixer should actually operate.Also, while the top speed is perfect, the slowest speed is too fast for certain purposes.I compare this especially with devices from Krups or Bosch. The Bajaj is good value for money. If the slow speed is fixed to be really slow, and the mixing direction is changed to be inwards instead of outwards, this is a serious contender against the established brands.

First of all the delivered product did not even switch on. Thankfully, got it replaced.There should have been an option to return and refund.- plastic is very thin and have a feeling that it can break any time- making a regular chatni for dosa takes atleast 2-3 times more time than regular mixer grinders as it’s very week motor. Almost useless.- there is no power button to control speeds. You have to always hold the power button and hold the mixer till you are done.

This item cannot be used directly in US without a coversion plug. This was not mentioned in the Product details. I wouldn’t recommend this item. Waiting for the shipping label from the merchant to ship the product back.

Blades are sharp n works very well.- It consumes less electricity and is less noisy.- Its very simple to use and very convenient to make smoothies n juices & to grind chutney.- Jars are made of food grade quality plastic and are designed for easy blending, grinding and also for carrying n storing.- Extra cover n sipper lids are provided. So i can easily grind chutney/spices and store it in the same jar.- Jars can be converted to sipper or storage jar just by changing the lids. Its really helpful. I dont need extra jars for storage.- It has Nutri Pro Feature which i dont find in any other brand. Its a unique feature which retains the nutrients of food while blending n grinding.- I made strawberry smoothie, juices, protein shakes, etc in this. It really makes yummy juices. I carry my shakes in the same jar with sipper lid. Using this since the day i bought it.Perfect product for modern kitchen. I really liked this high quality n classy product.

Amazing product from Bajaj. I have been looking for a blender and smoothie Mixie from some time now and I recently found this product. Being from Bajaj the trust was always there and I’m really happy to have purchased it.The noise level is very comfortable and the body is also speak and appeasing to my kitchen. The black colour looks awesome.The carry lid is very useful, easy to put and open and clean.10/10 in terms of utility. Good for 2 people serving. (300 ml each)

I have been using this blender since 2 months now and it has been working immensely great. I saw many negative reviews regarding this blender but i must say that the life of any product depends on its usage too. Is you use the product with great care, it would last long otherwise carelessness may even break a stone.About the product:It works well with minimal sound which is quite bareable. The plastic quality is also fine. Colour is quite attractive. Don’t use it to chop vegetables. Its a blender for liquids. A substitute for traditional “rhai” at home.

I have ordered this mixer in August 2022. From then this product got bursted 2 times. For the first time service executive came to repair for the 2nd time nobody has picked up the call even if it comes under the warranty.I have been facing service issue from amazon quite frequently these days and not at all happy with the service. This mixer is of no use and I recommend not to purchase as it will add-on your work. I might have received damaged product but they don’t even provide good service so I don’t recommend this at all.

I bought this on 4th June 2023. I wanted to use it today and tried to operate and it is not working. Not Powering On.I logged complain, technician came tried to check unable to understand the issue, took the unit with him for repair. Other guy came today with device and with motor to replace at my residence. Still no clue of the problem.Took it back again. Such a terrible support.Also the product registration process is failing on app an web. Support team on call have no idea about the registration process.

Very bad bajaj mixer grinder

This product is fine and working great but only 2 of the 3 jars provided were good and the 3rd one ( big ) was useless. It not even blending fruits (apple precisely) .In my opinion it’s not worth of paying 100€ for 2 jars and machine.Thank you

Best product, quality is amazing considering 500w motor. I make Dosa batter and it’s smooth. It can grind pepper and cardimom in seconds to make it a powder. Noise level is fine since you don’t have to run it for long time. It has been 2 weeks I am using it. Jar quality is good and available in multiple sizes. You need European connector to use here. It’s 2 pin round sized point, would not work in Sweden without connector. Easy to clean jars

I purchased it after market survey, n got good product in a low price,In shops, it is at MRP but here can get min. 40% off.

The description mentioned that it was a dual speed (two speed variations), but the product had only one speed, the power button.
