After using Philips for 15 years, I was vary of moving to another brand, but after using it for a month now, I am happy to have moved to Bajaj.The performance is very good;The grinding is quick and hassle free.The build quality is sturdy and aesthetically too the mixie looks good.The only con would be the noise level. But one gets used to it after a few uses. Since it is a powerful 750 Watt mixer grinder, the noise is expected.Now we have too see how long the product lasts- That would be critical.I would certainly recommend Buying this mixer grinder if you are contemplating to buy one.

I have been using Bajaj grinder in India. It is a very well known and reliable brand for indians. So, I was happy to find this in UK as well. It comes with 3 steel jars of different size. That is useful for grinding different amount of food and spices including baby foods. The motor is powerfull. The look and build is good. It comes with 2 years of warranty on the product and 5 years on the motor. This gives a good peace of mind. Overall, I am happy with this purchase. No problem so far. I will update the content if I face any issues with it.————-I am updating my rating after using the grinder for about 1 year. The blades of one of the jars became loose and started leaking. I looked to buy a spare jar but it is not available. Bajaj appliances do not have any customer service in UK that makes it difficult to get any spares. Bajaj should look into these aspects before selling items in a different country.

Very powerful 750 W, 240 V motor (you might need a converter or stabilizer, for now, I am only using a standard adapter due to the Indian plug).Suitable for grinding soaked lentils, soaked rice etc. Three containers – the smallest is great for spices (cinnamon sticks, cardamon, nutmeg etc.).Stable, does not shake during coarse grinding, rubber stabilizers at the bottom.On the noisier side due to the powerful motor. I’ve been using a similar bajaj twister model since last 10 yrs. Blades have given up after ten years of excellent use, motor is still working fine without any problem. The media could not be loaded. Quality- From the packaging it came in to its actual product. Very very poor. I doubt if this machine has passed all the HSE guidance for UK. As you see in the video, main control was too clumsy and electrical cables inside were visible at the bottom. Too dangerous if there is any water on the work top by mistake. Quality of the plastic is C’ grade. I will not recommend this product.I was not too fussed about paying double the price as it is listed in India. Because you can get the ease of using the UK plug and get to return if something happens.Whatsoever,“The law requires electrical equipment to be maintained to prevent danger. The type and frequency of user checks, inspections and testing needed will depend on the equipment, the environment in which it is used and the results of previous checks”I will be reporting this seller to HSE UK for not maintaining electrical equipment safety for UK standards.

Ignore such kind of reviews (that use 500/750 wattage mixers for heavy duty stuff!).This is a very good mixer, powerful motor that makes dosa batter/chutney making easy. Have not faced any issue like excessive noise, burning smell or smoke (if you use low wattage ones for heavy load this is bound to happen!). In fact, chutneys and batter making is very quick. Earlier we were using 750 watt one and that required frequent cooling off breaks.The quality of jars with food grade stainless steel is very nice. Jars are chunky and heavy, assuring quality. Plastic quality (jar lids, main body) is also very good and doesn’t scratch easily. Jar sealents/rubber quality is also good. The main motor is heavy that renders the mixer stable and easy to use.Blade design is very good. The chutney jar blades are designed in such a way that it is easy to empty and clean. Dosa batter/high capacity grinding blade is made in such a way that the grinding is fast and efficient. Blades are not sharp and the speed compensate for the grinding rather than sharpness of the blades. This makes the blades long lasting where sharp blades tend to loose effectiveness over time.Highly recommended product! Just pick the correct wattage for the intended use!

My experience with the Bajaj GX-1 has been extremely disappointing, and I feel compelled to warn others before making the same mistake.🔻 Major Issues:Pathetic Grinding Performance:Even with very soft ingredients, the grinding is terribly poor. You’ll end up checking the jar multiple times only to realize it’s still not done.Takes Triple the Time:Compared to my previous mixer grinder, this one takes three times longer to finish the same job. If you’re in a hurry or value your time, this is not the appliance for you.Weak Jar Lids:The lids are flimsy and do not stay tight. They feel unstable during operation, and I constantly worry about spills and mess. This is a serious safety concern, especially when handling hot or wet items.🚫 Final Verdict:This is hands down one of the worst kitchen appliances I’ve used. Poor performance, inefficient grinding, and substandard build quality make it a complete waste of money. Within just a few days of purchase, it started making loud noise and heating up badlyThe juice jar started leaking from the bottom side in single time use even that was manufacturing defect then too they’re not accepting his fault. it’s completely useless and a total waste of money. I expected better quality from Bajaj, but this product is a big disappointment. On top of that, the Bajaj customer support engineer was extremely rude and refused to replace the jar right to my face.
