Overall Good Product. Power full machine. Good looks. Body looks sturdy. Takes less space. Tested all the Jars and all type of grindings. Results are pretty good.Few issues found which are cosmetic and doesn’t affect the functioning : 1) Little noisy may be because of powerful 750W motor, 2) New Stud type holds platform well but are soft & delicate may not last long, 3) body gives jerks while starting the motor may be due to body shape and new stud type, 4) Power cable is two pin should have been three pin.

I was in search for a good mixer grinder with ample of power.My previous 500W mixer grinder from Philips turned out to be weak all round.To be short and precise…. This Mixer Grinder is well built, the body is a heavy ABS plastic and sturdy.The motor is very powerful and not so very noisy as others have especially mentioned here.It’s noise is OK and on par for a 750 watts motor. The performance is outstanding which is the nicest part here.Its mindbogglingly fast and on first use it grinded 500 grams of Groundnuts in just 30 seconds in 2 slots timing combined.The jars are stainless steel gloss finish. Matte finish could have been better but i am just nitpicking now.The jar’s steel density is pretty good. Medium to good quality Stainless steel is used.The wet grinding jar is the biggest I have seen till date at 1.75 liters its pretty big.Also chutney jar is big at 0.5 liters.Other accessories are a spatula for removing stuck food which also doubles as a blade tightening screw driver wrench type.User manual is a small pamphlet which is pretty basic, but it isn’t needed for user directions as the product is very straightforward to use as is.Packing was a original Philips box with plastic wrap and no Big Brown Amazon box here, so i would rate packaging as average.4 Stars because the ABS body plastic and jar handles quality/feel and the jars themselves could be a bit more better that would make it 5 stars and unbeatable.Lastly I would say.. people go for it , you would not be disappointed… its almost there at 5 stars. I was on the lookout for a mixer grinder machine as my old mixer wasn’t working. On researching I saw mostly positive reviews and decided to go ahead and purchase it.Pros :Good build quality & weightless.The sleek design of Philips HL7699 gives it a modern look and also saves space on the kitchen counter. The jars are easy to attach and fit nicely on the machine. The material is top-notch quality and after using it for a couple of weeks I have no complaints.Cons :As someone said here this is a scooter without silencer – Especially with the medium size jar. At 750 Watts, the motor is indeed a bit more noisy (hey it comes with a big motor so it’s bound to make that noise but it’s not that scary as few people are saying) than lower power models but then I use it only for a few minutes at a time so it doesn’t really matter. In fact the higher power gets the job done faster.Two pin plug, Not a three pin one which would have guaranteed a better safety when it comes to grounding.Note: The chutney jar is slightly bigger at 0.5L compared to other models and has a very different blade design. It does the job much better than the conventional ones.The price on Amazon was the best and I managed to save quite a bit of money when compared to the local store prices. The delivery was within the committed timeline and the product came in its original packing with all the attachments and the guarantee card. Overall a good purchase!Edit 1: its been 2 years now and this stuff is working flawlessly! This is a big achievement when the words come from your mother 😅

I did decent research before buying a mixer grinder and finally decided to buy this one. After using this mixer for a week, here are positives and negatives I found about this machine.Pros:1. Seriously powerful motor. No Jokes.2. Motor is heavy (weight wise) and seems of tough built quality. I bought prestige 750 watts mixer also and its motor’s & jars weight was half of what philips has provided and was giving a feel like a toy.3. Good steel quality of jars.4. Good plastic quality of lids.5. I tried a variety of things from Haldi to Ginger, it can grind everything within seconds (if you are using the right jar).6. Suction cups at bottom really work and keep the mixer stable.7. I like its Knob. It has contrast color and is in front to give clear idea of when it is powered on and off. So, it saves you from accidentally powering on main switch when the knob is already turned on.8. Compact and trendy. I like its design.9. Juice jar works great for extracting juice of fruits that have more juice and less pulp. I tried water melon juice and it was delicious.10. Philips service is nice. I called them up and they came just next day with the right tools. (I will tell you in cons section why I called them)11. The mixer produces a loud but smooth sound. Inspite of loud sound, it is not irritating. You should also note that the more powerful motor you purchase, the louder it would be because of high RPM. So you should rather target on smoothness of sound rather than silence.Cons:1. The most frustrating thing with this, and over 80% mixer grinders available on internet is that THEY DO NOT HAVE LID LOCKS. My last mixer was of Maharaja Whiteline. That mixer grinder had “Twist to Lock” lids. So, you can use it without putting hands on the lid. But Philips mixer is not that case. It just has a rubber around the lids which somewhat makes it tight. But it will blow off if you don’t put your hands on it.Add: Philips also have twist to lock lid in juicer jar.2. Although the mixer’s motor has smooth sound, but the jars produce frustrating sound when they are about to stop. You can replicate that sound easily during whip. When it is moving at constant speed, no noise. But when you stop it, last 3 seconds are very frustrating. It has ticking sound has if you have 2-3 small stones in the mixer. I called the service guys but they said this sound is normal and expected. I don’t expect this type of quality from philips. Jars blade is not touching anywhere inside, but the sound is rather coming from an internal, rotating mechanism. Bad, really bad.3. Mixer tends to heat (jar, not motor) when used for more than 30 seconds. If you use for 2 minutes for dry grinding, you’ll not be able to touch the jar.So, here we have all positives and negatives about this machine. Inspite of having issues, I have not requested return. This is because all the machines I found were having some faults. The faults philips have is most tolerable. I will be happy with the purchase if the sound produced in jars is not mechanically damaging it. I am worry free as of now because it has 2 years guarantee on jars and 5 years on motor.As far as lid lock is concerned, I adjusted myself because it grinds anything within 10-15 seconds. Pros : A sturdy product. Had bought a month back. Seems will last for many years. Base is very compact and stable. All jars are big for their purposes so you will never feel short on capacity. Material used is good plastic, feels superior. Metal jars also seem well built.Cons : Noise level is a bit high but a powerful motor will make some noise. Main jar lid has tight gasket but still spills some drops out especially thin liquids. Lid has a hole on top. So when you start the mixer, if jar is near full, some liquid comes out from the top of the lid. Not seen such a thing in any mixers used earlier.Overall a nice product.

Jars are not sturdy to spell for the firm of repute and as per available reviews with the size of grinding jar, it is really found to be very small. Even doubt with the coupler’s life.

I had bought prestige 550watt mixer 8years ago now the jars and also the motor are giving problem but it could be repaired but still Ibought a new mixer and I was going for the same but my cousin who had bought philips 750watt mixer is a fan of this product and he urged me to buy this one.Iam happy with the product and it’s smooth running and grinding to fine pastes in a few seconds .Yesterday was the first time and let’s see how long it lasts…but iam happy with the product.A good and reliable with standard material and sturdy body

Being Phillips fan, ( Philips trimmer purchased earlier is working great even after a year of use. I am using it for hair cut ) I ordered this and delivered within a week. I ordered multiple items regularly from amazon earlier but First time I received outer Amazon cartoon damaged. And the reason is outer cartoon is double size of that of Phillips box which leaves lots of empty space in the cartoon which causes damage to the cartoon during transportation.Phillips box is intact. Received all the items unbroken.Quality of material – I have used 2 Phillips food processors earlier in Dubai. Comparatively quality of plastic in this food processor is cheap. ( I didn’t expect that from Phillips at this price range) Sharp edges inside one of the lid. Handle quality of chef jar looks ordinary. Locking of lid is not so smooth.Noise level – Noise level is bit on higher side but bearable considering it’s 750 Watts machine.Power – it’s motor is powerful and 750 Watts are enough to perform most of the operations smoothly.Atta kneading – that’s the main purpose of buying this machine and I think it performs well. Atta kneading took just less than 2 minutes. It works really fast..This is first day review. I will update this review time to time to give you clear idea about this machine.Update 24/08/21 :I found it difficult to remove the additional motor provided for main chef’s jar from base unit. In other model which I have used earlier, this motor was attached to the main jar and it was non removable and also waterproof. But in this model we cannot wash that motor part and it’s really very difficult to remove from base unit.Phillips should consider this point and provide additional small handle type part to the motor with which it will be easy to rotate that motor easily. Or some lock should be provided to the motor and main jarEdit 07 March 23 : -almost after 2 years.Earlier I talked about problem in removing additional motor provided for main chef’s jar. So I booked complaint with Philips and they send the technician immediately. After inspection he said that he will replace the motor. But he didn’t have that motor with him so he told that he will bring it later. But then I received a sms from Philips that my complaint is attended and problem is resolved. So I again book a new complaint with Philips. This time technician brings a new motor and replaced it. This motor was also little difficult to remove but better than the first one so we kept it.We are using this food processor regularly and it’s still working good. Jars are still in good condition. ( I thought the atta kneading jar will not lasts longer but I was wrong. It’s still working good.)Wife used juicer jar to extract fruit juice and it works good.So overall a good product.

The mixer grinder is good. But the noise level is not less. This also makes a lot of sound. I don’t know why seller is posting these false claims that noise level is low.Apart from noise level, the other functionalities are good. It converts ice into slow

The lid of the large ‘quiet’ metal unit needs to be manually and forcefully held in place while using it or else the lid will just fly off and the contents will spray everywhere. Now how they couldn’t be bothered to give that vessel that as to manual you are supposedly able to make smoothies with a securely lockable lid is beyond me. It’s a crying shame, because the result which the blade creates is excellent. But unless you really make sure to be able to hold the lid down with a kitchen towel it’s really really messy. Now, you can use the main platic bullet instead, sure, but why then provide a vessel that is so hard to use to begin with? At that price this really shouldn’t happen. So withdrawing one more star.First of all, personally I am really happy with my purchase. The grinder looks very stylish and I like the pre-programed functions it can perform. The smoothy blending function really does create an especially creamy and fluffy smoothy and all other vessels provided can cover a wide range of kitchen tasks. I do, however, think the upscale price is mainly due to the stylishness and these gimmicks. For me personally they are worth the money, that’s why it is – so far – a four star product for me, but I do understand why many others would think otherwise and I want to address these points below.So lets get to the drawbacks.The supposed lesser noise:From the product description on amazon I got the impression this mixer is supposed to be all over more quiet. However, when I compare it to my previous 650W Philips mixer which I had bought at half the price, I found it is actually a lot more noisy. I gave it a test run. Yup, that one bigger vessel runs at a lesser and lower frequency noise level. All the other provided blending/grinding vessels are on jet engine noise level. It’s okay for me. The work is fast, so you don’t have to suffer for too long. But I do think it should be made a lot more clear in the product description that the noise reduction claim is only concerning one of the provided vessels.Functionality: As for mixing and grinding this product covers all your needs. The only thing I’m missing and which in my opinion could have been provided at the given price is a clear large vessels with chopping/slicing and dough kneading function like my old cheaper Philips used to have. As I was not using those functions too often, I am still satisfied with this product, but I wouldn’t have minded having that option and at this price they might have very well added it and made it a more complete kitchen unit. It is a very good product. It work very efficiently but quite noisy.

Very noisy machine. Will try to publish a long-term review. The machine can run without even locking the containers. A bit risky indeed. Plastic quality requires improvement. However, I am not in a position to provide details on the life of the motor and accessories.

What I disliked is that this was a combo deal with a Philips induction cooktop. The induction cooker was a second hand piece which was used by someone earlier. It had all the marks of previous usage and the carton was already opened and torn condition. I would like to return the induction cooker. But the mixie was super.

First and probably most important, thank you Amazon for this high-quality product, prompt delivery, and appropriate packaging.This mixer comes with three stainless steel jars, each with top lids that fit perfectly. The liquid (largest) jar lid is transparent and has a rubber seal. The second mixer jar has a non-transparent lid and no rubber, and it is used for dry items (without rubber also it fits perfectly). Finally, the chutney jar includes a non-transparent plastic lid as well as a rubber gasket.All three jars inside have a two-blade system, and the grinding takes only 15 seconds. Even though we used 4 blade system jars earlier, this 2 blade system is faster.

Noise is more when compairing with normal mixers..

Grinder claims to produce 50% less noise than the usuals.. whereas it does exactly the opposite. Disappointed with the sound level. I am using it for the last 1 year .

It is ok for the price. Very noisy and we will have hold the lid.Grinding coconut for chutney feels like you are grinding stones. Chutney is is very small. Not doing great job with fine grinding.If you can put ₹1000 more you have better options.Looks of the mixy is all great.

After so much of search we ordered this mixer grinder considering the brand and the great quality it offered in other product lineups. However, we were disappointed by this product. They have a great design and machine.Cons:- Biggest Con: The cheap and weak plastic parts, especially the ChefPro Jar (2.2 Litres) that cracked within 15 days of purchase!! The handles for all the jars feel cheap, hollow and weak. Not durable at all.- It is noisy – I see some scope for noise controlPros:- Great machine- Leak proof- Two Pin plug brings portabilitySuggestion:- The ChefPro Jar (2.2 Litres) can be made out of steel. Atta kneading is a daily task that it performs in many houses. If this jar is not sturdy enough then what should the customers do?- The handles or the other plastic jars/parts can be made sturdier. I hope Phillips does not like customers to bring cracked/broken parts within 15 days unless Phillips just loves customers’ money.These jars are already expensive. If you don’t want to face similar issue, I would recommend to go with some other mixer grinder brand and model.Recommendation: I would recommend some good old brand that has specialty in making Mixer Grinders like Sumeet, Preethi, Bajaj, Prestige, Kenstar, etc.

This is simply the Best in Class Mixer Grinder with a Strong Motor and durable body. Simply go for it. Worth the money.

I am writing this review after using the mixer for a few days and i must say that this product has truly amazed me! I was using a Panasonic 1000w mixer earlier but this philips mixer which is 750w has truly suprised me with its powerful motor. It does the job in less than half the time and the chopper jar is truly a blessing! It chops even large quantity with such ease and chops really well! The jars are very easy to use and very easy to clean as well. It also adds a premium look to your kitchen bcoz of its black and golden colour. The juicer jar is so convenient, u can extract coconut milk without making absolutely any mess. I am truly very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend this product. The noise level is a bit on the higher side but then it does the grinding or chopping job pretty quickly, so its not an issue for me.Overall a very good, convenient product, very happy with the purchase!

The mixer grinds well but the Soft Sound technology is a GIMMICK. I was using Philips Viva collection HL7701 before and compared the HL7777’s noise with it, forget 50% there is not even 5% reduction in sound power even with Quiet Pro jar. Even though my old mixer works perfectly fine, this purchase was made desiring soft sound operation. But totally disappointed with the loud noise. Don’t fall for the marketing hype and buy it for low noise operation. My search for a quieter mixer grinder continues.Also the outer box was damaged and the Tested OK seal was broken but I didn’t return the item for this reason thinking the product is more important than the packing. Still worries me whether I’ve received a returned item. Didn’t expect such poor quality packaging from Amazon.

It’s crazy how people in the reviews are saying “the chopper” doesn’t work. First of all it’s not a chopper it’s a FOOD PROCESSOR. If you don’t know the difference between the two kindly refrain from buying it. And theres a capacity limit for all the jars, if you exceed that limit than obviously its going to break. Also my only concern with this thing is how loud it is and the quality of the caps of all the jars. They could have done better at this price range. Nothing gets leaked. You can grind semi-hot things without any such issues. And it does a good job of grounding spices and all. I have made peanut butter in the food processor, minced meat, and what not! Does a wonderful job at everything. Bought it in September 2021 and still works like a charm as on dec/2024. And the only issue is that the plastic cap of one of the small grinder jars is cracked.

It’s been 2 months since I bought this, I regret every second since. I had always been a fan of philips right from my childhood especially with our music player which we had in our childhood. None of the other products could match the clarity. So usually we buy philips products. I have induction stove, iron box, blender to name a few from the same brand. But this processor is a huge letdown.The mixie blade is so low, none of the Indian recipes needing a run would be ground properly. Even the tomatoes.The vegetable processor material developed a Crack within a month. To my horror I saw many such reviews. So it was on me to have blindly followed the brand. When I approached the customer care, I wasn’t surprised to note that the cracks and such breakages are not covered by the warrantee. I company gives such a low quality product for the Indian kitchen and despite so many feedbacks, this issue isn’t addressed actively by the company. DO NOT BUY from PHILIPS.1. I live overseas and bought this product of PHILIPs, thinking Indian product will be sturdy.2. The small Chatni Jar was defective. The spindle won’t rotate. I brought it back to India for replacement.3. Philips did not replace but sent a technician to repair. I was told it will work. But it did not rotate still.4. I complained again, when I returned after 5 months. Technician came home and this time he could not even open the spindle to check inside.5. His manager MRINAL DEB (Kolkata), advised him to charge Rs.350 to fix. Shame. As the product is still under warranty. It should be fixed FREE or COST.6. I complained over phone to PHILIPS. Everyday they will state someone will call and that they have escalated. But no one will call or resolve.7. Sad. Pathetic service. Charging money under warranty period for manufacturing defects.8. Product is still under warranty. PHILIPS policy states internal defects are covered in warranty for 2 years. This is clearly a manufacturing defect as I have not used this product and outwardly it is in brand new condition. Yet they won’t repair or replace for last 6 months.9. Service company manager MRINAL DEB, wants me to pay Rs 350 for repair (they could not even repair, yet quoted the price). New costs almost the same. Asking for money to repair under Warranty product.10. PHILIPS call centre takes claim call from me and issues ticket No. 4391604. Really Happy with quality of this mixer , it grinds and mix everything nicely and do not even make too much noise , it works really fast and smooth. All the jar comes with good quality and lid fits tightly. Even cleaning js simple doesnt take much time . The weithy is also light its not too heavy so easy to use , Overall a good mixer for regular use. Worth buying as its design looks nice in the kitchen.

Works well. Blades are fixed – non removable therefore difficult to clean the blades. Mixer is powerful but extremely noisy. Whole neighborhood will hear and assume you purchased some cheap mixi.

Machine is good but the bottom mechanisms of jars broke, pretty soon after use

Bought it for 2899 and it cannot get better. This is awesome mixer grinder. Replaced my earlier philips with this one. Tested it to grind garam masala and it passed the same with flying colors. My earlier 500W grinder would struggle to grind sane but this 750w motor is on another level..

Mixer has good motor and powerful mixing with 3 jar options. I used it for 2 days and it works fine. Make sure you lock jars in machine before using and then carefully unlock. It works for me while I make smoothi or milk shake. Chutney bowl is also good it comes with sharp blades. It’s budget friendly option with good brand name.
