Pathetix quality. Broke down in the 1st 3 days of use . The knob has xome out . It makes noise which is more than a train engine . All jars developed scatches. After week… the gringing function doesnt work. Havent experienced a worst product even AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVIVE WITH NO RRSPONSE. EVEN AMAZON HAS FOR THE FIRSY TIME FAILED ON RESOLCING THE PROBLEMDO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY THIS

Don not buy Wonderchef products. All the jars they are providing is low in quality.within months blades got broken in two jars. And the worst customer service also,just forget about warranty and all.They will never respond to it.Now I have dumped my product because of unusable jar.

I always share abt my best experience of Wonderchef small n handy blender but I m not happy with mixer grinder It’s not that much smoothly working as far as big jar is concern!!!

It is a great mixer, easy to use and wash. Grinds spices very fine, and makes pastes/smoothies very efficiently.

Great item, it’s a bit on the noisy side, but is really good to do its job properly. Very good price. Fast delivery. It also comes with a very useful book.

Received the product but it is not as per advertised photo. Realised it after I removed the packaging and disposed off the same. Could not be bothered organising a return!Worst pan ever! Don’t buy. Dosa, roti gets stuck to the pan. Need to use a lot of oil! Waste of money. Would love to return the product. It will end up in the bin!

Many people have complained about the rubber gaskets melting – that can only have happened if hot food are being blended or ground. Bring food to room temp and then grind.7. Wash the jar, gasket, jars immediately using a sponge and liquid detergent so that the shine of the jar remains intact.8. Always remove and wash the gasket to avoid unhygienic conditions as food can get under the gaskets.9. In the wet blender remove the flow breaker by sliding it off and wash it separately as food particles can get stuck behind it.10. To remove fine particles when dry grinding don’t use a spoon to avoid scratches to the jar. You can use your hand and a brush ( used for this purpose only).11. Had to replace new product as it cannot perform masala job .Its use for light jobs only.As for value for money i think its ok for that price but i think its on higher side.

HiI have ordered this on may 2020. It was working fine and was happy with it but suddenly it stopped working. It comes with 1 yr warranty so contacted the dealer but I didn’t response apart from telling the case is forwarded to concern department. I have followed up constantly but no luck. If sellers cannot to there warranty then they should not sell the product. Worst customer service.Update: After constant follow up and despite of service ticket number there is no response from customer service.Update: I revised my rating as my complain has been addressed and got the replacement. One thing i released that don’t use company contact us page to raise the issue it will will not be heard. Just drop email directly to the mentioned email on the website the response is prompt from that account.Appreciate Wonderful help !!

Occupy less space classy in looks good for daily use in kitchen

The product is good, no doubt, and we were using it for a number of years in India. So when that started to leak a bit, got a new one exactly like the previous one here in UK. The only difference with the new one was that it came with a UK plug. Possibly retrofitted here in UK. Unfortunately, after a couple of weeks of use, the cable broke and the raw copper wires were visible. It was a electrical hazard with danger of electrocution. We returned the product for a refund. Outside of this experience, I will still recommend the product.

I had to go through 3 purchases and had to return all three. All of them came with wiring issues which to me are very risky. I could literally see wires hanging out of the blender socket, surprised how can this be missed in QC checks. i still gave them a benefit of doubt but found the same issue in all 3. I had great expectations but totally disappointed.

Took the item out of the box to use it and believe me, it didn’t work.The body is made of very cheap plastic and might break if pressed hard. The power cable is not more than 0.5m long. After spending over £100, I expected the unit to be well built. The jars were made of steel but the handles were again completely plastic and might break if used roughly.My old prestige mixer grinder lasted for over 15 years and is well built, heavy and made of thick plastic. Overall, definitely a NO from me and wouldn’t advise anyone to buy it. Be prepared to be shocked if you buy it. Would have given a zero star.

Absolutely great .I’m using it since 2 months. I feel so easy and relax to have it . The excellent machine I ever have . I remain very busy so its like I have 24/7 helper in kitchen . Now I can make smoothies , fresh morning juices , dips , chutnies , and Indian curry paste , and herb powerders with almost no efforts. … And it’s easy to clean .. easy to keep in shelves .great quality100% recommend

Its a perfect blender for asian brown people,coz some of the spices we do like ginger,zerra,garam masalas they are very hard to blend on some of the blenders,but on this blender it blends like very smooth paste,and its easy to clean,very easy to use,really handy basically it’s a perfect blender what i was looking for❤️Only one 👆downside👎🏻 is the jar is very small,otherwise its a perfect blender which beats even some of the expensive blenders in the market.

Apart from some scratches inside chopper all was good must be from product testing one thing for sure was not a used item all of the bases had one yellow dot in bottom possible some manufacturing thing looked like a stain first but all of them had it apart from that only thing I did not like was all 6 jars base were made of plastic & handle design felt cheap was comfy to hold though but mind you grade a plastic was used base & handle should have been metallic no cheap material on this device I really loved full metal build on main unit body & water leakge proofing in the device liquids will not get logged in the motor touch point what’s more I love this juicer can even make smoothies & shakes & healthy vegetable juices out extremely hard vegetables & fruits word of caution do not use much sticky fruits will be hard to remove from plastic jars steel jars will not face same issue & that’s not all the multipurpose jar let’s you make chutneys, jams & store them using a given lid this is entirely worth it’s price would have given 5 stars if jar base was made of metal at least for steel jars that is. & mind you tha packaging was super secure & top notch no damage wear & tear to the box at all was covered by some very hard material from all edges was delivered super securely by prestige no Amazon packaging though although was not entirely missed prestige paked thier appliance pretty well

I used it twice for Indian sauces and the washer broke while using it their time, I used it for a long time when I bough it last time but this one broke after 2 use which is very disappointing for a wonder chef brand.

Grinds faster than other 750 W mixer grinders. Rustic and sturdy. The steel used for the jars could have been better. Juicer jar is useful. Have been using it for over a month now. No problems till date. Good value for money.

I got this product around 2 weeks before and both the blades stopped working after one time of use. And then i requested a return but no one has come to pickup the return. This is the worst experience I had with amazon.

I tried a number of products on amazon and returned them, none of them were as good or powerful as this one. The motor is quite powerful, if you are looking for a general purpose mixer, grinder that is able to make Idli and Dosa batter for you this is what you need. It is Indeed 1000W , and really powerful motor i havenyt seen anything better than this.Even other wonderchef bullet like grinder are not as good as this one. This is really the most powerful of them all, i tried a few I tried Cookwell, my friend tried Balzano all of them are under powered machines and cant grind soaked dal and rice for idli or vada consistency. If you add too much water the batter becomes useless.But this machine is able to grind rice and dal with the right amount of water. And as soon as you run the machine you will know how powerful it is. The only advice i will give is tighten the lid well. Its a good machine hands down the best Bullet mixer on the market, it is way better than the more popular 400W wonderchef nutri blender.This machine is really powerful i have even used it to grind lightly roasted coriander seeds and it works really well for small batches of freshly ground spices. You will not regret the decision. It is slightly expensive but totally worth it, dont go for the 400W Nutriblend.Also i have used other multi purpose Juicer mixer brands, dont go for those the motors in those machines are not as powerful as this one although they also claim 1000W but they are not. This one is really that good, for juicing and other needs i suggest you buy a different machine.But for 95% of your work this is really good and powerful.The only Con being you cannot purchase more Jars from Amazon or even on their website. As you can see this motor is just very powerfull and reliable they only thing that would wear out is the jar.Edit: (Update on machine – 8 Aug 2024)After 1.8 yrs of successfully using the machine the Blade bush started leaking. There is no replacement for the blades nor extra Jars are available from the site. Now it is gathering dust for the past few months. I would suggest go for some other product whose extra Jars , Blades and parts are available. Wonderchef doesnt even have a service center so we are truly fukd.

Wonderchef being a superbrand doesn’t own up to its flaws.1000watts, heavy noise level, blunt blades, no proper grinding.Bought this in April and till date(11 August) I haven’t had my service query answered. The mixer burnt-out in the beginning and they took forever to come see the product. Then the blades aren’t sharp, we’ve requested for replacement, god alone knows when the replacement will come in. The service agent( Shivanand- Bangalore) is very negligent and rude. Neither have I had my servicing done nor have received any answers from wonderchef end. Please don’t get FOOLED by the brand and looks and watts of the mixer ever. It’s not worth the time or money.WORST PRODUCT. EVEN WORST SERVICING.HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

It has powerful motor with no speed limit. The small blender is very good n works very well… I love this. The juicer is also very good. It goes without saying that a south Indian woman who goes to the office every day needs a mixer grinder. I was having one which has with broken jars. I was looking for immediate replacement which makes my daily grinding work easy. This time I decided to get a superfast grinder. I asked my sister and she advised me to buy wonder chef 1000 watt grinder. I immediately ordered a good grinder at an affordable price. Idli batter is made in minutes. And as same as the one which I make with wet grinder. Juicer is very useful. I’m happy. My family is also happy

We bought it as the other brand grinder/ blender was not able to chop items like nuts (almond, walnut) and dates finely. We always found residue parts that were not broken down. With this, that is not an issue. It does the blending very well. Used it for juices, smoothies and that job it does well. Operation is simple. Just press to start and stop pressing to stop.A few have complained of leakage but that happens if the item is to watery. Else it looks fine. Reviewing after a week now.Noise is average. Would not say it is quiet one. With 22k rpm, can’t expect quiet motor.Cleaning so far has been easy, both the Jar and the motor unitGo for it when you have a sale. Should get a good price.

I love the colour & design of this Sumo black mixer grinder. It has 1000 watt strong copper armature motor. It is little noisy like any other mixer grinder. It has 4 different jars for different purposes including one juicer jar, which is sufficient for my kitchen. It has 3 different sets speed. Overall I am satisfied with the quality of this mixer grinder. I find it very easy to clean.

I’m giving five stars because of:* Price: Got a good deal on Amazon for Rs.6650, while the TTK Prestige website itself was quoting Rs. 7700*Usability: It’s 1000W heavy-duty mixer with six jars. The chopper jar is useful for cutting vegetables, and tiny grind & store jar for dry masalas is very convenient. The product gets add additional accessories (measuring cup). The only disadvantage is you need to find place to store 6 jars in the kitchen.*Design: The black and steel design looks neat. Has four vacuum bushes which keep the mixer fixed on the kitchen table.*Warranty: The product comes with 5-year motor warranty and given it’s Prestige brand I think it’s easy to access service centers.*Packaging & Shipping: The packaging was neatly done, had all accessories, and no complaints.

Leak in the lower base makes me give only 4 rating.

As usual very nice product but its big. Keep it in mind. I was expecting some small jars like magic bullet brand. But these are big sturdy jars.

Always fix the jar and lock before switching on the power. If you switch on the power and then fix the jar and twist, the bush will wear off in 2 days. Never use the grind blade on blend jar and vice versa. Use only the particular blades on the jar. Don’t use for more than 30 seconds for one batch. Most important is to switch on the power after you place and twist.

Writing this review after using it for a couple of months. So many issues with it.First of all 1000 watt is not required for a household. It is a little too much.It just jerks so many times while grinding and the dome lids are not closing well, they are spilling the mixture all around once it is started.I was doing the dosa batter and the batter got so hot. It is making the mixtures so hot which is not at all good. Too much noise as well.Don’t believe the positive reviews and buy it, that’s the mistake I did. Never suggesting this to anyone.

The colour and polish gives it a fantastic look, which definitely goes with my kitchen interior. The biggest saviour is the JUICER jar, it really cut short my expenses at any random juice-wala😂. Since so long, I was looking for something like this, which could really blend into my daily meals. With minimum noise and vibration, the drinks get ready(without getting my kitchen top messy and greasy). I have used various juicers available in the market, but most of them didn’t even last a year. Thanks to my friend’s recommendation I bought this recently and this is what I called WOW JUICER.I definitely recommend this product to everyone who wants to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Great powerful motor, but a little loud. The built quality is great.The major flaw is the silicon gaskets, if you tighten them hard gasket slips, and if you tighten them lightly it will leak.I am finding it very difficult to use for liquid blends. If you use anything that is slightly hot it will just spill all over.The lack of a push-to-start button is not very user-friendly.Overall this product is not worth the price. I feel there are other better products out there with cheaper prices.

Gridner and mixer quality is cheap, not much durable.One the gridner had some issues got it done by local vendor.Actual product may differ once you see through you eyes, in images it seems good but that’s not.

I am writing this review after using this mixie for more than 8months. I will suggest not to buy this machine as a quality is very low the bush given is not stable and keeps moving while using the machine and the jar quality is also very bad.The first jar started leaking after 5 months of use and the second jar lid broke on it own while grinding masala. I called the service center 3 to 4 time, the service guy came after 3 weeks of giving complaint and after regular followup. He came and said the jars will be replaced as I had the warranty For the Machine. He said it will take 2 to 3 days to get the jar. And now it is 2 weeks and i have not got the replacement of jars and no proper response from the service person. I thought it was a Sanjeev Kapoor endorsed brand and it will be good but my money is wasted. And I am very much disappointed.

On the 3rd use itself the chopper blade broke from within and doesn’t spin at all.Now the grinder blade rubber bottom getting ruptured, after a year of normal use.I only have the blender attachment working. Rest all are broken 1 by 1.Not to mention its extremely noisy. And heats up in a 20-30 seconds cycle also. Got to be very patient to wait for it cool, when grinding lot of materials

It worked ok initially and the delivery was prompt; those were the good bits. In less than 2 years, each of the jars stopped working and now none of them work and the seller will not respond via Amazon. You cannot get it repaired or source replacement jars. Waste of money and resources and an unresponsive seller.They give you a HK number to call !!

I’ve been using this for 3 months now.The Really bad:The blender jar has a major flaw. If you use it for blending (I have tried lassi, milkshake, smoothies), liquid spills out from the spout when running. I scheduled a warranty service but the technician told me that this jar is only for juicing and the metal jar is for bending. I concluded that it’s a design flaw which Bosch is unwilling to admit. The metal jar can be used for blending, but its small if you’re blending for 3-4 people. This would have been a dealbreaker if I knew this beforehand as I blend a lot.Bad but manageable:1) The metal jar lids are weirdly shaped and lots of liquid gets stuck in it, so you end up wasting a little bit of whatever you’re making. The lids are also much more messy than a regular dome lid and also a little tougher to clean.2) The small cap in the lid for adding things is really loose. You have to be careful when turning the lid upside down or it falls and breaks.3) Food gets stuck in the flow breaker. It’s also not very intuitive to remove and I have a feeling it will be easily broken by the househelp when cleaning.4) Flow breaker and the pounding blade don’t make a noticeable difference to the end result, and I have completely stopped using them.The Good:1) Great looking and has a small footprint2) Noise levels aren’t bad. A 1000 W motor will definitely be louder than a 400 W one (typical home mixie wattage) but even then it’s not super loud and is very manageable.3) Very, very powerful. Pulverises anything you throw at it instantly.

I had re purchased this product because of i really liked the efficiency.. But this time, the materials used in the machine are not of good quality. It’s feels like local plastic material n not sturdy.. Besides that the jar rim are not smooth , it doesn’t closes smoothly

This Mixer is very silent but very good it also comes with 5 jars all good quality.I only had one issue with the control know but it was fixed by Prestige under warranty so you know it is a great brand with very good after sales service.

The blender is not blending properly, it leaves big crumbs. Expensive for what it is. You can find better product for less price.

The media could not be loaded. Overall from price and usability point the device is good. It does the work as expected. overall device is easy to clean. Suction caps at base keeps the mixer steady.There are below points that need improvement.1) there is no safety lock feature. The mixer can work without any jar fitted on it.2) the steel jars is bit thinner than expected. Should have been more sturdy steel.3) the plastic jar and plastic cap of all jars is bit fragile. Can crack easily once fell or mishandled. I have seen more stronger plastic materials in other brands.4) the main unit is too big heavy and bulky. Bit difficult to move around.5) mixer noise could have been lesser.

This grinder has superfast and superfine grinding. It took only 10-15 seconds for superfine grinding. It has separate transparent jar for juicer and have nob to pour it. Jar’s lid are classy designed. Total 4 jars for separate items. Noise is also very low. Overall a good product.

Well, I use this machine and after 1 year I am buying a sujata one bcz of juicer. This is a heavy duty machine not suitable for home, very high noise and blade quality and jar quality is poor and very high price. Of no use for me.

Waste product. Makes lot of sound. Consumes lot of power. But all jars are very poor in grinding.

I though brand name being Bosch it will be very strong but within 1 month jug handle is loose, 1 of the 4 suction leg has come off making the blender becoming very unstable when blending. I am quite disappointed with the product. Not to say that it comes with an Indian Plug and not EU or UK plug.

Though I’ve a Vitamix-styled Hestia-BLDC power blender (2000W-2L Tritan Jar), it is just too powerful for my home-chef & support staff to use on a daily basis. Plus as I expect them to take extreme precaution (post-usage cleaning etc) so they requested for a small rough-tough unit for regular usage to escape great after-care.I’ve been out of the kitchen appliances industry after selling out stakes in Hestia, so I had to look out for a new blender on Amazon.I bought a diff brand earlier (best seller on the platform) but that product had extreme design & safety flaws. It would pant on a 50-gram dry-spice load. Despite BIS-being applicable on power cord since last few years, the company dis-regarded the compliance, which is a big FIRE hazard. Saving a few buck & risking customer lives. Nah!Finally bought this particular model.1) The fused ring is a great improvement as most of the silicone rings gets entangled into blade assembly. This is great. Also checked no chance for food-debris to get stuck and decay.Appreciate Team-WonderChef.2) The motor is able to reach peak power load as stated. In most cases, it is blending/grinding effortlessly. I test for urad-dal batter, which according to me is a gold-standard for checking load reliability. Passed reasonably-well.3) The motor-coupler is PC material and mates with Nitrile coupler on the blade base, that is a huge improvement. The earlier unit had Nylon, which has a shorter life compared to Nitrile. I’m not sure, if any other company is offering Nitrile, but again appreciate the thought-process of Wonderchef R&D/Engg team4) We used to have bearings based blade assembly which is smooth but demands extreme care. Cant be dish-washed nor can be immersed in water or sink.The current blade assembly is housed in copper housing, The only drawback here is that it is little noisy but the reliability is at least 3 years against 6 months of bearing based.So again I would like to thank Team WonderChef for Indianizing the product in true sense.5) I see the blender comes in diff designs and colors. That’s nice.6) The recipe book is good.Area of improvement:Please launch in a serrated blade. That does help for achieving a silky-smooth smoothie.I believe you brought Nutri-Blend to India. So you’re just not the pioneers but well deserving to be the market leaders in true sense!!

I’ve been using the Bosch Pro 1000W Mixer Grinder (MGM8842MIN) for a while now, and it’s been a powerhouse in my kitchen. Good and useful.3 jars are useful but why 4th with take away sipper jar is provided?It is useless for common housewives,waste of money,unnecessarily increased the cost.Also,the big juicer jar is not leak proof, immediately you have to remove the juice from it.Rest two jars are very useful,functioning very well.Speed controller knob is most necessary.Noise is too high!!!

I am using this product since 2021 and quality of this product is not bad. But My Chutney grinding bottom part is damaged since I use this jar most of the time. I try to find out the product but its 1400 which is very high. If bottom part of the jar is available somewhere including the blade that will be awesome. I have attached a screenshot which part I need. Please reply if its available or not.

Worst productafter 1-2use the internal rubber vanish i got that repaired myself than after couple of use the internal motor broke down and smoke came out and booked a complain in service center online but it is been more than 15days no one showed up till now.I dont know what to do now 😕

This blender is handy and very very useful. You won’t be able to grind hard items like nuts and if you load it to full it will require a no of churns to get it properly blended. But all these you can do in a bigger blender/mixer grinder. This one servers it’s purpose for smoothies, ginger garlic paste etc.When I got the blender the blades were not functioning. Ariba from the team was excellent at what she does and made sure that two new set of blades get delivered to me. Many many thanks to Ariba, her sincerity and her dedication at providing the best service to her customers is very much appreciated. I wish you all the very best.

Bosch’s unique Pounding Blade mimics traditional stone grinding, unlocking authentic textures and richer flavours—especially important for dry spices and chutneys .

Looks classy, but the lid design leads to lot of wastage, since the design doesn’t allow extracting all the food stuck in the grooves. Given that it’s 1000watt, it makes lot of sound when using.

I purchased the product in July 2014 with 2 years warranty. But since 27.06.2025 it is not functioning. Motor is not rotating and could do any work using the item.How can I solve the problem? Please resolve.

I bought this Wonderchef blender with 3 jars, and I must say it’s totally worth every penny. The blade sharpness is excellent, making dry grinding (like masalas) and blending (like watermelon or milkshakes) extremely fast and smooth — it literally takes 3 seconds to start blending and just 7–10 seconds for a perfectly smooth juice.The build quality feels premium, and the jars are crystal clear and sturdy. Each jar has a specific purpose, which makes the entire set very functional for everyday kitchen use. The motor is powerful, and even though there’s no power button on the base unit, it’s very easy to use with the twist-and-lock mechanism.If you’re looking for a compact yet high-performance blender that delivers on speed, build, and multi-functionality ; this is a great choice. Highly recommended!

Good quality of machine and jar . Blend and grind very well . I have purchaed on 1.4 2025 and writing this review after using continuos 3 month this is very useful for my kitchen easy to use and need very minimal space to keep. It’s build is very good… if anyone want a nitri mixer then it is great choice . i recommend this . Any one can go blindly  with this product it is value for money & time saver too

I purchased this product 3 yr back and yet working properly also service is very good and value for money, it is easy to use and easy to clean, size is compact so we can use while travel, juice quality and taste is amazing, speed is very fast

Quality check is not checked, not working material is delivered and I spend 250 rupees to fix this. Bad dealer trying to sell defective product. Motor and case separated, waiting for a week to this fixed by repair shop, bad experience.

After a year of use, mixcy producing very loud noise, jars quality is not good and very difficult to keep them clean. Overall below average product from Bosch.

Not working

Product is good but paid more 5500 last month now the price is reduced by 700+

Machine didn’t work and Amazon will neither return or replace you need to contact the brand. Brand’s customer service is soooo bad that after 100 followups they insisted that get it repaired and after escalation they agree to Replace after 20 days. So avoid buying from here. Go to a store or buy from any other trusted brand. You will be stuck woth damaged product otherwise.

The quality of Jar is satisfactory, the mixer seems to work fine.
