Received the product but it is not as per advertised photo. Realised it after I removed the packaging and disposed off the same. Could not be bothered organising a return!Worst pan ever! Don’t buy. Dosa, roti gets stuck to the pan. Need to use a lot of oil! Waste of money. Would love to return the product. It will end up in the bin!

I went with the trust on Bosch brand name and am extremely satisfied with the product. I have been using it daily, sometimes multiple times in a day for past month during lockdown period. The mixer-grinder 1000 watt motor is extremely powerful.I have used it to grind both dry & wet ingredients such asgaram masala, idli/dosa mix, Chana dal paste, Poppy seeds paste,coconut chutney, dry rice and urad dal powder, ginger garlic paste, ice, etc.I regularly blend and make milk shakes, lassis etc and have found it to very fast and convenient.2. Does the job fast within few seconds/minutes depending on the amount and type of ingredients you are working with.3. Body is good looking, sturdy, well balanced and easy to wipe clean.4. The vacuum feet are quite secure and give a true hands free experience.5. Overload protector for added safety helps if you overload the mixer by mistake.6. The jars also are easy to use and quite well-builtJars & Blades1. The jars are metal with removable stainless steel blades.2. Chutney jar blade is fixed.3. An extra blade is provided for stone pounding affect.4. A spatula cum blade changer is provided.5. The Jar lids are made of transparent plastic.6. Each lid has a small top cap which can be removed to add liquids/materials while grinding/blending.7. Each lid has rubber gaskets. This gives a completely leak proof experience while grinding/blending. These gaskets are very easy to remove and attach.8. All Jars have 4 fibre clasps to close the jars.9. In the blender jar a juicer attachment has been provided – this is the only thing I have not used, hence I cannot review the performance of this attachment.10. Blender can be used without the juicer sieve, and works fine.11. In wet blender a flow-breaker is providedSoundSound is high, but that is to be expected in a powerful 1000 watt machine.Do’s & Don’tI feel if we follow certain guidelines we can best out of the product1. Do not overload2. Do not use for more than a minute without giving a little rest.3. When turning the speed knobs – don’t turn all at once from 0 to max. You will see that it works better if you turn knobs slowly, staying at each speed for a few seconds. Actually for most things low to medium speed is enough. The machine is really powerful.4. When grinding large amount of ingredients the jar can heat up ( not the machine) so give a little rest in between.5. For wet grinding – use cold water to grind – that way the jar will never heat up.6. DO NOT grind hot ingredients. Many people have complained about the rubber gaskets melting – that can only have happened if hot food are being blended or ground. Bring food to room temp and then grind.7. Wash the jar, gasket, jars immediately using a sponge and liquid detergent so that the shine of the jar remains intact.8. Always remove and wash the gasket to avoid unhygienic conditions as food can get under the gaskets.9. In the wet blender remove the flow breaker by sliding it off and wash it separately as food particles can get stuck behind it.10. To remove fine particles when dry grinding don’t use a spoon to avoid scratches to the jar. You can use your hand and a brush ( used for this purpose only).11. This is an expensive piece of equipment – In my house only I & my husband use it. We do not allow children or household help/cooks to use it. This way the machine will not be misused.12. If you mixer does not work – please check the overload protector button on the underside of the machine. Remove some of the ingredients and try again.13. Take care while handling jar lids and lid tops – Although they appear quite well made, I cannot say if they will break when dropped.Pros1. The machine is very powerful and delivers what it promises2. It is easy to use and gives truly hands free experience3. Easy to clean4. Grinds and blends everything5. Leak-proof lids.6. Takes very little time to grind7. The motor does not heat up even easily8. The overload protector works perfectlyCons1. Guarantee & Manual – The Manual has to be downloaded from the Amazon websiteThe Amazon payment is the guarantee. There is no separate guarantee card provided. I had to call Amazon to understand the situation regarding the guarantee card.2. Delivery – The mixer-grinder came in a box but there was no special Styrofoam padding. This was a big minus for me.3. A couple of extra lid clasps should be provided – one of my lid clasps was loose, it is working fine at the moment, but as a backup company should provide these.4. As the jars are pretty large, for smaller amount of products it is a little difficult. I wish the smallest chutney jar was usable for both dry & wet grinding rather than only wet.5. The jars do have screws heads on the inner side – but this is not a big deal – and can be cleaned quite easily.

HiI have ordered this on may 2020. It was working fine and was happy with it but suddenly it stopped working. It comes with 1 yr warranty so contacted the dealer but I didn’t response apart from telling the case is forwarded to concern department. I have followed up constantly but no luck. If sellers cannot to there warranty then they should not sell the product. Worst customer service.Update: After constant follow up and despite of service ticket number there is no response from customer service.Update: I revised my rating as my complain has been addressed and got the replacement. One thing i released that don’t use company contact us page to raise the issue it will will not be heard. Just drop email directly to the mentioned email on the website the response is prompt from that account.Appreciate Wonderful help !!

Waste of money buying this product, very noisy and the start button was spoilt with in a few months

I am reviewing this product after thoroughly using it for 9 months. My review will be short, precise and divided into 3 sections, namely : pros, cons & satisfaction levels.My mother and wife take care of the kitchen at our home. They were in dire need of a heavy-duty mixer grinder for quite sometime. In the past 25 years, we have used Havells (3 models), Philips (2 models), Braun (1 model) & Kitchen-Aid (1 model) ; and barring Kitchen-Aid, Braun is the only one still in use. Well somewhat 😊So, you can be rest assured that my family really puts in the weight onto the “Heavy-duty” & sometimes unjustly so. Keeping that in mind, we bought the Bosch Pro 1000w this time around, with the expectation that it should last the way it says it does.Pros :(1) Well Built(2) Solid plastic quality(3) Neat & Clean engineering on the inside : what i mean is that wires are neatly tied, are of apt length and thickness. The motor is also quality-built with thick copper wires, and thick enamel coating on the stator/rotor windings. I can’t explain a lot here, but since i am an electrical engineer, i hope you take my word for it.(4) It has a separate pounder blade which Bosch said would pound masalas (gol mirch, saunf, rice (for dosa), sambhar, turmeric sticks, etc) to dust.And for 8 months straight the machine did the job well. My mother went on to pound sugar too. I cautioned her not to. But she did it anyways. Surprisingly the machine kept on going. Then one fine day, she pounded jaggery dollops into powder as well. And the machine gave up. I have attached the pic of the white plastic groove that became free due to this. Due to Covid-19 lockdown in my district, Bosch took 22 days to replace that white plastic groove.Cons:(1) A ₹30/- groove should be available with the local service guy. It should not be imported from Mumbai. That’s just poor logistics and poorer decision-making skills. Havells product quality is way poorer than Bosch but their service and spare-part availability is exemplary 1-7 days max & your problem is resolved. Philips is the most pathetic at 60 days minimum for anything.(2) “Heavy Duty” was not “Heavy-duty” enough.Customer Satisfaction :Bosch. You guys are good. I will give you that. But you have never met anybody like an Indian Customer. Our households will put your claims to test, and they don’t see things from an engineering point-of-view. They test it to the point-of-failure. Next time you depict an ad saying “my pounder blade can pound sticks and gol mirch and what not”, make sure it can pound stones. If you argue, Indians won’t fight much. They will simply dump your brand.

Loved this product.It has a very compact design. Overlook is excellent with bright colors.Does is job perfectly.So far it’s doing excellent job and we are loving it

I bought this ‘product’ after reading its reviews on Amazon. Turned out to be an unmitigated piece of absolute trash. Stopped working after 10 days while I was grinding curry paste for my weekend sauce. Couldn’t even handle basic tomatoes. Guys, be forewarned, DO NOT BUY this ‘product’. If you have extra cash you’re planning to splurge, I’d suggest you rather donate to a nice, charitable cause. Anyway you can get better stuff at your local markets. Or just use an old-fashioned sill-batta or mortar & pestle.If you’re still unconvinced, rest assured that this Dunderchef piece of junk will be the biggest waste of your money.

Took the item out of the box to use it and believe me, it didn’t work.The body is made of very cheap plastic and might break if pressed hard. The power cable is not more than 0.5m long. After spending over £100, I expected the unit to be well built. The jars were made of steel but the handles were again completely plastic and might break if used roughly.My old prestige mixer grinder lasted for over 15 years and is well built, heavy and made of thick plastic. Overall, definitely a NO from me and wouldn’t advise anyone to buy it. Be prepared to be shocked if you buy it. Would have given a zero star.

Absolutely great .I’m using it since 2 months. I feel so easy and relax to have it . The excellent machine I ever have . I remain very busy so its like I have 24/7 helper in kitchen . Now I can make smoothies , fresh morning juices , dips , chutnies , and Indian curry paste , and herb powerders with almost no efforts. … And it’s easy to clean .. easy to keep in shelves .great quality100% recommend

Apart from some scratches inside chopper all was good must be from product testing one thing for sure was not a used item all of the bases had one yellow dot in bottom possible some manufacturing thing looked like a stain first but all of them had it apart from that only thing I did not like was all 6 jars base were made of plastic & handle design felt cheap was comfy to hold though but mind you grade a plastic was used base & handle should have been metallic no cheap material on this device I really loved full metal build on main unit body & water leakge proofing in the device liquids will not get logged in the motor touch point what’s more I love this juicer can even make smoothies & shakes & healthy vegetable juices out extremely hard vegetables & fruits word of caution do not use much sticky fruits will be hard to remove from plastic jars steel jars will not face same issue & that’s not all the multipurpose jar let’s you make chutneys, jams & store them using a given lid this is entirely worth it’s price would have given 5 stars if jar base was made of metal at least for steel jars that is. & mind you tha packaging was super secure & top notch no damage wear & tear to the box at all was covered by some very hard material from all edges was delivered super securely by prestige no Amazon packaging though although was not entirely missed prestige paked thier appliance pretty well

Look wise it is attractive , but quality of the product is not good. The appliance stopped working after 2 months of purchase. After sales service is not good.

It is just wow product. I’m just looking for good mixer blender n the major reason is to buy this is last month my mixer grinder was stolen from my house… So I’m searching the product then I found this n bought it for my kitchen it is very helpful n amazing. It has powerful motor with no speed limit. The small blender is very good n works very well… I love this. The juicer is also very good. Now I can easily make smoothies, chutney, juice n also make the dry masalas. It is really very good. I just love it. Now I’m feeling better with this.

It goes without saying that a south Indian woman who goes to the office every day needs a mixer grinder. I was having one which has with broken jars. I was looking for immediate replacement which makes my daily grinding work easy. This time I decided to get a superfast grinder. I asked my sister and she advised me to buy wonder chef 1000 watt grinder. I immediately ordered a good grinder at an affordable price. Idli batter is made in minutes. I love the colour & design of this Sumo black mixer grinder. It has 1000 watt strong copper armature motor. It is little noisy like any other mixer grinder. It has 4 different jars for different purposes including one juicer jar, which is sufficient for my kitchen. It has 3 different sets speed. Overall I am satisfied with the quality of this mixer grinder. I find it very easy to clean.

I must say it’s very easy to make smoothies and shakes in it. It doesn’t make much noise and there are 2 jars with it which is handy and easy to clean also. I bought this one year back I.e on 09/01/2022 from Amazon. I am not able to download inv. And warranty slip. One of the jars is not working.(grinder) I guess some issue with rubber or blade.How can I get this replaced.Thanks

The Wonderchef nutri blender is so stylish and compact that it takes very less space in my kitchen. It comes wig two jars, the long one to be used for smoothies, shakes and chutneys and the smaller one to blend any type of dry masalas. The jars are transparent so it is easy to use and looks very attractive. Th e best part of this blender is that you just need to blend it for 30 seconds and your smoothie or sake is ready to drink. I feel its noise level is similar to other blender. A must have for every kitchen.

Having used the Nutriblend which we like very much, we thought the mixer grinder would be good too. However, it’s not been effective. The small jar doesn’t grind completely and neither does the grinder jar work. I then have to pull my old mixie again. The blender works well but as the size is large, most times it’s too big for the quantity that we need

I am writing this review after using this mixie for more than 8months. I will suggest not to buy this machine as a quality is very low the bush given is not stable and keeps moving while using the machine and the jar quality is also very bad.The first jar started leaking after 5 months of use and the second jar lid broke on it own while grinding masala. I called the service center 3 to 4 time, the service guy came after 3 weeks of giving complaint and after regular followup. He came and said the jars will be replaced as I had the warranty For the Machine. He said it will take 2 to 3 days to get the jar. And now it is 2 weeks and i have not got the replacement of jars and no proper response from the service person. I thought it was a Sanjeev Kapoor endorsed brand and it will be good but my money is wasted. And I am very much disappointed.
