The product is not worth of the price.The product finishing is not good, The packaging is very poor. The pulp collector moves away from it’s position, when the jucing process is on. I observed several scratches on the seive and on plastic body. Other jars are looking very ordinary.Overall the product has not met my expectation.

The juicer sieve is made of a number of holes with highly sharpened, curved bales; no one should touch it carelessly. It could cut the fingers. Especially children should keep away during the operations and all times.. The juicer is transparent and NOT stainless steel for the convenience of the consumer to have a clear view of the operations; otherwise the company can make it in stainless steel the choice of all ladies!

The media could not be loaded. Excellent, was my first impression of this cute mixer grinder from Prestige. After unboxing, I start checking the package and the device. The mixer looks great, the jars are shining.I found the cord small, plugged in, powered ON, turn the dial to speed 1, the mixer do not start….I paniced! Is this a faulty device, i start checking the base, no, there is no extra power switch, nothing there except the dial knob. Then, I placed one of the jar, no, the mixer still do not run. Then, after thinking a bit, I pressed the jar from top with power ON & bingo, the mixer runs 🙂 I was so happy. There is no mention in the manual (leaflet) that you need to put the jar and press it down & turn to lock the jar. This will activate power to the motor & make the mixer run. At that moment, I was really very happy with this cute mixer. But, my joy is shortlived :(Few days later, my wife first time use the mixer to make Biryani masala. On first run, the sparkling shine on the jar is gone. The main purpose of this purchase was to show the spices getting grinded, which is now gone on first use only. So, those who are looking to have transparent grinder, think over this point again. Now, I only hope that the visibility state remains same and no more cut off after more uses.The mixer grinds well, so no complain there. But, the material of the jar should have been better. The jars are easily stained by the spices like Mace (Jayatri), Turmeric. Heart breaker it is! May be, immediately after grinding you need to clean the jars to mantain its visibilityPROS:1. I would like to add I used only a sponge to clean it after reading some comments earlier about it thinking that a hard scrubber may have ruined the plastic but that is not the case. It’s a bit disappointing considering it’s Pretige and you expect quality from them. Given the wear and tear of the jars we may need to replace them annually or so..let’s see.

But plz remember after purchase take it to the prestige customer service and tell them to change the washer and screws. I thought my prod was gone but gave it to the service. Now it’s working great. Bought it 2 years back and due to covid had to travel and once we came back home, the machine started leaking and started giving smoke after few minutes of use. Normal big mixers work find but this stops working if you don’t use for a while.While initial usage too it was good nothing great or wow about it

The material used for fixing the jar withthe motor is not plastic, it’s only rubber. This rubber doesn’t last long. Everytime you use, it’s forms a dusty layer on the sides and over the time of use like 10 times, the entire rubber wears off. Then it becomes useless as it doesn’t fit to the motor.

And moreover the motor RPM information is missing, you can get better product than this at same price of other brands having 22000 rpm motor(400w)

The previous one has several issues such as lid fitting, low capacity and performance. Also, the plastic was not good. But this Prestige Orion has sturdy built and high performance. Also, the lids fit properly.The product came fully packed and was delivered on time. Nothing is broken and manual is provided. The product has 3 jars, largest one for blending, second for dry grinding and smallest is chutney jar.All three are fully-functional and whipping option is provided for milk-shake lovers.I would highly recommend this product because of cost-effectivity and high performance as well as build quality.

The product does the job as expected. You might get a burning smell for some time but as per the manual, this is expected. I did see fumes coming from the exhaust opening one day but the mixie continued to work fine after letting it cool down. I will have to check with the customer service on this.Coming to the service, the customer service for this product has been highly satisfactory! I had received a defective piece and was surprised at how easy it was to get in touch with a representative. The executive was prompt, issue was analysed and a replacement was shipped the next day.

I had purchased cookwell bullet mixer grinder with 5 jars , product is good and served the purpose , I am writing this review after using it for 11 months, grinder works well and the base holder developed craks and had issue of water leakage, I connected the customer care addressed issue and shared invoice, they attended the raised complaint and solved the issue imeediately ,courier the base attachment and am satisfied with there service. I find it very helpful in my daily grinding and juicing function.it was very hard for me to make spices powder, but cookwell totally resolved my problem of dry grinding. after one year of use I had an issue of small break through which liquids were seeping, I contacted the customer care and the response was outstanding.They replaced with 2 new blades with in 3 days.The customer service is overwhelming.its easy to use and highly recommended.
Maximum 300-350 rs should be OK to pay for this product. Definitely, not 999 rs. The lid washer is very loose and will not last longer. Otherwise the product serve the purpose. . –

After using this mixer grinder for one month, it got damaged from the bottom side multiple times. I have requested service 3-4 times, but it is still not repaired. Now, leakage from the bottom has also started. Despite multiple requests, the service engineers have not attended to the issue—only delaying and wasting time.
