I thought Pigeon is a good Brand, last month purchased Pigeon Magnetic induction stove. and expected this Mixer to be in same quality.Unfortunately It arrived damaged. Yes, a crack on plastic bottom, big enough to show all internal parts. I saw very low quality blades and blade bushes, very low quality mixer material. with very nice design,Why would anyone buy a substandard product and struggle entire his life ?? Than I went to various degital stores to check mixers.. in offline market same mixers are upto 50% costlier than online. however I checked all mixers quality.I got the root cause of problem, All mixers are manufactured in India, so they are crap no matter which brand you buy, I am sorry to say this,,, I appreciate Idea of “Make In India” ,,, but our makers are fraudsters creating substandard products and charging premium price, what does mixer has expensive jet plane parts.???? A motor and plastic. that also cant be given in a good quality.??I checked Pigeon, Prestige, Bajaj, etc etc etc…..After checking I found 2 brands which are little better than rest.1). Panasonic.2). Murphy Richards.Panasonic is well built, high quality jars, still it is at least 1000% (10 times) low grade compared to original Panasonic of japan, Yes., this also made in India Panasonic.Murphy Richards same case as Panasonic, this also not German made but India made with little thicker plastic and better switches.I ordered Richard Murphy in amazon and waiting its arrival.Manufacturers take advantage of ‘Make in India’ and Make high quality products,. because I can spend little extra and can import foreign goods rather than pay premium for your substandard goods.

We never expected a branded product will stop working within 2 months of purchase. We got to know the tragic scenerio only after we took this to pigeon service centre. As the product number is not matching with Amazon invoice. Hence the service people said they cannot repair under warranty. Whatever they do repair we have to pay.
POOJA –
Good for look & easy cleaning. I purchased a combo of induction & gas. Induction is good, gas is quite unsatisfactory, 1st purchase gas was returned due to burner issue 2nd time I feel like buttons are very tight, can’t turn easily. So not so happy with working, otherwise lookwise product is good.

Got a defective product. Won’t turn on most of the times. Maybe some loose connection. Claiming warranty is a huge task, they could’ve made it easy. Not worth what you pay here. Please do get it from a retail store instead.

Don’t buy this pile of junk . It spews water all over the lid and gets your stove all messed up because it runs down the side on to the burner causing a giant mess . I’ve tried less liquid run on lower heat same problem

I bought this cooker in August 2021. Great quality cooker. Working well but one of the handles broke; the other handle has cracks and is about to break. It is an expensive cooker. A proper handle is vital, given the weight of the empty cooker. With food, it is heavier. Accessories are not available for this brand which is disappointing; we can’t even buy handles for further use. I appreciate the response of pigeon company for this review.

Worst product. Unable to close the lid. Returned the product right away after opening the box.
FIJIAN HANDSOME –
Pressure cookers have always been a little scary, and this one is no different. It comes with a small booklet that gives very little information on how to use the product and has zero recipes or guidance on how to cook with it. Like other reviewers have said, the lid is difficult to get on, but it does go on. I wanted a small pressure cooker because the Insta Pot and the Ninja are heavy and cumbersome to use and clean, and this cooker has its pros, but if you’re not adept at finding information on how to use a pressure cooker, I’d opt for an Insta Pot.

I bought this pressure cooker that came with 3 lids1. Pressure Cooker Lid, that I can close all the way it just will not close all the way I have tried everything. But as a pot with the two other lids it works perfectly. So my point if you buying it to use as a pressure cooker don’t……..,If your buying it to use as a pot by all means yes it is awesome.Thank you

Ghanali L. –
I bought it because of it’s versatility, but it’s not very functional.Issues:1. Size and shape not appropriate for handling.2. The handles could be better, the given handles heat up and also are not comfortable.3. After 3-4 uses, I started facing issue with the pressure cooker lid, steam started to escape and it would pressure cook.4. I’ve had it for an year and barely used it 7-8 times due to the inconvenience.5. The strainer lid is useless because all the water drains of from the lid sides instead of the lid top.6. Takes more time to cook on induction, maybe due to wider base.
Amazon Customer –
The pressure cooker handle did not fit so I returned the product

Really worst product the cap is broken for simple fall from 1 feet, Low quality, leaking Really disappointed. The cap broke from a simple 1-foot fall — shows how cheap the build is. It also started leaking right away. On top of that, it doesn’t even retain heat like a proper flask should. What’s the point of calling it a flask if it can’t keep things hot? Complete waste of money. Avoid this product.
