Being Phillips fan, ( Philips trimmer purchased earlier is working great even after a year of use. I am using it for hair cut ) I ordered this and delivered within a week. I ordered multiple items regularly from amazon earlier but First time I received outer Amazon cartoon damaged. And the reason is outer cartoon is double size of that of Phillips box which leaves lots of empty space in the cartoon which causes damage to the cartoon during transportation.Phillips box is intact. Received all the items unbroken.Quality of material – I have used 2 Phillips food processors earlier in Dubai. Comparatively quality of plastic in this food processor is cheap. ( I didn’t expect that from Phillips at this price range) Sharp edges inside one of the lid. Handle quality of chef jar looks ordinary. Locking of lid is not so smooth.Noise level – Noise level is bit on higher side but bearable considering it’s 750 Watts machine.Power – it’s motor is powerful and 750 Watts are enough to perform most of the operations smoothly.Atta kneading – that’s the main purpose of buying this machine and I think it performs well. Atta kneading took just less than 2 minutes. It works really fast..This is first day review. I will update this review time to time to give you clear idea about this machine.Update 24/08/21 :I found it difficult to remove the additional motor provided for main chef’s jar from base unit. In other model which I have used earlier, this motor was attached to the main jar and it was non removable and also waterproof. So I booked complaint with Philips and they send the technician immediately. After inspection he said that he will replace the motor. But he didn’t have that motor with him so he told that he will bring it later. But then I received a sms from Philips that my complaint is attended and problem is resolved. So I again book a new complaint with Philips. This time technician brings a new motor and replaced it. This motor was also little difficult to remove but better than the first one so we kept it.We are using this food processor regularly and it’s still working good. Jars are still in good condition. ( I thought the atta kneading jar will not lasts longer but I was wrong. It’s still working good.)Wife used juicer jar to extract fruit juice and it works good.So overall a good product.

Very noisy machine. Will try to publish a long-term review. The machine can run without even locking the containers. A bit risky indeed. Plastic quality requires improvement. However, I am not in a position to provide details on the life of the motor and accessories.

Hi I received the Mixer Grinder with rubber rings of one of the Jars missing. We wanted to return the product but found that this item is not available for Exchange. There was no response from either Amazon or Philipps on this one. So we ned up using only two Jars out of the three sent to us.I hope Philips will be more carefull in packing Jars and will put up a dedicated line to address complaints like these.

First and probably most important, thank you Amazon for this high-quality product, prompt delivery, and appropriate packaging.This mixer comes with three stainless steel jars, each with top lids that fit perfectly. The liquid (largest) jar lid is transparent and has a rubber seal. The second mixer jar has a non-transparent lid and no rubber, and it is used for dry items (without rubber also it fits perfectly). Finally, the chutney jar includes a non-transparent plastic lid as well as a rubber gasket.All three jars inside have a two-blade system, and the grinding takes only 15 seconds. Even though we used 4 blade system jars earlier, this 2 blade system is faster.

In less than 2 years, each of the jars stopped working and now none of them work and the seller will not respond via Amazon. You cannot get it repaired or source replacement jars. They have a great design and machine.Cons:- Biggest Con: The cheap and weak plastic parts, especially the ChefPro Jar (2.2 Litres) that cracked within 15 days of purchase!! The handles for all the jars feel cheap, hollow and weak. Not durable at all.- It is noisy – I see some scope for noise controlPros:- Great machine- Leak proof- Two Pin plug brings portabilitySuggestion:- The ChefPro Jar (2.2 Litres) can be made out of steel. Atta kneading is a daily task that it performs in many houses. If this jar is not sturdy enough then what should the customers do?- The handles or the other plastic jars/parts can be made sturdier. I hope Phillips does not like customers to bring cracked/broken parts within 15 days unless Phillips just loves customers’ money.These jars are already expensive. I’ve been using this for 3 months now.The Really bad:The blender jar has a major flaw. If you use it for blending (I have tried lassi, milkshake, smoothies), liquid spills out from the spout when running. I scheduled a warranty service but the technician told me that this jar is only for juicing and the metal jar is for bending. I concluded that it’s a design flaw which Bosch is unwilling to admit. The metal jar can be used for blending, but its small if you’re blending for 3-4 people. This would have been a dealbreaker if I knew this beforehand as I blend a lot.Bad but manageable:1) The metal jar lids are weirdly shaped and lots of liquid gets stuck in it, so you end up wasting a little bit of whatever you’re making. The lids are also much more messy than a regular dome lid and also a little tougher to clean.2) The small cap in the lid for adding things is really loose. You have to be careful when turning the lid upside down or it falls and breaks.3) Food gets stuck in the flow breaker. It’s also not very intuitive to remove and I have a feeling it will be easily broken by the househelp when cleaning.4) Flow breaker and the pounding blade don’t make a noticeable difference to the end result, and I have completely stopped using them.The Good:1) Great looking and has a small footprint2) Noise levels aren’t bad. A 1000 W motor will definitely be louder than a 400 W one (typical home mixie wattage) but even then it’s not super loud and is very manageable.3) Very, very powerful. Pulverises anything you throw at it instantly.

I though brand name being Bosch it will be very strong but within 1 month jug handle is loose, 1 of the 4 suction leg has come off making the blender becoming very unstable when blending. I am quite disappointed with the product. Not to say that it comes with an Indian Plug and not EU or UK plug.

Service company manager MRINAL DEB, wants me to pay Rs 350 for repair (they could not even repair, yet quoted the price). New costs almost the same. Got the product and it’s not working. I have the same model mixer previously, since it became old bought a new one. Got a defective product. Tried all the self help and technical helps. Seems the motor is defective.I got to know today that electronics products like these (mixer grinder) are not replaced by Amazon, it will be done by Philips service centre. It’s supposed to be written in the terms and condition section which I did not read while buying ( who does such details). Now it will be a nightmare to get service center guy come home and take the product or replace it or repair it.It would be much better to go to a near buy store and buy Philips products than buying in Amazon. As replacement of defective product Amazon is not responsible. I was not aware else would have never brought the product from Amazon site. Good Learning.Purpose to buy from Amazon was to be hassle free if there are delivery issues, now a defective product is customers responsibility to deal with manufacturer and get things sorted. So sweetly the Amazon service centre guy explained me. I got the Philips HL7756/01 Mixer Grinder recently, and it works really well. The anti-skid feet keep it stable, and it runs smoothly on all speeds. Noise is minimal, which is a big plus.Drawbacks:Chutney jar is a bit small (300 ml); 450 ml would be better.No power indicator.Wire length is short (1.2 m); 1.5 m would be more convenient.Only 2-pin plug; 3-pin preferred for safety.Overall, I’m happy with its performance for daily use, despite these minor drawbacks.

Performance wise It’s a good product and do the job in seconds – each jar complete it’s operation to the best level within 30 sec maxCost wise considering the size it could be little less say within 2000 as I got it at 2599Noise wise it’s little disappointing as noise level is really too high but with the time it will be habitualShine is too much hence there r chance of scratches if do not care during cleaning and then it will look bad so need to take care.Overall it’s good but much noisy and little costly else a good to buy it can manage both

Very bad, do not expect this from Philips. The motor make a very bad diesel engine like sound it’s very bad, the plastics used are very clumsy and alot of handles jars are already broken within 2 months of use. Wouldn’t suggest anyone to use this product

Really Happy with quality of this mixer , it grinds and mix everything nicely and do not even make too much noise , it works really fast and smooth. All the jar comes with good quality and lid fits tightly. Even cleaning js simple doesnt take much time . The weithy is also light its not too heavy so easy to use , Overall a good mixer for regular use. Worth buying as its design looks nice in the kitchen.

This 750w turbo motor gives strong performance for kitchen tasks like wet grinding, masala pastes, chutneys etc, it comes with 3 jars of different sizes, one for grinding, one for chutneys and big one for shakes. It comes with 5yr warranty on motor. Its grinding power is so strong that it can grind hard things as well. Good product with compact design.

The media could not be loaded. I am happy with this Philips mixer grinder. The 750W motor is strong and works well for daily grinding. It has three stainless steel jars of good quality and each jar has two blades. The speed control and pulse function work fine. The jars are leak-proof which makes grinding easy. It makes a little noise, but that is normal for a powerful motor. Cleaning the jars is easy. The quality of the mixer grinder including body feels strong and durable. Overall, it is a good mixer grinder for regular home use and worth buying.

Mixer has good motor and powerful mixing with 3 jar options. I used it for 2 days and it works fine. Make sure you lock jars in machine before using and then carefully unlock. It works for me while I make smoothi or milk shake. Chutney bowl is also good it comes with sharp blades. It’s budget friendly option with good brand name.
