The only reason I got this is because we had maharaja earlier which worked for almost 7 years without any issues! Purchased this product in jan and it worked fine just for 2 weeks.. the jar lid is very lose fit and whenever we try to grind anything everything flies off! The plastic in the mixer and jar is very poor quality and it is already starting to weed out in just one month of using it! Have raised complaint with maharaja twice as it is on warranty but it is of no use as they are not ready to replace the defective jars (saying no stock available) and not even repairing the defective ones properly!!! I’m regretting after purchasing this product.. kindly stay away from such cheap stuff and go for a good quality one instead! I’m highly frustrated for wasting money on this one!

motor performance is good .but it has issues …it is very noisy and vibration is so much that it skid on surface and sticky rubber are unable to prevent its movement on surface ..you have to hold it with your hand ,,,secondly lid cover are not up to the mark they got loose and flew way from the jar when you in operation and your material come out ..the jar lid has very poor quality and cant hold it ….this is the serious issue and mix y skid on surface too while you are in running condition

First order didn’t grind. When the second order arrived, I realised there were parts missing in the first order. The juicer still doesn’t work due to bad fittings. Pulp spills out of the juicer net. Chutney grinder jar’s blade nut broke after only few uses. The medium jar also burnt after few uses.

I bought Maharaja grinder recently. The worst part of the machine is its design. The chutney jar is very small and it is useless except for ginger and garlic. We cannot grind coconut. If we use the next big jar the coconut gets rolled in to a ball.I urge customer to avoid this kind of product either one line or from the local market.

I didn’t expect such poor service from a brand like Maharaja Whiteline. This JMG is made of very cheap and flimsy material. Instead of a return option, there’s only a replacement option; you can’t return it if it malfunctions within 10 days, they’ll only replace it with another one. This means once you’ve paid, you’re stuck with this substandard product. I can’t understand why people are giving it 4 and 5-star ratings.

The only reason I got this is because we had maharaja earlier which worked for almost 7 years without any issues! Purchased this product in jan and it worked fine just for 2 weeks.. the jar lid is very lose fit and whenever we try to grind anything everything flies off! The plastic in the mixer and jar is very poor quality and it is already starting to weed out in just one month of using it! Have raised complaint with maharaja twice as it is on warranty but it is of no use as they are not ready to replace the defective jars (saying no stock available) and not even repairing the defective ones properly!!! I’m regretting after purchasing this product.. kindly stay away from such cheap stuff and go for a good quality one instead! I’m highly frustrated for wasting money on this one!

motor performance is good .but it has issues …it is very noisy and vibration is so much that it skid on surface and sticky rubber are unable to prevent its movement on surface ..you have to hold it with your hand ,,,secondly lid cover are not up to the mark they got loose and flew way from the jar when you in operation and your material come out ..the jar lid has very poor quality and cant hold it ….this is the serious issue and mix y skid on surface too while you are in running condition

First order didn’t grind. When the second order arrived, I realised there were parts missing in the first order. The juicer still doesn’t work due to bad fittings. Pulp spills out of the juicer net. Chutney grinder jar’s blade nut broke after only few uses. The medium jar also burnt after few uses.

I bought Maharaja grinder recently. The worst part of the machine is its design. The chutney jar is very small and it is useless except for ginger and garlic. We cannot grind coconut. If we use the next big jar the coconut gets rolled in to a ball.I urge customer to avoid this kind of product either one line or from the local market.

I’ve been using this mixer for a few weeks now, and it works amazingly well. The 500W motor is powerful enough for grinding masalas, chutneys, and even tough ingredients easily. The design is sleek and the blue color looks very nice in my kitchen. All three jars are sturdy and easy to clean. It makes less noise compared to other brands I’ve used before. Overall, a great product for daily use at a very reasonable price. Totally satisfied with the purchase! 👌

I didn’t expect such poor service from a brand like Maharaja Whiteline. This JMG is made of very cheap and flimsy material. Instead of a return option, there’s only a replacement option; you can’t return it if it malfunctions within 10 days, they’ll only replace it with another one. This means once you’ve paid, you’re stuck with this substandard product. I can’t understand why people are giving it 4 and 5-star ratings.

After using this product for more than 6 months have come to the conclusion that both the jars are substandard.1. The blade of the bigger jar is jammed after using sparingly for 3 months (photo attached) and hence the jar is unusable2. The blade of the smaller jar broke today (photo attached).
