Being Phillips fan, ( Philips trimmer purchased earlier is working great even after a year of use. I am using it for hair cut ) I ordered this and delivered within a week. I ordered multiple items regularly from amazon earlier but First time I received outer Amazon cartoon damaged. And the reason is outer cartoon is double size of that of Phillips box which leaves lots of empty space in the cartoon which causes damage to the cartoon during transportation.Phillips box is intact. Received all the items unbroken.Quality of material – I have used 2 Phillips food processors earlier in Dubai. Comparatively quality of plastic in this food processor is cheap. ( I didn’t expect that from Phillips at this price range) Sharp edges inside one of the lid. Handle quality of chef jar looks ordinary. Locking of lid is not so smooth.Noise level – Noise level is bit on higher side but bearable considering it’s 750 Watts machine.Power – it’s motor is powerful and 750 Watts are enough to perform most of the operations smoothly.Atta kneading – that’s the main purpose of buying this machine and I think it performs well. Atta kneading took just less than 2 minutes. It works really fast.. This is first day review. I will update this review time to time to give you clear idea about this machine.Update 24/08/21 :I found it difficult to remove the additional motor provided for main chef’s jar from base unit. In other model which I have used earlier, this motor was attached to the main jar and it was non removable and also waterproof. But in this model we cannot wash that motor part and it’s really very difficult to remove from base unit.Phillips should consider this point and provide additional small handle type part to the motor with which it will be easy to rotate that motor easily. Or some lock should be provided to the motor and main jarEdit 07 March 23 : -almost after 2 years.Earlier I talked about problem in removing additional motor provided for main chef’s jar. So I booked complaint with Philips and they send the technician immediately. After inspection he said that he will replace the motor. But he didn’t have that motor with him so he told that he will bring it later. But then I received a sms from Philips that my complaint is attended and problem is resolved. So I again book a new complaint with Philips. This time technician brings a new motor and replaced it. This motor was also little difficult to remove but better than the first one so we kept it.We are using this food processor regularly and it’s still working good. Jars are still in good condition. ( I thought the atta kneading jar will not lasts longer but I was wrong. It’s still working good.)Wife used juicer jar to extract fruit juice and it works good.So overall a good product.

Mixer grinder is copper wiring, but motor is smallest for a grinder, although Reasonable for 1500/-. Jars are of cheap quality (electric workshop uncle told,don’t buy these chinease products) , very thin body and botton is plastic and washer under the blades are made of plastic. While operating for contineous 2-3 minutes, it will get heated up and the plastic washer will stick like a mould, and jar will be jammed. I just replaced bottom of jars with metal bottom,(2 month light use) and paid 180 for a jar, the white one is original plastic bottom, black one, I replaced.I am a person trying genuinely write reviews to bring up good quality products. Don’t buy mixer grinders with plastic bottom. (You can see burner portion in grinder also-see pic)This one can be used for juicing pupose or making chutney. Not best for batter or for moderate duty purposes.It’s a actually can be used as a nutri blend, if you can buy a quality juicer jar. That’s it.

I’m a bachelor so I thought of buying a mixer grinder for less usage and pocket friendly. But trust me guys this product amazed me.Pros* The style and look is amazing* definitely pocket friendly* light weight* stable rubber suckers in the bottom so didn’t move in between the use.* All three jars are light weight and the lid fix properlyCons* It is noisy but compared to my old mixie it is tolerable* it have no rubber in the lid, but the lid fit perfectly.If you are a bachelor and have no continuous usage then no doubt go for it. Very good product

That was very difficult to contact them. This company’s staff’s behaviour also was very poor. She was not helpful. I was harrased after buying this product. It is very good and quick to cut veggies. It makes good powder of nuts, jeera, dhaniya or other spices.But, it cannot make coconut chutney. It always leaves many pieces of coconut(almost 1/5th the quantity you put) and never crushes them even after running it for a long time. I tried it with both the jars and same result.The jar sizes are too small too. None of them would fit a whole coconut. If you are making chutney for 2 to 3 days, its not possible with these jars.

As per service centre guys, a 750 watts mixer would inevitably be a noisy one. But still the noise is un barable. Juicer mechanism also sucks. It doesn’t work like how a juicer should. The chutney jaar also takes longer time to create a perfect paste. I would not at all reccomend this product. Please stay aaay from misleading ads/videos of this product. I want a replacement/return straight away but i can not get one as there are no manufacturing defects, doesn’t matter if the product itself is manufactured defective. I’ve used many appliances from phillips & have never been this much disappointed ever. Please do not buy this product.Thank you. 🙏

Very nice product i have ever bought from amazon.The jars i received makes my work very easy in slicing and grinding, best brand and best product.But, last month my juicer broken because i accidentally slipped it from my hand and the outer plastic got broken. I searched for the exact replacement for the outer material couldn’t find it anywhere and thought if any repair or exchange is provided for the buyer i would have been so happy.

Yes it arrived broken but is going to be replaced. Still I got to have a look at the contents, here are the details:-1. There are 2 steel jars with 6 blades and another 2 plastic jars for fruit mix and juices.2. The quality of steel used and plastic is good and the build quality is good. Well planned.Tip: don’t use the fruit jars to grind dry spices because scratches can occur in the plastic jars.3. There are alot of lids . All plastic though good engineering. The lids for steel jars is good with rubber to keep the contents from spilling. Holds the cap in place very well. Other 3 caps are given; one with the blades that fits into both plastic jars ; one with no holes that also fits in both plastic jars and another that has holes in it that fits into both the plastic jars.Didn’t understand it’s use case though.4. The motor is 500w and pretty strong and It was written by the manufacturer that the smell of copper burning would be noticed because it’s varnish would melt though I didn’t get to try the motor because the product was damaged.5. Appearance was good as well . If it’s put in your kitchen then it increases the kitchen vibe you get . I really like the design but they could have used a better plastic for the body . The one I got(which was damaged) was damaged pretty easily. I saw the small pieces of plastic coming off of it .6. Warrenty : Recommended to buy this one but the seller should also list the things covered in the warrenty. They don’t have anything about that written but I hope they do list it. It just puts off some weights off our shoulders.Overall a good package if you want a mixer grinder for Rs. 1399 . (Currently as far as I know it’s the cheapest and best one you can get at this price)

Being Phillips fan, ( Philips trimmer purchased earlier is working great even after a year of use. I am using it for hair cut ) I ordered this and delivered within a week. I ordered multiple items regularly from amazon earlier but First time I received outer Amazon cartoon damaged. And the reason is outer cartoon is double size of that of Phillips box which leaves lots of empty space in the cartoon which causes damage to the cartoon during transportation.Phillips box is intact. Received all the items unbroken.Quality of material – I have used 2 Phillips food processors earlier in Dubai. Comparatively quality of plastic in this food processor is cheap. ( I didn’t expect that from Phillips at this price range) Sharp edges inside one of the lid. Handle quality of chef jar looks ordinary. Locking of lid is not so smooth.Noise level – Noise level is bit on higher side but bearable considering it’s 750 Watts machine.Power – it’s motor is powerful and 750 Watts are enough to perform most of the operations smoothly.Atta kneading – that’s the main purpose of buying this machine and I think it performs well. Atta kneading took just less than 2 minutes. It works really fast.. This is first day review. I will update this review time to time to give you clear idea about this machine.Update 24/08/21 :I found it difficult to remove the additional motor provided for main chef’s jar from base unit. In other model which I have used earlier, this motor was attached to the main jar and it was non removable and also waterproof. But in this model we cannot wash that motor part and it’s really very difficult to remove from base unit.Phillips should consider this point and provide additional small handle type part to the motor with which it will be easy to rotate that motor easily. Or some lock should be provided to the motor and main jarEdit 07 March 23 : -almost after 2 years.Earlier I talked about problem in removing additional motor provided for main chef’s jar. So I booked complaint with Philips and they send the technician immediately. After inspection he said that he will replace the motor. But he didn’t have that motor with him so he told that he will bring it later. But then I received a sms from Philips that my complaint is attended and problem is resolved. So I again book a new complaint with Philips. This time technician brings a new motor and replaced it. This motor was also little difficult to remove but better than the first one so we kept it.We are using this food processor regularly and it’s still working good. Jars are still in good condition. ( I thought the atta kneading jar will not lasts longer but I was wrong. It’s still working good.)Wife used juicer jar to extract fruit juice and it works good.So overall a good product.

So hardly 5 tines I used and not more than 5 mins each time.It took me 2 weeks to get to the support.1 Website on sale…another website under construction..toll free number no longer exist.. email bounces.Amazon customer service helped to get the right number.When I call.. the lady talked to me in Hindi. Though I pressed 1 for English. And she was extremely rude and showing. So I started to shout and mimick her accent back to her.. I have recorded the conversation. I could even use it against the customer service personnel.. Which can project on the company itself…She need to be educated on :THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 2019NO. 35 OF 2019She ask me to send the bill copy and video of the product on her watsapp…!!!!Atrocious.. Mixer grinder is copper wiring, but motor is smallest for a grinder, although Reasonable for 1500/-. Jars are of cheap quality (electric workshop uncle told,don’t buy these chinease products) , very thin body and botton is plastic and washer under the blades are made of plastic. While operating for contineous 2-3 minutes, it will get heated up and the plastic washer will stick like a mould, and jar will be jammed. I just replaced bottom of jars with metal bottom,(2 month light use) and paid 180 for a jar, the white one is original plastic bottom, black one, I replaced.I am a person trying genuinely write reviews to bring up good quality products. Don’t buy mixer grinders with plastic bottom. (You can see burner portion in grinder also-see pic)This one can be used for juicing pupose or making chutney. Not best for batter or for moderate duty purposes.It’s a actually can be used as a nutri blend, if you can buy a quality juicer jar. That’s it.

I’m a bachelor so I thought of buying a mixer grinder for less usage and pocket friendly. But trust me guys this product amazed me.Pros* The style and look is amazing* definitely pocket friendly* light weight* stable rubber suckers in the bottom so didn’t move in between the use.* All three jars are light weight and the lid fix properlyCons* It is noisy but compared to my old mixie it is tolerable* it have no rubber in the lid, but the lid fit perfectly.If you are a bachelor and have no continuous usage then no doubt go for it. Very good product

3rd class product. This longway mixer grinder was defeated. After using one month it was damaged. After that my experience about contacting with longway company was very bad. That was very difficult to contact them. This company’s staff’s behaviour also was very poor. She was not helpful. I was harrased after buying this product. So if you don’t want to waste your money pls don’t purchase it. Most most most bad company and most most most bad product.😤😤

It is very good and quick to cut veggies. It makes good powder of nuts, jeera, dhaniya or other spices.But, it cannot make coconut chutney. It always leaves many pieces of coconut(almost 1/5th the quantity you put) and never crushes them even after running it for a long time. I tried it with both the jars and same result.The jar sizes are too small too. None of them would fit a whole coconut. If you are making chutney for 2 to 3 days, its not possible with these jars.

As per service centre guys, a 750 watts mixer would inevitably be a noisy one. But still the noise is un barable. Juicer mechanism also sucks. It doesn’t work like how a juicer should. The chutney jaar also takes longer time to create a perfect paste. I would not at all reccomend this product. Please stay aaay from misleading ads/videos of this product. I want a replacement/return straight away but i can not get one as there are no manufacturing defects, doesn’t matter if the product itself is manufactured defective. I’ve used many appliances from phillips & have never been this much disappointed ever. Please do not buy this product.Thank you. 🙏

I have been using this mixer for almost two years. Very nice product i have ever bought from amazon.The jars i received makes my work very easy in slicing and grinding, best brand and best product.But, last month my juicer broken because i accidentally slipped it from my hand and the outer plastic got broken. I searched for the exact replacement for the outer material couldn’t find it anywhere and thought if any repair or exchange is provided for the buyer i would have been so happy.

Yes it arrived broken but is going to be replaced. Still I got to have a look at the contents, here are the details:-1. There are 2 steel jars with 6 blades and another 2 plastic jars for fruit mix and juices.2. The quality of steel used and plastic is good and the build quality is good. Well planned.Tip: don’t use the fruit jars to grind dry spices because scratches can occur in the plastic jars.3. There are alot of lids . All plastic though good engineering. The lids for steel jars is good with rubber to keep the contents from spilling. Holds the cap in place very well. Other 3 caps are given; one with the blades that fits into both plastic jars ; one with no holes that also fits in both plastic jars and another that has holes in it that fits into both the plastic jars.Didn’t understand it’s use case though.4. The motor is 500w and pretty strong and It was written by the manufacturer that the smell of copper burning would be noticed because it’s varnish would melt though I didn’t get to try the motor because the product was damaged.5. Appearance was good as well . If it’s put in your kitchen then it increases the kitchen vibe you get . I really like the design but they could have used a better plastic for the body . The one I got(which was damaged) was damaged pretty easily. I saw the small pieces of plastic coming off of it .6. Warrenty : Recommended to buy this one but the seller should also list the things covered in the warrenty. They don’t have anything about that written but I hope they do list it. It just puts off some weights off our shoulders.Overall a good package if you want a mixer grinder for Rs. 1399 . (Currently as far as I know it’s the cheapest and best one you can get at this price)
