Product is good as it’s price. The 3 jar that was given with the grinder is of good quality but the lid is not fitting perfectly with the jar. It is very loose, so i have to press it down while grinding otherwise it will burst outside. It happened a few times though.So if you are buying, consider this and while grinding, press on the lid and stay like that untill it’s over. Well in 1k price you can’t be so pessimistic. On the bright side it is a universal grinder, most of the grinder jar will fit on it perfectly.

In wet blender a flow-breaker is providedSoundSound is high, but that is to be expected in a powerful 1000 watt machine.Do’s & Don’tI feel if we follow certain guidelines we can best out of the product1. Do not overload2. Do not use for more than a minute without giving a little rest.3. When turning the speed knobs – don’t turn all at once from 0 to max. You will see that it works better if you turn knobs slowly, staying at each speed for a few seconds. Actually for most things low to medium speed is enough. The machine is really powerful.4. When grinding large amount of ingredients the jar can heat up ( not the machine) so give a little rest in between.5. For wet grinding – use cold water to grind – that way the jar will never heat up.6. DO NOT grind hot ingredients. Many people have complained about the rubber gaskets melting – that can only have happened if hot food are being blended or ground. Bring food to room temp and then grind.7. Wash the jar, gasket, jars immediately using a sponge and liquid detergent so that the shine of the jar remains intact.8. Always remove and wash the gasket to avoid unhygienic conditions as food can get under the gaskets.9. In the wet blender remove the flow breaker by sliding it off and wash it separately as food particles can get stuck behind it.10. To remove fine particles when dry grinding don’t use a spoon to avoid scratches to the jar. You can use your hand and a brush ( used for this purpose only).11. This is an expensive piece of equipment – In my house only I & my husband use it. We do not allow children or household help/cooks to use it. This way the machine will not be misused.12. If you mixer does not work – please check the overload protector button on the underside of the machine. Remove some of the ingredients and try again.13. Take care while handling jar lids and lid tops – Although they appear quite well made, I cannot say if they will break when dropped.Pros1. The machine is very powerful and delivers what it promises2. A couple of extra lid clasps should be provided – one of my lid clasps was loose, it is working fine at the moment, but as a backup company should provide these.4. As the jars are pretty large, for smaller amount of products it is a little difficult. I wish the smallest chutney jar was usable for both dry & wet grinding rather than only wet.5. The jars do have screws heads on the inner side – but this is not a big deal – and can be cleaned quite easily.

Product suddenly stopped working in one month. Not at all recommended. Customer service is also vey bad. They don’t provide free home service for this product. If the service centre is far like mine was , you have to spend more money to get it fixed. Please go for a different brand.Within one use the bottom plastic thing broke and that does not come in warranty so I had to pay for that also. What low quality product this is ? Recently I used it to make smoothie and the washer got Tangled so badly with the blade, I’m unable to remove it. Needs technical support from Inalsa team.Edit – After confirming with Inalsa, warranty period mentioned on the product is only associated with the motor of the machine. For the jars or coupler it’s only 6 months warranty, after that for any kind of replacement or repair charges are to be paid. Noise level is fine since you don’t have to run it for long time. It has been 2 weeks I am using it. Jar quality is good and available in multiple sizes. You need European connector to use here. I’ve been using this for 3 months now.The Really bad:The blender jar has a major flaw. If you use it for blending (I have tried lassi, milkshake, smoothies), liquid spills out from the spout when running. I scheduled a warranty service but the technician told me that this jar is only for juicing and the metal jar is for bending. I concluded that it’s a design flaw which Bosch is unwilling to admit. The metal jar can be used for blending, but its small if you’re blending for 3-4 people. This would have been a dealbreaker if I knew this beforehand as I blend a lot.Bad but manageable:1) The metal jar lids are weirdly shaped and lots of liquid gets stuck in it, so you end up wasting a little bit of whatever you’re making. The lids are also much more messy than a regular dome lid and also a little tougher to clean.2) The small cap in the lid for adding things is really loose. You have to be careful when turning the lid upside down or it falls and breaks.3) Food gets stuck in the flow breaker. It’s also not very intuitive to remove and I have a feeling it will be easily broken by the househelp when cleaning.4) Flow breaker and the pounding blade don’t make a noticeable difference to the end result, and I have completely stopped using them.The Good:1) Great looking and has a small footprint2) Noise levels aren’t bad. A 1000 W motor will definitely be louder than a 400 W one (typical home mixie wattage) but even then it’s not super loud and is very manageable.3) Very, very powerful. Pulverises anything you throw at it instantly.

The Grinder Machine is Ok.The jar lids are not spill proof. Liquids spill out of the jars even when tightly closed and held tightly by hand pressure.The wet jar size is bigger than standard. Does not grind fully. Leaves small solid pieces even if you grind for a minute. Blade is not sharp enough or different kind of blade is required. e.g. Small pieces of Cucumber did not grind completely.The Dry Jar is much Smaller than Standard. Works well.Chutney jar is smaller than standard.Content spills out even when it is tightly held by hand pressure.Ok for the price. No after sales service. They are using a Whatsapp bot application for customer service which is designed to frustrate the customer and not provide the service.Cannot make Idli/Dosa batter.If buying this mixer also buy a good Universal stainless steel 1.2 liter jar with good quality blades offline. Can get for ₹350/- to ₹450/-.Also get a good Chutney Jar from the offline market with spill proof lid.This will complement the mixer to make Idli/Dosa Batter and Chutneys without spillage.

I had one of the worst experiences with this Lifelong mixer. I bought it from Amazon with the expectation that it would at least last for a decent period, but within just **one month of use**, the speed control button stopped working completely. A mixer is supposed to make life easier in the kitchen, but this product has only caused frustration and disappointment.To make things worse , neither we can claim a refund nor a replacement since i bought online from amazon. I am left stuck with a faulty product and zero support from the brand. This shows the poor quality and lack of reliability of the Lifelong brand.I would strongly advise others **not to waste money on this mixer**, as both the product quality and after-sales service are extremely disappointing.cant rate zero hence 1 rating
