I ordered it for my house help, she used a sil batta for grinding foods, now she uses this for her cooking needs. I got it for ₹2200. It seems its worth it.

The media could not be loaded. I was replace first time because small 0.3 L jar not fix in to mixture in second time delived mixture grinder 1 L jar was leakage and gasket of one of the bullet jar like paper

Build quality of handles, jar lids are very week and should be handling them with care. But other purpose. Like grinding is good.

Working good so far since 3 months

Writing this review after months of use. The biggest issue this mixer has its very cheap quality of jar lids. There have been at least three accidents while using the smallest jar (chutney jar) because as soon as you start the mixie, the food has gone flying out. Twice, the food was slightly hot and once a chutney- both dangerous if they get into your eye; there was already a burn that one of us got. No matter how much you press down the lid, it still opens and can cause such accidents. If you have a 800W motor, you need to have jars and jar lids which can be locked and without the fear of food flying out. What you have here instead are very cheap and flimsy jar lids with loose rubber gaskets that really don’t do the job. Do not recommend this.

I am using it for past 20 days. It is working good but the quality of material used could be better. Life span may be less, those who looking out for low budget mixer grinder this is good option

There are many options for a mixer grinder these days, as compared to some 5 years ago.My parameters for purchase were:1. Juicer jar (overall 4 jars)2. Higher wattage motor (for quick work)3. Taller and thinner structure for the base than an extended one (to save space on the counter-top)4. Four fin blades in jars5. Ample sized chutney jar6. Good quality of the materialThis mixer grinder satisfied most of these requirements, except it had a 2 fin blade in chutney jar which is a small jar (400 ml) but it is tolerable.

The media could not be loaded.  This carrot was finely minced in less than 5 seconds. Just 2 short pulses.Yes, the grinder is a bit loud, but I don’t care as long as it is performing so well.Pls note that one of the lids was damaged during the 1st delivery.So, I got the machine and all the accessories replaced immediately. Replacement was quick. This piece is working like a charm.

Good performance

The media could not be loaded.  I brought this product sometime back brought in the year of September 2022, and now started using it after three months of the purchase within the six months of the usage. The product got failed means while running or while using the mixer, the product got burnt, the machine got burnt and there was a shot, inside the mixer, and this is not the first time after the first service from the Customer Care again after approximately five months again, the product got burnt, hence, I suggest not to buy this product

The product seems to work fine. Did not experience any burning, sparks and smoke issue like some have mentioned. A small issue I experienced was the knob to operate the mixer has been made purely with aesthetics in mind and not functionality. It looks good and shiny but has no grip at all. If you hand is wet while handling as it is generally while cooking it is difficult to turn the knob, especially for the pulse function. Will update for any other issue.

Don’t purchase this product coz after some days you are going to regret on your decision. This one I purchase few month’s back and it suddenly stop working. One of the worst product by usha.

Used for a week so far. Looks beautiful, jars are sturdy and big, easy to clean. Lid lock is good, No leakage. Ergonomic to use.
