Mixie look is elegant and stylish with Lighting around the Centre Knob, making it look even cool during its operation.2. The Quality of the Stainless Steel Jar was awesome. Total 4 Jars. 3 Jars are highly beneficial. Juicer Jar is worth mentioning.3. For people of two, can even prepare Dosa/Idly Batter with these Jars. Power of 750 Watt, its highly efficient in its grinding operation.4. Amazon Delivery was awesome.CONS:1. No extra packing apart from the original butterfly cardboard.2.Since paid one day instant delivery, the product was received by a dedicated delivery man, else additional packing should be done by Amazon.

In my experience about this product I really recommend you buy this because it will give you a better experience for grinding.• It is on your budget and mixer look is elegant and stylish.• Really it is smooth to use and a good thing about the mixer is it doesn’t make a loud sound.• I am really impressed by the product.• Amazon delivery was awesome.

The performance was better when the product was bought. But when it came to 6 months, the features were really messing up. The sound the say is very less but but from the beginning onwards the sound is very annoying. The quality of the mixer grinder is perfectly good, but the performance is not so satisfying.Coming to the speed, in level one there’s a sound like whistling which is so irritating. But the speed of motor is fine and grind things a little bit faster. Material and look is very good but, if the performance also just increases , this can be a better one.But the price is a little higher while comparing with the performance. At last the main defect is just sound and the price and nothing other seems to be a serious issue.

This model is facing a serious manufacturing design flaws….!.1) All of it jars are leaking from upside jar lid….. ( in middle of every jar lid there is a opening to see inside the jar…. This opening is closed by a plastic nest shape lid which does not have any rubber grip around it…. So it is very loose… When we try to use the jar…. Every thing inside the jar will leak through the side of this middle opening lid and spill all over the place……… It’s really a messy situation)2) In case Juice jar….. If we use juice jar without the middle extractor net….. Then the juice will spill all over the place through the bird beak shape drip opening of the juicer jar (opening used to pure juice in glass) and also the upper middle nest shape jar opening lid)3) Blades are not sharp enough.4) only….. small dry grinding jar does not face any problems……. while using it…….!.4) All the jar quality is good (thick and heavy) but the only problem is with its closing lids and blades are not that sharp………. It’s a manufacturing design flaw…… You can’t do nothing…..!. Because of this using………… this jars gives you a messy cleaning…..!.(it will definitely spill all over the places)And beware before buying with “Brandes Brothers ” seller…… Because they send me a used mixer grinder(with lot of scratches all over the places) and also without user’s manual and warranty card…..!.Note : Because of all this issues I return the product to Amazon…. They refunded my money fully…… including the return shipping charges.

In three months, the motor has burnt, a burning smell comes from the mixer everytime it is used, and even with very light load, it automatically switches off and has to be reset every few seconds. The procedure to claim warranty is very complicated, and the online complaint mechanism does not register a complaint – it gives an error. Disappointed with both Amazon and Butterfly. Better to visit a store and buy to avoid such hassles.Update: The online complaint form does not work – it gives an error. Gave up after trying for 1 week. The customer care numbers also do not work. Called the local service centre (number on website). The service center informed that first complaint has to be registered with Butterfly and gave me alternate number. Was able to speak to call center after 3 attempts. After taking all details call center informed their system is not working and asked to call after 10 minutes. I demanded to escalate the issue. Then miraculously the system worked. Complaint is registered, and I am told the technician will visit to examine in 3-4 working days.Regret buying this product, regret using amazon.Amazon: your standards are falling. This is the second product in 6 months that has given serious issue. Please take note, else people will stop using amazon. There are other better alternatives.

I’m writing review after using product approx 12months. Initially the mixie was good & handled load nicely for idly/dosa batter making. My wife was happy & positive. But now the motor seems not long durable & not able to handle the even normal loads like batter making. Get electrical burning smell & motor overloads very frequently & need to reset the switch every 1-2mins. My wife gets frustrated if she has to make idly/dosa batter. Not sure internal motor specifications as per description 750watts? If its really 750 watts then the typical house needs shall handle the loads smoothly. Now i need to chase the warranty team to replace the motor. Not sure how smooth this process going to be? Will keep you posted on warranty support outcome.

I’m very disappointed with butterfly company for ordering this bcz the delivered grinder is not working as expected, all the four jars were not sharpened. Very negligence while deliveeing the products. Now I need to reach the service centers for the servicing them, very sad and I pity on this product and I recommend not to buy this here onwards.

I Personally using it after I purchased from Amazon. I liked more butterfly mixer as compared to earlier another brand. Grinder I first time used but it so nicely grinding and fluffy your idli or dosa batter.

Please don’t purchase this product after a few months ago I purchased but suddenly stop working if u have any options to check how to return or replace kindly do it.Otherwise this is not worth for purchase

I am using this for the last 4 months, from my experience I can Say don’t buy if you are a frequent user of dry ingredients grinding, need more power. Little quantity grinding with adequate break is possible. Juicer is really hard to use, all particle will stuck inside and juice will not come out.Small Top opening of cap will not sit properly, even jar caps have not proper closing. Blade of the wet ingredient grinder is always loose even after tighting.All that can say, OK to use but not a better option to make our Indian kitchen mixing or grinding works easy.

This is regarding the amazon order for Prestige Mixer. We had initially raise a concern that the internal alignment of motor in the mixer was not in place and completely out dislocated. But as per sellers instructions, we used it the way it was. Secondly, the juicer jar which was sent along with the mixer – when we first used it according to the instructions- it entirely broke from down though it wasn’t overloaded. We then too let it go. Thirdly, when using the mixer yesterday, the regulator switch is dislocated and not functioning.These are the repeated issues we have faced and feels like damaged or rejected product has been sent over to us. Now this product is of no use to us and we need to purchase another mixer and spend additional.

I suggest not to purchas this product waste of money it shows 750w but it will automatically stops in middle. Sound is very irritating earlier I got an update it will reduce after few days but we are using since 4 months no progress till now. My mom is scolding like anything with this product. My old 500w mixer grinder is much better than this.

Juicer jar not good

Good product and good looking. It is not 650 watts as mentioned in the product description but only 550 watts. However works well. No issues so far but have used it only for a couple of weeks

Hi,Kindly note that we have made this purchase on 3rd March 2024. We are getting a crack on the body of the mixer grinder. That crack is building up day by day. We are wondering how butterfly can have a poor quality product. Kindly look into this and advice a way forward.ThanksJane

Normal grinding is ok but if you are looking for juicer as main requirement, this is not recommended product. Simply waste of purchasing (juicer jar).

Negligency in packaging and quality hampered. I recieved the item in a state shown in the picture. The bottom cover was open and loose, hanging. All screws were scattered across the packet. I myself set the screws and it was ok then.

I bought the Butterfly Mixer after a friend’s suggestion, and I must say it’s worth every rupee. It’s durable, easy to use, and perfect for everyday cooking needs.

Posting this review after using it for 6 months. It’s cost effective but don’t expect it to be powerful like Preethi mixer grinder. Using Preethi for about 25 years. Butterfly will never match Preethi mixer grinder. If your budget is tight and the usage is minimal then go for Butterfly

Instead, we will move forward with a different vendor to avoid further disruptions to our operations.We expected a higher level of quality, reliability, and customer support. The parts will be collected from where they were left. Overall, this has been a completely unsatisfactory experience.
