In three months, the motor has burnt, a burning smell comes from the mixer everytime it is used, and even with very light load, it automatically switches off and has to be reset every few seconds. The procedure to claim warranty is very complicated, and the online complaint mechanism does not register a complaint – it gives an error. Disappointed with both Amazon and Butterfly. Better to visit a store and buy to avoid such hassles.Update: The online complaint form does not work – it gives an error. Gave up after trying for 1 week. The customer care numbers also do not work. Called the local service centre (number on website). The service center informed that first complaint has to be registered with Butterfly and gave me alternate number. Was able to speak to call center after 3 attempts. After taking all details call center informed their system is not working and asked to call after 10 minutes. I demanded to escalate the issue. Then miraculously the system worked. Complaint is registered, and I am told the technician will visit to examine in 3-4 working days.Regret buying this product, regret using amazon.Amazon: your standards are falling. This is the second product in 6 months that has given serious issue. Please take note, else people will stop using amazon. There are other better alternatives.

I’m writing review after using product approx 12months. Initially the mixie was good & handled load nicely for idly/dosa batter making. My wife was happy & positive. But now the motor seems not long durable & not able to handle the even normal loads like batter making. Get electrical burning smell & motor overloads very frequently & need to reset the switch every 1-2mins. My wife gets frustrated if she has to make idly/dosa batter. Not sure internal motor specifications as per description 750watts? If its really 750 watts then the typical house needs shall handle the loads smoothly. Now i need to chase the warranty team to replace the motor. Not sure how smooth this process going to be? Will keep you posted on warranty support outcome.

I’m very disappointed with butterfly company for ordering this bcz the delivered grinder is not working as expected, all the four jars were not sharpened. I am using this for the last 4 months, from my experience I can Say don’t buy if you are a frequent user of dry ingredients grinding, need more power. Little quantity grinding with adequate break is possible. Juicer is really hard to use, all particle will stuck inside and juice will not come out.Small Top opening of cap will not sit properly, even jar caps have not proper closing. Blade of the wet ingredient grinder is always loose even after tighting.All that can say, OK to use but not a better option to make our Indian kitchen mixing or grinding works easy.

The Jars are of thin quality .The Jars are tightly closed .the Blades are sharp and effective.It has 3 sppeds .The grinding works for 5 minutes .Then wait for it to charge.It use ful for domestic use .The 3 jars are sufficinet for all purposes.Easy to clean .It is safer to use when away with kids.The wire is also not so thick.The Price is too high ! A worst product of butterfly. In 14 months mini jar is not working. Other jars are leaking badly and not grinding fine paste or powder. You won’t get a mini jar in open market.I fed up much for purchsed an useless mixy.Don’t buy it.

The aesthetic appearance and design of the mixer are nice. But I feel the blade is not sharp. The blade looks like blind, but still, it gives consistent output. Worried for its endurance.

I suggest not to purchas this product waste of money it shows 750w but it will automatically stops in middle. Sound is very irritating earlier I got an update it will reduce after few days but we are using since 4 months no progress till now. My mom is scolding like anything with this product. My old 500w mixer grinder is much better than this.
