It’s a waste. Donot buy this product. Each time I tried using the mixer it overheats and smokes. It left a faul smell after overheating and the wheels melted . If you’re thinking I must have used it for a long duration at one go .. no I didn’t .

I just opened the box and it was looking like a used produce.. Also, lid of the jar was broken.. Some parts were missing.. Looks completely faulty product was received.. I have ordered so many things by amazon but never received such used and faulty product.. I applied for return an expected date was 20th December but no update on that as well.. This product is fine and working great but only 2 of the 3 jars provided were good and the 3rd one ( big ) was useless. It not even blending fruits (apple precisely) .In my opinion it’s not worth of paying 100€ for 2 jars and machine.Thank you

We regularly use the mixie for dosa batter and making various chutneys (with groundnut and coconut).Saw a lot of negative reviews, realised people use low wattage mixers for heavy use (such as making Dosa batter/masala-chutney!) mixers with 500/750 wattage are cheaper than 1000W ones. Ignore such kind of reviews (that use 500/750 wattage mixers for heavy duty stuff!).This is a very good mixer, powerful motor that makes dosa batter/chutney making easy. Have not faced any issue like excessive noise, burning smell or smoke (if you use low wattage ones for heavy load this is bound to happen!). In fact, chutneys and batter making is very quick. Earlier we were using 750 watt one and that required frequent cooling off breaks.The quality of jars with food grade stainless steel is very nice. Jars are chunky and heavy, assuring quality. Plastic quality (jar lids, main body) is also very good and doesn’t scratch easily. Jar sealents/rubber quality is also good. The main motor is heavy that renders the mixer stable and easy to use.Blade design is very good. The chutney jar blades are designed in such a way that it is easy to empty and clean. Dosa batter/high capacity grinding blade is made in such a way that the grinding is fast and efficient. Blades are not sharp and the speed compensate for the grinding rather than sharpness of the blades. This makes the blades long lasting where sharp blades tend to loose effectiveness over time.Highly recommended product! Just pick the correct wattage for the intended use!

My experience with the Bajaj GX-1 has been extremely disappointing, and I feel compelled to warn others before making the same mistake.🔻 Major Issues:Pathetic Grinding Performance:Even with very soft ingredients, the grinding is terribly poor. You’ll end up checking the jar multiple times only to realize it’s still not done.Takes Triple the Time:Compared to my previous mixer grinder, this one takes three times longer to finish the same job. If you’re in a hurry or value your time, this is not the appliance for you.Weak Jar Lids:The lids are flimsy and do not stay tight. They feel unstable during operation, and I constantly worry about spills and mess. This is a serious safety concern, especially when handling hot or wet items.🚫 Final Verdict:This is hands down one of the worst kitchen appliances I’ve used. Poor performance, inefficient grinding, and substandard build quality make it a complete waste of money. I expected better from a brand like Bajaj, but this product has let me down completely.Would I recommend it? Absolutely not.

This is the worst mixer grinder I’ve ever used. Within just a few days of purchase, it started making loud noise and heating up badlyThe juice jar started leaking from the bottom side in single time use even that was manufacturing defect then too they’re not accepting his fault. it’s completely useless and a total waste of money. I expected better quality from Bajaj, but this product is a big disappointment. On top of that, the Bajaj customer support engineer was extremely rude and refused to replace the jar right to my face. Such behavior and poor service are unacceptable. I will never recommend this brand to anyone.
