It is a great mixer, easy to use and wash. Grinds spices very fine, and makes pastes/smoothies very efficiently.

This mixer grinder is powered with 600W motor, which is really helpful in making variety of things like chutney, making spice powders and often juices too. Performance is so fast and with less noise than that I use before. It’s very easy to fix the jar on the mixer grinder and it is smooth to fix and remove the jar with the handle attached to the jars. This comes with 3 Jars to make pastes, powders and juices very easy. On the whole this makes my grinding works easy.

Worst mixer ever… very very poor quality..don’t go with the reviews, they mostly lying…. Just after one use its plastic starts melting as u can see in the image, which says it all… Very noisy like a machine gun which disturbs ur neighbours.. quality is average .. inbuilt quality is very cheap… motor isn’t also very powerful…it’s almost impossible to fit the jar when u try u use it… I returned it by the waydon’t go with the reviews, it’s just a marketing gimmick… Better go another oneI don’t think it will cost more than 1500 Indian rupees.

I love this product. It is so decent and easy to use. It takes minimum space in your kitchen and the rubbers material in jars are of good quality. It grinds very well and takes only few seconds in grinding the stuff. It comes up with three jars and you can use them according to the quantity of the item. It can be bought at an affordable price. I would totally recommend you to buy this product.

The product is good, no doubt, and we were using it for a number of years in India. So when that started to leak a bit, got a new one exactly like the previous one here in UK. The only difference with the new one was that it came with a UK plug. Possibly retrofitted here in UK. Unfortunately, after a couple of weeks of use, the cable broke and the raw copper wires were visible. It was a electrical hazard with danger of electrocution. We returned the product for a refund. Outside of this experience, I will still recommend the product.

Very convenient n efficient

The media could not be loaded. To be honest I read a lot of reviews before selecting this model. Whatever models I checked in this price range had a few negative reviews with similar complaints- cheap quality, cover doesn’t stay, broken/damaged product received etc. Finally chose this because of the Prestige brand and the marking of Amazon’s choice. Unfortunately, it was a waste of time.I returned it without using so can’t comment about usage experience but this was my experience- first time I opened the box, took out thw spatula and the cover that was placed at the top and immediately decided to order a replacement. They were full of dirt, and looked used.The replacement delivery and pickup of the old package happened at the same time. I opened the new package and then realised the old package also was misaing the user guide cum warranty card! The new package on the other hand looked new but was missing the spatula. Not a big deal for me but the delivery person suggested me to keep the spatula from the old package.I wish I checked the quality of the product first time itself. When I was unpacking the mixer I was surprised how cheap and low quality it can possibly be! But at the end when I lifted the main mixer unit that was the final nail. There was some loose part moving inside it. I’ve attached a video, not sure if the sound can be heard or not. I called Amazon who suggested to use it and try to see if it is working or not as I had 10 days to return. But after deliberation I decided to return it unused. Even if it worked, a moving part near motor is an accident in the making. I was surprised that in the box someone signed the quality checked ok stamp! If this is OK tested quality from Prestige I’ll rather avoid that brand.I read in few reviews people suggesting that companies are making special low quality product to sell online with low price point and standard ones for ofdline sell. I’m starting to believe that and will buy the mixer after physically checking that.However it will be unfair if I don’t mention how helpful Amazon was , they actually insisted me to leave a review so that they can adjust their recommendations and can alao take steps against the seller for delivering below par goods.At the end, I noticed one generic problem with every single mixer I checked even in high range products from Philips/Bosch. At least for the chatney jar and some time for all jars they are leaving exposed screws inside the jars. These ridges will accumulate leftover food particles which will be practically impossible to clean and hence this isn’t hygienic.

Average JMG with 4 jars in 2900 rs. The product looks very weak and cheap and there is no proper finishing on the outer mould. Jar quality is ok not very strong. I was using prestige JMG for past 7 years so wanted to try a new company. Similar product in prestige is about 3100 rs but that quality is really good. Decide on your own. Wonderchef disappoints.

Jar are leaking. I made a complaint. They responded after repeated reminders. Service representative told me the jars are to be replaced. Even after 20 days they are not promising exact date of delivery. When ever I ask they say it will take another 15 days. Very much annoyed.

I got this product around 2 weeks before and both the blades stopped working after one time of use. And then i requested a return but no one has come to pickup the return. This is the worst experience I had with amazon.

Display and product do not match, very low quality priced very high

This is regarding the amazon order for Prestige Mixer. We had initially raise a concern that the internal alignment of motor in the mixer was not in place and completely out dislocated. But as per sellers instructions, we used it the way it was. Secondly, the juicer jar which was sent along with the mixer – when we first used it according to the instructions- it entirely broke from down though it wasn’t overloaded. We then too let it go. Thirdly, when using the mixer yesterday, the regulator switch is dislocated and not functioning.These are the repeated issues we have faced and feels like damaged or rejected product has been sent over to us. Now this product is of no use to us and we need to purchase another mixer and spend additional.

I am writing this review after using this mixie for more than 8months. I will suggest not to buy this machine as a quality is very low the bush given is not stable and keeps moving while using the machine and the jar quality is also very bad.The first jar started leaking after 5 months of use and the second jar lid broke on it own while grinding masala. I called the service center 3 to 4 time, the service guy came after 3 weeks of giving complaint and after regular followup. He came and said the jars will be replaced as I had the warranty For the Machine. He said it will take 2 to 3 days to get the jar. And now it is 2 weeks and i have not got the replacement of jars and no proper response from the service person. I thought it was a Sanjeev Kapoor endorsed brand and it will be good but my money is wasted. And I am very much disappointed.

Though it’s high watt and high speed, but the blades and attachments are low quality. On the 3rd use itself the chopper blade broke from within and doesn’t spin at all.Now the grinder blade rubber bottom getting ruptured, after a year of normal use.I only have the blender attachment working. Rest all are broken 1 by 1.Not to mention its extremely noisy. And heats up in a 20-30 seconds cycle also. Got to be very patient to wait for it cool, when grinding lot of materials

Prestige is better than this. Not even 3 months, mixer is not working good. One repair is done but still have issues

I had bought this product two years ago, and after purchasing, it was alright, however, on 25th May 2024, the motor broke and as it has warranty for 10 years I though let’s claim it, but then it is almost 1 month and no one has repaired it. I have been calling the customer support of Wonderchef and no response from their end, the only thing they are saying is wait for 24 hours or wait for 72 hours, now they say we will get a call from service centre. DO NOT BUT ANY PRODUCT OF WONDERCHEF. USELESS SERVICE.

I bought this on Jun 2024 and hardly used this blender. Now it stopped working all of sudden and the buyer says that they cant refund or offer replacement as the date of purchase is more than 30 days. Never buy this blender.

I’ve been using the Prestige Iris 750W Mixer Grinder for the past 8 months. While the performance is good, the build quality, particularly the plastic coupler between the mixer grinder and the jars, leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, the coupler broke while I was chopping something on the night of 8th September 2024.I immediately raised a support ticket to claim the 2-year warranty, and a technician visited on 9th September 2024 to replace the coupler. However, I was shocked to find out that they charged me for the plastic coupler replacement, despite it being under warranty. After confirming with customer care, I learned that not all damages are covered by the warranty, which is frustrating as these issues are quite common.To add to my disappointment, I also own a Havells mixer grinder, and their warranty covers similar issues without a problem. Prestige’s use of low-quality materials and their limited warranty coverage is concerning. I would advise anyone considering this product to carefully read the warranty terms before purchasing.In my opinion, you’re better off looking for a brand that offers a more comprehensive warranty and better build quality.

Product is good but the mixi grinder is very small. And the jaar base is made of plastic and will break at any time. You need to change the jaar base and the blades are not sharpe. It will not grind immediately. It takes time. It is good for bachelors but for daily purpose I will not suggest this one.

I recently purchased the Prestige Iris 750W mixer grinder(White and Blue) with high hopes, expecting a sturdy build and quiet operation. While it certainly outperforms my previous 500W mixer in terms of speed, I’m quite disappointed with its build quality and the inclusion of the unnecessary steel insert in the juice jar.Performance:- Speed: The mixer is impressively fast, significantly reducing preparation time.- Noise Level: While not completely silent, it’s still manageable.The jars look like they’ve been dropped and the finish isn’t good. I don’t understand why they put that metal thing in the juice jar. It’s not useful.

The media could not be loaded. Defective one use product, not good quality also damage

In the past year or so since I bought it, I have used this 2 times, and it has broken down twice. The first time I tried to make deseeded date and milk shake, and the coupler below the blender jar broke after a few seconds of running (it’s cheap plastic). After a few days the technician came under warranty and charged me ten times the market price (which I only realized later unfortunately) to replace it with salvaged coupler from I assume other customer’s jars. He left in a hurry without testing, and I didn’t pay much attention at the time. The summer was already over (it took two months before he came to service) so the blender was not used for a while.Finally, yesterday I cut some mangoes into small pieces and put them in the blender with milk and sugar. When turned on, it was obvious that the motor was running but the blades were not. When I removed the jar and checked, the coupler on the machine (made of even cheaper plastic) had been grinded to dust from what I could only assume was mismatch with the jar coupler teeth.I again called Wonderchef and was assigned to the same technician. He told me the blender jar is not designed for blending, that’s why it broke. I should have made mango shake in the grinder jar. Or not even tried. It’s such a small machine, how can you expect it to work?Based on both the cheap quality product and the service (or lack of it, rather), I would NEVER recommend ANY Wonderchef product to anyone.STAY AWAY from their cheap and unrepairable plastic junk.

This is worse mixer grinder I have bought so far. Mid jar got cracked after 1 month (not covered in warranty). Small jar started breaking bit by bit. Please don’t waste your hard earned money.

Chopper is cracked

I bought this Wonderchef blender with 3 jars, and I must say it’s totally worth every penny. The blade sharpness is excellent, making dry grinding (like masalas) and blending (like watermelon or milkshakes) extremely fast and smooth — it literally takes 3 seconds to start blending and just 7–10 seconds for a perfectly smooth juice.The build quality feels premium, and the jars are crystal clear and sturdy. Each jar has a specific purpose, which makes the entire set very functional for everyday kitchen use. The motor is powerful, and even though there’s no power button on the base unit, it’s very easy to use with the twist-and-lock mechanism.If you’re looking for a compact yet high-performance blender that delivers on speed, build, and multi-functionality ; this is a great choice. Highly recommended!

Good quality of machine and jar . Blend and grind very well . I have purchaed on 1.4 2025 and writing this review after using continuos 3 month this is very useful for my kitchen easy to use and need very minimal space to keep. It’s build is very good… if anyone want a nitri mixer then it is great choice . i recommend this . Any one can go blindly  with this product it is value for money & time saver too
