This is not that durable as what this product get hyped.. It’s blending blades are leaking from jar contents leaving black liquid drops on the machine while using..nd machine is not even a year old.. On calling the customer care to claim warranty, technician said it is chargeable but as per my knowledge warranty is of 2 years..very disappointing such experience from a known brand like Wonderchef..One more experience, I gifted it to my relative.. It’s just 15days passed and machine stopped working totally.. Called customer care and registered complaint now hoping for the best solution from Wonderchef team as it just only 15 days we purchased

One best Chopper ever ..none of the chopper are even closer to what it does .. It saves a lot, a lot of time. I cant manage my kitchen without this small gadget. It is worth every penny.So many of my friends have used , tried and bought it and everybody says this is the best gadget in their kitchen so far.My last chopper fell down and broken .. It is nice product. I am now using it for almost 2 years.Pros: Small, quick, durable, easy to clean jars, does the job very well.Cons: If you run for more than 50 seconds start getting a burning smell. Blades and attachment base gets easily spoiled and not repairable. You can repair yourself if you find the parts. Bearings are not great, once blades are slightly loose, it starts leaking. Customer care is not great. Instead of sending you a repair guy they will ask you to come to service center.Attachments are not available online and on wonderchef website, they are in sold out status since last few months.Finally : If you are looking for a quick smoothie maker, blender and grinder for day to day daily light activities, its a great product. Only downside is availability of spare parts and attachments as in any blender blades are the first one to wear off and need replacement else your whole product is a waste without jars available. Also to note Jars are not covered under full warranty, its partial.

Liked the champagne color though for which had to pay more which seems like over priced as comapred to a basic black or red one. Works good. Tired blending grinding, making powder and chutneys was main so it’s easy to handle and easy to use plus needs less space .the body is quite sturdy and works quick So far so good . It’s been just a week . Hoping that it will work good in future without any trouble. Happy with Amazon service. Delivered it on time. No delays due to pandemic hencc wud appreciate their work and efforts .

HiI have ordered this on may 2020. It was working fine and was happy with it but suddenly it stopped working. It comes with 1 yr warranty so contacted the dealer but I didn’t response apart from telling the case is forwarded to concern department. I have followed up constantly but no luck. If sellers cannot to there warranty then they should not sell the product. Worst customer service.Update: After constant follow up and despite of service ticket number there is no response from customer service.Update: I revised my rating as my complain has been addressed and got the replacement. One thing i released that don’t use company contact us page to raise the issue it will will not be heard. Just drop email directly to the mentioned email on the website the response is prompt from that account.Appreciate Wonderful help !!

The chopper has stopped working within 4 months of purchase. Absolutely no response from the service centre, in spite of daily calls. Wonderchef service is quite pathetic. Please be aware before buying any wonderchef product. You register a complaint and nobody will get back to you. The toll free number used only mouth platitudes like your complaint will be attended to. But in 2 months, nobody has even been assigned to the case.

There are strange (friction) noises occurring now after 2 months of casual usage (1 min in morning / day) and once a month for little batter (3 – 5 mins with care taken to have break / 30 seconds). If this continues then we will go for a service technician call.Mango juice spilled and went inside the cracks where we attach the bottle/ar. No idea how to clean this and how deep it has and whether any corrosion may happen in future. The attachment also makes a clicking sound upon fitting the bottle/jar but that is also shaky from day 1 of use due to some spring like mechanism. It does not look durable. Hopefully the warranty will cover it.

I tried a number of products on amazon and returned them, none of them were as good or powerful as this one. The motor is quite powerful, if you are looking for a general purpose mixer, grinder that is able to make Idli and Dosa batter for you this is what you need. It is Indeed 1000W , and really powerful motor i havenyt seen anything better than this.Even other wonderchef bullet like grinder are not as good as this one. This is really the most powerful of them all, i tried a few I tried Cookwell, my friend tried Balzano all of them are under powered machines and cant grind soaked dal and rice for idli or vada consistency. If you add too much water the batter becomes useless.But this machine is able to grind rice and dal with the right amount of water. And as soon as you run the machine you will know how powerful it is. The only advice i will give is tighten the lid well. Its a good machine hands down the best Bullet mixer on the market, it is way better than the more popular 400W wonderchef nutri blender.This machine is really powerful i have even used it to grind lightly roasted coriander seeds and it works really well for small batches of freshly ground spices. You will not regret the decision. It is slightly expensive but totally worth it, dont go for the 400W Nutriblend.Also i have used other multi purpose Juicer mixer brands, dont go for those the motors in those machines are not as powerful as this one although they also claim 1000W but they are not. This one is really that good, for juicing and other needs i suggest you buy a different machine.But for 95% of your work this is really good and powerful.The only Con being you cannot purchase more Jars from Amazon or even on their website. As you can see this motor is just very powerfull and reliable they only thing that would wear out is the jar.

We bought it as the other brand grinder/ blender was not able to chop items like nuts (almond, walnut) and dates finely. We always found residue parts that were not broken down. With this, that is not an issue. It does the blending very well. Used it for juices, smoothies and that job it does well. Operation is simple. Just press to start and stop pressing to stop.A few have complained of leakage but that happens if the item is to watery. Else it looks fine. Reviewing after a week now.Noise is average. Would not say it is quiet one. With 22k rpm, can’t expect quiet motor.Cleaning so far has been easy, both the Jar and the motor unitGo for it when you have a sale. Should get a good price.

I bought Wonderchef Bolt Nutriblend in Jan’23. The product looked attractive and was easy to use but within a month it started giving trouble. The motor got burnt, the jars are were not getting seated properly and the lid of the jars are not getting closed. Added to these problems is the service support, which is very very bad. In my case there was no response from customer service support. I still await their response to resolve the aforesaid problems. Don’t make a mistake of buying this product ever.

The blender attachment continued to work (which actually made us think the problem was with the grinder attachment) for about another week or so before it too had the same problem. So, we assumed that it was the jars that were wearing out so fast. We thought of looking for a service centre or just buying a new jar for the mixer-grinder but the nearest service centre to us is 134 km away – in Chennai (we live in Pondicherry). We were not able to call the stores either – number not in service or when it rings no one picks up the phone.Incidentally, while attemptimg to use it once more, I started suspecting that the problem may be in the coupler of the base and tried to see if something of off with it. Lo and behold, white powdery flakes of plastic started coming of the coupler when I used my fingernail to try and clean it. I understood that the blades of the coupler which should lock on to the coupler in the jar had got crushed either by starting to spin while the jar was not yet fully locked or continuing to spin while the jars were being unlocked (more likely).So, only one star for the product (as I can’t give a lower rating) – do not buy this model at all!!

Imagined wonderchief to be a good company ..deeply disappointed with the quality of this product. Made of low grade plastic, parts have been chiseled with blade to fit, the parts are not aligned properly, has multiple scratches, running is not at all smooth. It’s simply plastic that too low grade. Never will buy a wonderchiefproduct. But not returning. Your delivery boys don’t return them anyway on the pretext that they are of different design even though they deliver them. Still waiting for the return of a jacket delivered of a wrong design. A wrong book was delivered twice. Still awaiting the arrival of the replacement.

I brought this product when I was going for a short term stay outside India.With great filters and research, we finalise this model with the idea that it had the door mixer and smoothie and grinder Option. It was very compact.So we thought that would be a nice choice to carry, and it will also get it to our needs. However, within few days of use the door mixer malfunction, it got rusty from inside, and the blade was slipping, so it was completely unusable. Anyways, we bear with that and continue to use it for preparing smoothies and grinding, which went well for one year.Now yesterday smoke started came out from the motor during preparation of the smoothie. Hence, the product is unusable now.The warranty two years, but it is not international, hence, I have to wait to come to India to take the warranty or purchase a new one.So my opinion is, don’t go with fancy product brand and performance matters.

On hindsight, I feel that the product is rather a troublesome acquisition that I should not have made . Small shards of plastic can come off any time and sometimes the motor simply stops working . I have had to call customer care a couple of times . The last call was a week ago and nobody has shown up till now to do the needful despite one reminder in between. During a previous visit by one service engineer he suggested that the motor is way too powerful than the body/structure for which the product must be operated rather delicately and almost hinted that we are actually not qualified enough to handle such a sophisticated product and should first learn to operate it properly .(😊😊)

That broke into pieces as soon as we turned on the grinder. The blades were.not ratating, so much noise and does not work at all. I am now using it for almost 2 years.Pros: Small, quick, durable, easy to clean jars, does the job very well.Cons: If you run for more than 50 seconds start getting a burning smell. Blades and attachment base gets easily spoiled and not repairable. You can repair yourself if you find the parts. Bearings are not great, once blades are slightly loose, it starts leaking. Customer care is not great. Instead of sending you a repair guy they will ask you to come to service center.Attachments are not available online and on wonderchef website, they are in sold out status since last few months.Finally : If you are looking for a quick smoothie maker, blender and grinder for day to day daily light activities, its a great product. Only downside is availability of spare parts and attachments as in any blender blades are the first one to wear off and need replacement else your whole product is a waste without jars available. Also to note Jars are not covered under full warranty, its partial.

It’s been just a week . Hoping that it will work good in future without any trouble. Happy with Amazon service. Delivered it on time. HiI have ordered this on may 2020. It was working fine and was happy with it but suddenly it stopped working. It comes with 1 yr warranty so contacted the dealer but I didn’t response apart from telling the case is forwarded to concern department. I have followed up constantly but no luck. If sellers cannot to there warranty then they should not sell the product. Worst customer service.Update: After constant follow up and despite of service ticket number there is no response from customer service.Update: I revised my rating as my complain has been addressed and got the replacement. One thing i released that don’t use company contact us page to raise the issue it will will not be heard. The chopper has stopped working within 4 months of purchase. Absolutely no response from the service centre, in spite of daily calls. Wonderchef service is quite pathetic. Please be aware before buying any wonderchef product. You register a complaint and nobody will get back to you. The toll free number used only mouth platitudes like your complaint will be attended to. But in 2 months, nobody has even been assigned to the case.

The blender is very compact. It comes with 1 small and 1 big jar which are easy to clean and durable. The 1000W motor is superb for grinding all types of dry spices and makes excellent smoothies. Noise level however is slightly on higher side. Blades are super sharp. Gets the work done in seconds.

There are strange (friction) noises occurring now after 2 months of casual usage (1 min in morning / day) and once a month for little batter (3 – 5 mins with care taken to have break / 30 seconds). If this continues then we will go for a service technician call.Mango juice spilled and went inside the cracks where we attach the bottle/ar. No idea how to clean this and how deep it has and whether any corrosion may happen in future. The attachment also makes a clicking sound upon fitting the bottle/jar but that is also shaky from day 1 of use due to some spring like mechanism. It does not look durable. Hopefully the warranty will cover it.

I tried a number of products on amazon and returned them, none of them were as good or powerful as this one. The motor is quite powerful, if you are looking for a general purpose mixer, grinder that is able to make Idli and Dosa batter for you this is what you need. It is Indeed 1000W , and really powerful motor i havenyt seen anything better than this.Even other wonderchef bullet like grinder are not as good as this one. This is really the most powerful of them all, i tried a few I tried Cookwell, my friend tried Balzano all of them are under powered machines and cant grind soaked dal and rice for idli or vada consistency. If you add too much water the batter becomes useless.But this machine is able to grind rice and dal with the right amount of water. And as soon as you run the machine you will know how powerful it is. The only advice i will give is tighten the lid well. Its a good machine hands down the best Bullet mixer on the market, it is way better than the more popular 400W wonderchef nutri blender.This machine is really powerful i have even used it to grind lightly roasted coriander seeds and it works really well for small batches of freshly ground spices. You will not regret the decision. It is slightly expensive but totally worth it, dont go for the 400W Nutriblend.Also i have used other multi purpose Juicer mixer brands, dont go for those the motors in those machines are not as powerful as this one although they also claim 1000W but they are not. This one is really that good, for juicing and other needs i suggest you buy a different machine.But for 95% of your work this is really good and powerful.The only Con being you cannot purchase more Jars from Amazon or even on their website. As you can see this motor is just very powerfull and reliable they only thing that would wear out is the jar.

We bought it as the other brand grinder/ blender was not able to chop items like nuts (almond, walnut) and dates finely. We always found residue parts that were not broken down. With this, that is not an issue. It does the blending very well. Used it for juices, smoothies and that job it does well. Operation is simple. Just press to start and stop pressing to stop.A few have complained of leakage but that happens if the item is to watery. Else it looks fine. Reviewing after a week now.Noise is average. Would not say it is quiet one. With 22k rpm, can’t expect quiet motor.Cleaning so far has been easy, both the Jar and the motor unitGo for it when you have a sale. Should get a good price.

I bought Wonderchef Bolt Nutriblend in Jan’23. The product looked attractive and was easy to use but within a month it started giving trouble. The motor got burnt, the jars are were not getting seated properly and the lid of the jars are not getting closed. Added to these problems is the service support, which is very very bad. In my case there was no response from customer service support. I still await their response to resolve the aforesaid problems. Don’t make a mistake of buying this product ever.

The blender attachment continued to work (which actually made us think the problem was with the grinder attachment) for about another week or so before it too had the same problem. So, we assumed that it was the jars that were wearing out so fast. We thought of looking for a service centre or just buying a new jar for the mixer-grinder but the nearest service centre to us is 134 km away – in Chennai (we live in Pondicherry). We were not able to call the stores either – number not in service or when it rings no one picks up the phone.Incidentally, while attemptimg to use it once more, I started suspecting that the problem may be in the coupler of the base and tried to see if something of off with it. Lo and behold, white powdery flakes of plastic started coming of the coupler when I used my fingernail to try and clean it. I understood that the blades of the coupler which should lock on to the coupler in the jar had got crushed either by starting to spin while the jar was not yet fully locked or continuing to spin while the jars were being unlocked (more likely).So, only one star for the product (as I can’t give a lower rating) – do not buy this model at all!!

Imagined wonderchief to be a good company ..deeply disappointed with the quality of this product. Made of low grade plastic, parts have been chiseled with blade to fit, the parts are not aligned properly, has multiple scratches, running is not at all smooth. It’s simply plastic that too low grade. Never will buy a wonderchiefproduct. But not returning. Your delivery boys don’t return them anyway on the pretext that they are of different design even though they deliver them. Still waiting for the return of a jacket delivered of a wrong design. A wrong book was delivered twice. Still awaiting the arrival of the replacement.

I brought this product when I was going for a short term stay outside India.With great filters and research, we finalise this model with the idea that it had the door mixer and smoothie and grinder Option. It was very compact.So we thought that would be a nice choice to carry, and it will also get it to our needs. However, within few days of use the door mixer malfunction, it got rusty from inside, and the blade was slipping, so it was completely unusable. Anyways, we bear with that and continue to use it for preparing smoothies and grinding, which went well for one year.Now yesterday smoke started came out from the motor during preparation of the smoothie. Hence, the product is unusable now.The warranty two years, but it is not international, hence, I have to wait to come to India to take the warranty or purchase a new one.So my opinion is, don’t go with fancy product brand and performance matters.

On hindsight, I feel that the product is rather a troublesome acquisition that I should not have made . Small shards of plastic can come off any time and sometimes the motor simply stops working . I have had to call customer care a couple of times . The last call was a week ago and nobody has shown up till now to do the needful despite one reminder in between. During a previous visit by one service engineer he suggested that the motor is way too powerful than the body/structure for which the product must be operated rather delicately and almost hinted that we are actually not qualified enough to handle such a sophisticated product and should first learn to operate it properly .(😊😊)

Good and useful.3 jars are useful but why 4th with take away sipper jar is provided?It is useless for common housewives,waste of money,unnecessarily increased the cost.Also,the big juicer jar is not leak proof, immediately you have to remove the juice from it.Rest two jars are very useful,functioning very well.Speed controller knob is most necessary.Noise is too high!!!

This blender is handy and very very useful. You won’t be able to grind hard items like nuts and if you load it to full it will require a no of churns to get it properly blended. But all these you can do in a bigger blender/mixer grinder. This one servers it’s purpose for smoothies, ginger garlic paste etc.When I got the blender the blades were not functioning. Ariba from the team was excellent at what she does and made sure that two new set of blades get delivered to me. Many many thanks to Ariba, her sincerity and her dedication at providing the best service to her customers is very much appreciated. I wish you all the very best.

Ome of the best purchases of I made this year! The design, the compactness, literally everything is perfect. The product is extremely easy to use.The only complain that I want to include is that the rotators in the jars’ lids are made of rubber, which makes the whole thing a little sensitive to use.But overall, the product is amazing!
