I went with the trust on Bosch brand name and am extremely satisfied with the product. I have been using it daily, sometimes multiple times in a day for past month during lockdown period. The mixer-grinder 1000 watt motor is extremely powerful.I have used it to grind both dry & wet ingredients such asgaram masala, idli/dosa mix, Chana dal paste, Poppy seeds paste,coconut chutney, dry rice and urad dal powder, ginger garlic paste, ice, etc.I regularly blend and make milk shakes, lassis etc and have found it to very fast and convenient.2. Does the job fast within few seconds/minutes depending on the amount and type of ingredients you are working with.3. Body is good looking, sturdy, well balanced and easy to wipe clean.4. The vacuum feet are quite secure and give a true hands free experience.5. Overload protector for added safety helps if you overload the mixer by mistake.6. The jars also are easy to use and quite well-builtJars & Blades1. The jars are metal with removable stainless steel blades.2. Chutney jar blade is fixed.3. An extra blade is provided for stone pounding affect.4. A spatula cum blade changer is provided.5. The Jar lids are made of transparent plastic.6. Each lid has a small top cap which can be removed to add liquids/materials while grinding/blending.7. Each lid has rubber gaskets. This gives a completely leak proof experience while grinding/blending. These gaskets are very easy to remove and attach.8. All Jars have 4 fibre clasps to close the jars.9. In the blender jar a juicer attachment has been provided – this is the only thing I have not used, hence I cannot review the performance of this attachment.10. Blender can be used without the juicer sieve, and works fine.11. In wet blender a flow-breaker is providedSoundSound is high, but that is to be expected in a powerful 1000 watt machine.Do’s & Don’tI feel if we follow certain guidelines we can best out of the product1. Do not overload2. Do not use for more than a minute without giving a little rest.3. When turning the speed knobs – don’t turn all at once from 0 to max. You will see that it works better if you turn knobs slowly, staying at each speed for a few seconds. Actually for most things low to medium speed is enough. The machine is really powerful.4. When grinding large amount of ingredients the jar can heat up ( not the machine) so give a little rest in between.5. For wet grinding – use cold water to grind – that way the jar will never heat up.6. DO NOT grind hot ingredients. Many people have complained about the rubber gaskets melting – that can only have happened if hot food are being blended or ground. Bring food to room temp and then grind.7. Wash the jar, gasket, jars immediately using a sponge and liquid detergent so that the shine of the jar remains intact.8. Always remove and wash the gasket to avoid unhygienic conditions as food can get under the gaskets.9. In the wet blender remove the flow breaker by sliding it off and wash it separately as food particles can get stuck behind it.10. To remove fine particles when dry grinding don’t use a spoon to avoid scratches to the jar. You can use your hand and a brush ( used for this purpose only).11. This is an expensive piece of equipment – In my house only I & my husband use it. We do not allow children or household help/cooks to use it. This way the machine will not be misused.12. If you mixer does not work – please check the overload protector button on the underside of the machine. Remove some of the ingredients and try again.13. Take care while handling jar lids and lid tops – Although they appear quite well made, I cannot say if they will break when dropped.Pros1. The machine is very powerful and delivers what it promises2. It is easy to use and gives truly hands free experience3. Easy to clean4. Grinds and blends everything5. Leak-proof lids.6. Takes very little time to grind7. The motor does not heat up even easily8. The overload protector works perfectlyCons1. Guarantee & Manual – The Manual has to be downloaded from the Amazon websiteThe Amazon payment is the guarantee. There is no separate guarantee card provided. I had to call Amazon to understand the situation regarding the guarantee card.2. Delivery – The mixer-grinder came in a box but there was no special Styrofoam padding. This was a big minus for me.3. A couple of extra lid clasps should be provided – one of my lid clasps was loose, it is working fine at the moment, but as a backup company should provide these.4. As the jars are pretty large, for smaller amount of products it is a little difficult. I wish the smallest chutney jar was usable for both dry & wet grinding rather than only wet.5. The jars do have screws heads on the inner side – but this is not a big deal – and can be cleaned quite easily.

Excellent product so far. Got it to replace very old mixer grinder. It’s very loud but that’s excusable as it’s 1000w. So far so great! Happy with the purchase. We got it during the sale.

Elegant design with great power. This product is tuned to perfection and it grinds so well with minimum time consumption. Such a combination of quality and great design is a rare combination and this Mixer is a perfect combination. I would say just go for it if you want a quality Product.

I do not have much experience in mixer grinder usage. But this i just bought it and my mother is using at my home for cooking purpose. Till now it is appro 2.5 years usage and the grinder is running amazingly for a family of 4. Only dis advantage with this is that the caps are not sturdy. The jars are good but caps are not that good. But it is doing the job well.

Whatever models I checked in this price range had a few negative reviews with similar complaints- cheap quality, cover doesn’t stay, broken/damaged product received etc. Finally chose this because of the Prestige brand and the marking of Amazon’s choice. Unfortunately, it was a waste of time.I returned it without using so can’t comment about usage experience but this was my experience- first time I opened the box, took out thw spatula and the cover that was placed at the top and immediately decided to order a replacement. They were full of dirt, and looked used.The replacement delivery and pickup of the old package happened at the same time. I opened the new package and then realised the old package also was misaing the user guide cum warranty card! The new package on the other hand looked new but was missing the spatula. Not a big deal for me but the delivery person suggested me to keep the spatula from the old package.I wish I checked the quality of the product first time itself. When I was unpacking the mixer I was surprised how cheap and low quality it can possibly be! But at the end when I lifted the main mixer unit that was the final nail. There was some loose part moving inside it. I’ve attached a video, not sure if the sound can be heard or not. I called Amazon who suggested to use it and try to see if it is working or not as I had 10 days to return. But after deliberation I decided to return it unused. Even if it worked, a moving part near motor is an accident in the making. I was surprised that in the box someone signed the quality checked ok stamp! If this is OK tested quality from Prestige I’ll rather avoid that brand.I read in few reviews people suggesting that companies are making special low quality product to sell online with low price point and standard ones for ofdline sell. I’m starting to believe that and will buy the mixer after physically checking that.However it will be unfair if I don’t mention how helpful Amazon was , they actually insisted me to leave a review so that they can adjust their recommendations and can alao take steps against the seller for delivering below par goods.At the end, I noticed one generic problem with every single mixer I checked even in high range products from Philips/Bosch. At least for the chatney jar and some time for all jars they are leaving exposed screws inside the jars. These ridges will accumulate leftover food particles which will be practically impossible to clean and hence this isn’t hygienic.

As usual, Prestige did not fail us.I am writing this review after using it for over a month.The colours are attractive and it was delivered in a day – in mint condition.The Chutney jar (small), the dry jar, and juicer work very well. We are especially happy with the juicer. With its little mesh at the bottom, it is easy to filter out the pulp. The blades are good enough to juice beetroots and carrots! Just make small pieces.A little unhappy with the wet grinder – hence the 4 star rating. Did not exactly give us a smooth batter, but it is ok since we use a wet grinder for dosa and idli batter.Go for it!

Product is very robust and stable. The jars are also robust and the transparent lids add to the elegance. The sound of the mixer is amazing not loud.

Highly disappointed with amazon and prestige order this last year in diwali and started using this year from Jan, my mom used only twice and smoke started coming from the motor, cant believe this poor quality from prestige, Ashiwarya aur Abhishek Bacchan ko paise kam do aur product quality mein paise lagao prrestige.DISAPPOINTED

Hello, the mixie burst after of course 2 years of use today, so am here to give the review after the 2 years i bought it. But from the 2nd month, it had issues with the knob, changed. then the jars went one after another every 6 months, the bush and base all were low-quality rubber and steel. I ended up having a different jar bought off the shelf, and only the base was to be called a mixie which was original, even that burst today when none was home after 2 hrs when the whole mixie finished burning and also started spreading in the nearby cabinets when we got the message from neighbors of smoke and rushed to see the damage is already done.Advice, never attempt online purchases for branded products.

This is regarding the amazon order for Prestige Mixer. We had initially raise a concern that the internal alignment of motor in the mixer was not in place and completely out dislocated. But as per sellers instructions, we used it the way it was. Secondly, the juicer jar which was sent along with the mixer – when we first used it according to the instructions- it entirely broke from down though it wasn’t overloaded. We then too let it go. Thirdly, when using the mixer yesterday, the regulator switch is dislocated and not functioning.These are the repeated issues we have faced and feels like damaged or rejected product has been sent over to us. Now this product is of no use to us and we need to purchase another mixer and spend additional.

Review after a month of use, Value for money, as you get veg chopper and atta maker with it. Specially the atta made in this would yield 10 to 12 medium size chapati. Also the juicer jar is very use full too. Build quality is excellent.

It worked ok initially and the delivery was prompt; those were the good bits. In less than 2 years, each of the jars stopped working and now none of them work and the seller will not respond via Amazon. You cannot get it repaired or source replacement jars. Waste of money and resources and an unresponsive seller.They give you a HK number to call !!

I’ve been using this for 3 months now.The Really bad:The blender jar has a major flaw. If you use it for blending (I have tried lassi, milkshake, smoothies), liquid spills out from the spout when running. I scheduled a warranty service but the technician told me that this jar is only for juicing and the metal jar is for bending. I concluded that it’s a design flaw which Bosch is unwilling to admit. The metal jar can be used for blending, but its small if you’re blending for 3-4 people. This would have been a dealbreaker if I knew this beforehand as I blend a lot.Bad but manageable:1) The metal jar lids are weirdly shaped and lots of liquid gets stuck in it, so you end up wasting a little bit of whatever you’re making. The lids are also much more messy than a regular dome lid and also a little tougher to clean.2) The small cap in the lid for adding things is really loose. You have to be careful when turning the lid upside down or it falls and breaks.3) Food gets stuck in the flow breaker. It’s also not very intuitive to remove and I have a feeling it will be easily broken by the househelp when cleaning.4) Flow breaker and the pounding blade don’t make a noticeable difference to the end result, and I have completely stopped using them.The Good:1) Great looking and has a small footprint2) Noise levels aren’t bad. A 1000 W motor will definitely be louder than a 400 W one (typical home mixie wattage) but even then it’s not super loud and is very manageable.3) Very, very powerful. The grinder is very noisy. Using it for sometime now, the grinding quality is not great! It is not able to gring properly small coconut pieces. Motor quality may be good since its Phillips, but blades could have been better.

I am writing this review after receiving a replacement for the item. Frankly, I find it hard to believe the positive reviews posted here. Here’s a breakdown of my experience:1. The initial delivery of the order was prompt.2. However, the packaging was subpar, and it’s unclear if this was due to Amazon or the seller.3. The plastic quality is notably poor; the mixer and containers feel cheaply made.4. The unit is excessively noisy by default, becoming unbearable during grinding or using the chopper/atta kneader.5. The couplers used are of extremely low quality; one began disintegrating after minimal use, reducing its functionality by 30%.6. On the fourth day of use, a strong burning smell and smoke emerged from the appliance.7. Consequently, I initiated a replacement and received the replacement item.8. The replacement’s packing was equally disappointing; the mixer was visibly protruding through holes in the cardboard.9. The new unit exhibited the same issues: poor quality and another coupler ground to dust upon first use, this time within 50%.Despite the abysmal product quality, I must commend Amazon for their exceptional service and support. They promptly processed my refund. However, I will definitely seek this product elsewhere in the future.

This Mixer is very silent but very good it also comes with 5 jars all good quality.I only had one issue with the control know but it was fixed by Prestige under warranty so you know it is a great brand with very good after sales service.

After 23 months motor burned, new motor fitted free of cost by warranty. I am not satisfied about this product.

I bought this on Jun 2024 and hardly used this blender. Now it stopped working all of sudden and the buyer says that they cant refund or offer replacement as the date of purchase is more than 30 days. Never buy this blender.

Delivery and Packaging:The delivery was prompt, and the packaging was secure. All items arrived in excellent condition.Performance:MC Jar: Ideal for slicing and chopping tasks. I haven’t tested the dough preparation function yet.Cube Cutting: Not possible with this appliance.Slicing: Limited to 1.2mm thickness, but an additional 2.4mm thick slicer can be purchased separately if needed.Efficiency: Blending, chopping, and slicing are completed in mere seconds, which is impressive. I’m looking forward to trying it with Dosa batter next.Functionality:Chutney Preparation: It excels in preparing chutneys as desired.Slicing: I frequently use the slicer for various vegetables such as onions, tomatoes, potatoes, radish, carrots, chilli, and cabbage. It significantly reduces chopping time by about 90%.Drawbacks:Noise: The appliance is quite loud, which can be bothersome.MC Jar Quality: The jar feels somewhat flimsy and requires careful handling, especially during washing and use.Chopping Blades: The blades are extremely sharp, so caution is necessary when handling them.

Such a good quality mixer grinder,Build quality is good,Good performance and 750w motor’s rotating fast without any noise.I received all accessories in box.Jars are made with good quality material.Chopping blade is sharp enough.Looks stylish and no burning smell while running.Overall value for money.

Got an item which was used. Bud quality is very cheap for the money paid. Don’t recommend this product.

We have purchased this recently and quality of the mixer grinder is okay but the main problem is jar the size of it is very small and no 500 ml jar it has 300 not enough for small quantity check and buy or you will be fooled

Suction caps at base keeps the mixer steady.There are below points that need improvement.1) there is no safety lock feature. The mixer can work without any jar fitted on it.2) the steel jars is bit thinner than expected. Should have been more sturdy steel.3) the plastic jar and plastic cap of all jars is bit fragile. Can crack easily once fell or mishandled. I have seen more stronger plastic materials in other brands.4) the main unit is too big heavy and bulky. Bit difficult to move around.5) mixer noise could have been lesser.

I had purchased this mixer on 10th August 2024 and have hardly used it. Within 2 months itself already there is a Crack on the jar above the handle as well as it started rusting . Photo attached. I had brought prestige mixer believing in its quality products but it’s a failure.

Noise is too high from day 1….Med size jar is not working after 7 months of rare usage.Just these too issues… masterchef and spice jar is good, justifies its function

I bought November 27 with 2 year warranty ,In February when I grinding my home electricity is going off. Some times vibrating. Then I consider the seller,he said your return period over. You need to contact the manufacturer. I am in the UK How to contact the manufacture . Very very worst product. My kindly Request Anyone don’t buy because I Think this is old motor they fixed . I lost my £189 pounds so sad

I though brand name being Bosch it will be very strong but within 1 month jug handle is loose, 1 of the 4 suction leg has come off making the blender becoming very unstable when blending. I am quite disappointed with the product. Not to say that it comes with an Indian Plug and not EU or UK plug.

Excellent this product but sound same problem

Bad experience with the mixie. After couple of years of purchase it is giving us trouble. The light starts flickering when it is switched on and none of the buttons work. The service centre took 1000 for the repair saying the motherboard was corrupted.After a week of repair seeing the same missed again

I bought this one for my parents as they were old and unable to go to nearest shop. I choose this product based on advertisement and customer reviews. After receiving this item, i didn’t used it and now I used it i.e. 22-may-2025 and now the return option is not showing as it was closed on 20-may-25. It is not blending, blades was not good and I am fully disappointed

Overall Product is good quality and build. Grinding is very nice.However noise is high due to the speed.Major problem, in chutney jar, due to multiple cut/design. anything you grind, it sticks to jar. Not that easy to clean.small portion is very difficult.

But first impression the built quality was a red flag for a such price range and then just on the second use of Blender it got dismembered blender portion came our in three parts with one part got stuck within.Neither we could see any return policy in place.Very frustrated with Amazon, It’s Sellers and the Brand Preethi itself.

I’ve ordered 2 unit. One for myself and another for my friend. One unit suddenly stopped working within a week but all thanks to their customer support as they provided me a replacement very quickly. Now both units are working fine.

As a first-time Bosch user, I am completely amazed by this mixer grinder. The ‘Stone Pounding Technology really does make a difference in the flavor of masalas. The jars are strong and have a great lid-locking system, which is a huge safety plus. From making smoothies to grinding chutneys, the performance is flawless. This is a durable, powerful, and truly amazing kitchen appliance.

After a year of use, mixcy producing very loud noise, jars quality is not good and very difficult to keep them clean. Overall below average product from Bosch.

Literally one of the worst product I have got. I literally purchased this just cos of the aata kneader machine but the kneader machine got damaged within 10 months only!!!!In 4 months the engine got damaged and was replaced!!!Seriously the service was also bad that we kept on trying to reach the service team and when they got in contact no changes were done. They said they we need to replace it if you wish with around 2000 charge hence we informed that we will decide and call you back but that person did not received call later when we tried reaching them.Literally waste of 6000 rs directly.
