Initial uses were scary with fumes and burning smell. But later settled after 3-4 uses. Now it’s doing a great job. Very powerful and fine grinding.

The mortar has very high power and can grind everything needed.It is very easy to clean, and the jars are of perfect shape neither too small nor too large. The first Mixer from Orient Electric (A CK Birla Group Company) delivered by Amazon is Very Noisy and there was leakage in the Jars. Moreover, one of the screws in the Chutney jar were also not properly fixed and was damaged. One of the screws in the Chutney jar was badly damaged and its head is totally disfigured to the extent that no screw driver can be used on the damaged screw in future to loosen or tighten it for any reason. Hence, I’ve sought for a replacement hoping that at least M/s. Cloudtail will exercise caution and replace it with a “Quality Check” passed product. But to my utter dismay, the replaced one is far more worse. Not only the chutney jar screw is improperly fixed, its head is also totally damaged. Moreover, the screw itself is positioned in a slanted position and hence is not been fixed fully. Apart from that, the stainless steel bottom of the jar is also very badly dented and damaged to the extent that it is not fit for use. Further, there is leakage in the other jars as well. All these show the naked truth that Orient Electric is deliberately manufacturing such sub-standard products without subjecting the same to the “Quality Checks” thinking that we the Indian Customers are fools and will blindly purchase any unfit product sold by them. Since, the Chutney Jar is always having manufacturing defects, one has to treat this as a 2 Jar Mixer Grinder only. This fact also prove that customers can no longer place any reliance on the products manufactured by Orient Electric or any of the CK Birla Group Companies. So, M/s. Cloudtail has to accept responsibility for its failure to check the products before packing the same for delivery. It will be good if M/s. Amazon & Cloudtail arranges for the replacement of the defective Chutney Jar alone instead of replacing the entire product. Otherwise, the Amazon Customers have no option except to return the product and getting the refund. Further, one has to put one hand always on top of the jar lids. If you do not hold your hand and put pressure on the lids, the lids will come out and the contents will spill all over. Orient has to make improvements in this area also apart from putting the all important “Quality Checks” in its place immediately without any further loss of time.

Material quality ok. Sounds so high. I order the same product before i got it in proper package but when i order second time the same product packing was torn n jar lids was missing.

My mom needed a mixer grinder urgently and after checking out many products, bought this one. My mom loves the product. The speed is great and it is just what she wanted. It can grind even tiny amounts of products perfectly. So far the product is working perfectly. We are very satisfied with our purchase. What more, looks good too!!

Looks nice but too much noise…Pro: Looks nice, body is not looking cheap, grind almost everything in no time. Minces meat. Powerful 1200 watts copper motor with 5 years warranty.Cons:1)Too much noise but it’s expected as the motor is 1200watts.2. The chutney jar is 400 ml where competitors like in a l s a ,o r p a t etc are giving 500 ml jar. If u r saying it chef special with powerful 1200 wattage of motor then must supply atleast 500 ml jar.It’s initial days will update after a month or two.

Middle jar unhandle

Good one but I got power plug damaged one, not have patience to replace it, so many days will pass to get it so iam being adjusted with another plug here from a local market.

It’s working since long

The media could not be loaded. The blade rotates freely without taking the load. When checked the threading of the coupler is worn out. Otherwise, the performance of this mixer is good. I purchased this mixer for the locking feature but one of the clips was broken while locking.

Good piece… Working well but only issue is the temperature control wheel is loose feels cheep while setting the temperature. Rest is all fine.

Motor is powerful but the jar provided are not suitable for powerful motor, it is been 5 months and i font use this mixer grinder very frequently then also the chutney jar coupler has torn

Dont go on the high specs.Quality of product is very very low.1.In just 15 days, the coupling from mixex base broke2. In first 20 days, one of the pot stopped working, thread slip(after repairing 1st point)3. Mixer button got slipped and now difficulty in turning on and off.Since my replace period is over cannot even replace it.

Waste after 1 year, giving electric shocks. water is leaking from every side. Bad Customer Service. Worst. I purchased 2 coolers, and both give electric shocks when the pump is on.

I previously used Orient mixer for 5 years so preferred to buy from same brand again. But I got a bad experience. The rotating knob of mixer got chopped out upon usage. Jars knob also chipped out. Within 18 days it chipped out completely and stopped working. My return period also completed and I don’t know what to do withit. Please don’t buy this waste of money.

Mixer grinder is so beautiful,,& jar quality is very good, bt one problem jar’s blade is healing now two jars, & billing was no proper and warranty card are not ideal warranty type , no date included, no invoice included nothing this, I think warranty card valid or not. And one more thing mixer weight are also very light

Firstly, it causes too much noise pollution and won’t let you hear any other sound. Secondly, possibly blades ain’t that sharp as it didn’t grind it well into powder form. Lastly, lid would keep popping out as you put things into it and try to close it. You actually need to hold it tight when operating.This ain’t a good product in 2K (maybe it’s economical). Better take Rs. 500 more but provide low noise and fix other issues too.

Reviewing after using for 2 years. Great for making idli/dosa batter, powdering masala, juice, chutney. We did not face any issue with jar cover. Still working as when we bought it.

Ok type mixture grinder jar quality is not up to mark, lid quality is low,

I went through lot of products reading their description and reviews and purchased this. I would say I picked the right one. Good design, well built and a quality product. It makes less noise as compared to my older Mixture from Bajaj. It’s been around a month. It is working great. Easy to use, light weight, jar and lid quality are also great.
