There is no weight for the Mixer Grinder.Medium Jar is very small and not much useful for grinding.Quality is very bad. Couplers from Mixer Grinder and one Jar got broken with in very few days of light usage.

The media could not be loaded.  This is the first time I got disappoint from Amazon. I order butterfly mixer grinder and it’s delivered well packed. But while I check the working condition speed mode 2 is not working. I place a call for return and they not replace the order due to my shipping address. I don’t understand the policy, they shoulder delivery the same addressed but they don’t have replacement for the same address. Finnally they are accept to start the refund process for my product.

From the very beginning, it makes a very loud noise in each use and the plastic quality is so poor that it degraded within a month. I need to keep replacing it after every 1-2 months.

Butterfly proves always as it’s the best !!(First I have purchased Vidiem !! Which was my mistake . This is great for the price. Motor and body seems fine but the jars keeps rusting inside. Buttons are good! Doesn’t heat up like others. It’s a good buy overall. Hope they do something about rusting.

This is a great product having powerful machine of 750 watt.Jars are very good, easy to handle, easy to clean.Fitting and removing jars is also very simple no complex mechanism.Mix and grind all stuff in few seconds considering you use the correct jar.But one issue is there and for that i cut 1 star from 5concern is mixer KNOB it is very small and fragile.It does not give you the confidence of holding such a nice mixer.

Using from 2 months, no issues, good product

Product was good and geniune, packaging was ohkey and in good condition at receiving, afterall product goes after company name Bajaj.

Not for heavy grinding, in fact even with light grinding it keeps tripping.

The quality of the product looks good as expected in this budget. Not much noise as compared to other products. The only drawback that I felt was it’s blade I expects 2 blade but it contains only one except the juicer jar.

Performance

I’ve been using the Prestige Iris 750W Mixer Grinder for the past 8 months. While the performance is good, the build quality, particularly the plastic coupler between the mixer grinder and the jars, leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, the coupler broke while I was chopping something on the night of 8th September 2024.I immediately raised a support ticket to claim the 2-year warranty, and a technician visited on 9th September 2024 to replace the coupler. However, I was shocked to find out that they charged me for the plastic coupler replacement, despite it being under warranty. After confirming with customer care, I learned that not all damages are covered by the warranty, which is frustrating as these issues are quite common.To add to my disappointment, I also own a Havells mixer grinder, and their warranty covers similar issues without a problem. Prestige’s use of low-quality materials and their limited warranty coverage is concerning. I would advise anyone considering this product to carefully read the warranty terms before purchasing.In my opinion, you’re better off looking for a brand that offers a more comprehensive warranty and better build quality.

I have purchased this product few months ago in 2024. With the first use its become clearer that the mixer grinder is unusable because the lid is not staying on the top when grinding especially something slightly liquidy. I am quite regretting purchasing this. The mixer motor itself works well but the jar lid jumps out and all the material splashing out. What a waste of money. I couldn’t understand how can they comprise the quality of lid makes the whole mixer grinder useless.

I regret purchasing the Butterfly Mixer Grinder. The product I received was clearly used, as there were visible marks on the jar from previous use. This was a major red flag right from the start.On top of that, the dry jar didn’t work at all, which was extremely disappointing. A reputable company should check the quality of their products before selling them, but in this case, it seems that no quality control was done.Overall, this purchase was a waste of money, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this product. Instead, I recommend looking into brands like Sujatha, Bosch, or Philips. For example, the Philips Mixer Grinder (750W) starts at ₹2899, comes with a fully copper coil motor, and offers a 5-year on-site warranty—much better quality and reliability.

This grinder has superfast and superfine grinding. It took only 10-15 seconds for superfine grinding. It has separate transparent jar for juicer and have nob to pour it. Jar’s lid are classy designed. Total 4 jars for separate items. Noise is also very low. Overall a good product.

To make matters worse, Amazon’s return and replacement process has been an absolute disaster. Despite multiple calls and assurances, no pickup was arranged even after two weeks of waiting. My interaction with their customer service, particularly with a representative named Velisha, was infuriating—she was rude, unprofessional, and mocked my concerns before disconnecting the call. This product and the subsequent service reflect poorly on Amazon’s quality control and customer care. I strongly advise against purchasing this mixer or relying on Amazon’s support for resolution. Very disappointed with the product. I purchased the Prestige Iris 750 Watt Mixer Grinder (White and Blue) from Amazon. Within just 1 month of normal use, 2 out of 4 jars are already damaged. The build quality is extremely poor and feels very cheap. On top of that, the mixer is extremely noisy while operating. I expected much better quality from Prestige, but this product has been a complete letdown. Not recommended at all.
