Price was cheap. I was sceptical. My cheapness won. I ordered.Received it in a day. Looked decent and compact. Seemed to do the job.Two weeks gone. Motor stops working. I get cussed at home.I am mad. I write negative review. Then look for warranty options.I call customer care. It connects immediately. I am surprised.I rant out my frustration. Lady listens calmly. I am even more surprised.She asks to push red button below unit. I do so. Motors starts running again. I am shocked!She says it got overloaded. I am thankful to her. But mad at my family.She says it’s always a pleasure to be able to help. I am shell shocked!I feel ashamed. I go back online. I delete negative review. I type a good one.You get the gist, right?

And after opening the package I was so happy to see the amazing products, there were no damage or any faults in the products. They are working and looking like new. Thanks.

The product does not run after switching on. I purchased it just 15 days back. I have shared video, invoice, warranty card, product serial number, photos, all the relevant documents with customer care on WhatsApp, phone, email. But no response from them. They keep replying to the email that your number is not reachable, however I don’t see any missed call. No response on WhatsApp or email even after escalation. It’s worst customer service.

The product is good for use for a small family. Quick access and handy. Design and appearance is good. Ideal for low end use. Recommend for use for 1 or 2 person use.

Product alignment issue rises on the first month use and it’s effectively solved by life long service agent. Very good service and support from life long.

I Haved Used Upto 6 month no issue✌️

This mixer is waste of purchase. I can’t grind anything properly, I can’t even grind masala in the mixer. Have to use very small amount of ingredients to make it grind and mixer caps quality is not that good. Writing this review after using it for 1 year. In a year I hardly used it 5-6 times 🙁

Yes it arrived broken but is going to be replaced. Still I got to have a look at the contents, here are the details:-1. There are 2 steel jars with 6 blades and another 2 plastic jars for fruit mix and juices.2. The quality of steel used and plastic is good and the build quality is good. Well planned.Tip: don’t use the fruit jars to grind dry spices because scratches can occur in the plastic jars.3. There are alot of lids . All plastic though good engineering. The lids for steel jars is good with rubber to keep the contents from spilling. Holds the cap in place very well. Other 3 caps are given; one with the blades that fits into both plastic jars ; one with no holes that also fits in both plastic jars and another that has holes in it that fits into both the plastic jars.Didn’t understand it’s use case though.4. The motor is 500w and pretty strong and It was written by the manufacturer that the smell of copper burning would be noticed because it’s varnish would melt though I didn’t get to try the motor because the product was damaged.5. Appearance was good as well . If it’s put in your kitchen then it increases the kitchen vibe you get . I really like the design but they could have used a better plastic for the body . The one I got(which was damaged) was damaged pretty easily. I saw the small pieces of plastic coming off of it .6. Warrenty : Recommended to buy this one but the seller should also list the things covered in the warrenty. They don’t have anything about that written but I hope they do list it. It just puts off some weights off our shoulders.Overall a good package if you want a mixer grinder for Rs. 1399 . (Currently as far as I know it’s the cheapest and best one you can get at this price)

Worthless product please do not buy it.It’s motor is highly noisy.It’s tumblers are not working only after one month.Wastage of money.Amazon please don’t sell worthless product. Otherwise you will loose your customers.Very bad experience.

I am using this since a year, and it is really working well for me. I faced an issue it stopped once, I shoot I email to the service centre the executive called me and simply pressing one button below the mixer it started working again. So really happy with the product and it’s services.

Never buy this product. We have received worst product in amazon till now. The motor of the machine was burned. They repaired it and again same thing happened. Logged a complain and worst response they have givem and saying they will take service charge and the motor of the mixtureprice which is more than the new one..So please don’t use these kind of chinese product.

Started facing issues after 3 months of use. The smaller jar’s lide won’t close maybe because of some fault in the rubber ring. Also, had to get it repaired twice in 2 years.

The media could not be loaded.  This product is just a waste for me where is the cover for this grinder. I have already raised a replacement request but didn’t get any response from them. Also I am not getting any customer support number to contact with them . Every time I click in customer support they are taking me to the produce where there is no option to connect with customer supported team. Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

Writing this review after 6 months.. The mixer started to smell burning after using some months. Since it’s under warranty I called customer service to submit repair request. Almost a week till now didn’t get any response. Whenever I call they says I will be receiving call today but everytime they just give me missed calls only and sent me email that I was not reachable if I say exactly they’re scamming people they will say someone will reach you but no one gonna call you.. Literally waste of time.. Just importing low quality products from China and rebranding in India that’s what they’re doing. Idc about that because most of the india companies doing the same thing but since I give importance to after service I purchased this mixer to check how there after service gonna work but disappointed I came to know that it’s pathetic. I was about to buy there premium product but I was concerned about the quality and service so I give this try by purchasing this mixer and see how it goes and I came to the conclusion they are focusing only on sales not service. I am also using there air fryer I don’t know when this gonna be stop working because it’s already showing issues like taking long time for cooking. I am not gonna call them for service to fix air fryer because I know it’s a waste of time once it’s completely dead I am going to throw it in garbage. Anyway It’s better go for some reputed brands like Philips who offers better service and quality products. Never ever gonna use this brand in my entire life also will inform this same to my friends and family too.
