The media could not be loaded. My previous review was deleted and it helped many of the customers before choosing this mixer grinder.I could not get hold of that review which had posts at every stage of my complaints with proper date and complaint numbers.I’m adding a summary of the product now.The purple handle jar is the first replacement jar received from the service team of Crompton Greaves.Update:The customer service is the worst. I’m facing the same issue the third time after purchase, and even though the complaint was lodged a month ago, the complaint nor been addressed yet neither resolved.Update on 09/01/2021:The complaint hasn’t been resolved yet after more than one and a half months.I’ve not been able to use that jar since then.And the other jars aren’t efficient enough.After purchasing it for more than 6 months,4-5 months I haven’t been able to use it.Update on 15/01/2021:The customer service offered me a completely new mixer grinder, instead of a refund which I was insisting on.I’ve attached the pics of the replacement mixer grinder. The issue is resolved after 49days of hassle.I’ve not even opened the new mixer grinder, and I will sell it off to somebody offline or online.Update on 20/01/2021:Atlast, I’ve sold the mixer grinder offline today.I sold it off for 2000₹, while I purchased it for 2920₹.And I wasn’t able to use it for 2 months properly out of the 6 months.P.S.:-I think this mixer grinder is a disaster and would recommend everyone to go for an alternate brand.Update on 02/04/2021:I’ve purchased Sujata Dynamix Dx Mixer Grinder after a lot of research.It’s better in build quality, grinding and jars are of better quality than this one.No leakage, No dissappointment and No problems at all till now.I think in today’s period, brand names are just for show off as I was dissappointed with reputed brands like Preethi, Crompton Greaves, and even Philip’s which I had used previously around 7-8 years without any problems.You can check my profile for Sujata Dynamix Dx Mixer Grinder’s review in detail for more info.

The media could not be loaded. To be honest I read a lot of reviews before selecting this model. Whatever models I checked in this price range had a few negative reviews with similar complaints- cheap quality, cover doesn’t stay, broken/damaged product received etc. Finally chose this because of the Prestige brand and the marking of Amazon’s choice. Unfortunately, it was a waste of time.I returned it without using so can’t comment about usage experience but this was my experience- first time I opened the box, took out thw spatula and the cover that was placed at the top and immediately decided to order a replacement. They were full of dirt, and looked used.The replacement delivery and pickup of the old package happened at the same time. I opened the new package and then realised the old package also was misaing the user guide cum warranty card! The new package on the other hand looked new but was missing the spatula. Not a big deal for me but the delivery person suggested me to keep the spatula from the old package.I wish I checked the quality of the product first time itself. When I was unpacking the mixer I was surprised how cheap and low quality it can possibly be! But at the end when I lifted the main mixer unit that was the final nail. There was some loose part moving inside it. I’ve attached a video, not sure if the sound can be heard or not. I called Amazon who suggested to use it and try to see if it is working or not as I had 10 days to return. But after deliberation I decided to return it unused. Even if it worked, a moving part near motor is an accident in the making. I was surprised that in the box someone signed the quality checked ok stamp! If this is OK tested quality from Prestige I’ll rather avoid that brand.I read in few reviews people suggesting that companies are making special low quality product to sell online with low price point and standard ones for ofdline sell. I’m starting to believe that and will buy the mixer after physically checking that.However it will be unfair if I don’t mention how helpful Amazon was , they actually insisted me to leave a review so that they can adjust their recommendations and can alao take steps against the seller for delivering below par goods.At the end, I noticed one generic problem with every single mixer I checked even in high range products from Philips/Bosch. At least for the chatney jar and some time for all jars they are leaving exposed screws inside the jars. These ridges will accumulate leftover food particles which will be practically impossible to clean and hence this isn’t hygienic.

This is regarding the amazon order for Prestige Mixer. We had initially raise a concern that the internal alignment of motor in the mixer was not in place and completely out dislocated. But as per sellers instructions, we used it the way it was. Secondly, the juicer jar which was sent along with the mixer – when we first used it according to the instructions- it entirely broke from down though it wasn’t overloaded. We then too let it go. Thirdly, when using the mixer yesterday, the regulator switch is dislocated and not functioning.These are the repeated issues we have faced and feels like damaged or rejected product has been sent over to us. Now this product is of no use to us and we need to purchase another mixer and spend additional.

Mixure body and jar is very light, need to be provide strong.

Just started ussing the mixi. So far so good.August 31, 2024Motor is very powerful. Quality of Jars are very very poor. Medium jar got completely unusable as the internal parts, nut and the washer got loosened thereby the bottom part is hangingfrom. Although they claim 2 year warranty on the product, despite repeated request, no after sale service. Hopeless customer service🙄

The designing of blades in chutneys jar is not efficient, because it left garlic almost as it is. Does not grind garlic.Juicer jar crush evrything ( like orange seeds)that you put in and mix it into juice. Again did not meet the expectations just of designing faults.

Best Product on Cheap Rate

The seller is not good, no reply for the call. The product quality is not good as it’s expected. It’s an import quality but not as it was expected.The sellar didn’t provide the invoice of the product.The delivery charge took from sellar and delivery courier guy also, 140 sar(Saudi Arabian Royal) which was hefty.I didn’t expect the import quality, at this huge price(with delivery charge).Crompton is a good and a name made brand in India. But the export quality is not good.No customer call service. No one is picking the call.Didn’t expect it from the Amazon and Crompton.

I have been using the blender for almost over 2 years now and it have been working perfectly. Although I have faced usual wear tear and occasional parts malfunctions but the company have provided support quickly and with great resolution. They live upto their warranty claims and always provide a prompt response to all queries. I would highly recommend this brand and would purchase all my kitchen needs from them in the future.

I raised a complaint with customer care, but they asked me to visit a service centre instead of providing a proper resolution. Buying electronic items online has become a frustrating experience. Powerfull motor. Working Fine. Two issues for which I dedcuted 1 star. First, I received one pot lid broken. Second, the smallest port is so big that small amount of chutney can’t be grinded. You have to make large amount of chutney for it to work perfectly. No leakage . Doesn’t get heated easily.
