Butterfly Matchless Mixie . I got this product at 4199 INR with one day delivery option.Delivery was on time as I paid extra for instant one day delivery.PROS:1. Mixie look is elegant and stylish with Lighting around the Centre Knob, making it look even cool during its operation.2. The Quality of the Stainless Steel Jar was awesome. Total 4 Jars. 3 Jars are highly beneficial. Juicer Jar is worth mentioning.3. For people of two, can even prepare Dosa/Idly Batter with these Jars. Power of 750 Watt, its highly efficient in its grinding operation.4. Amazon Delivery was awesome.CONS:1. No extra packing apart from the original butterfly cardboard.2.Since paid one day instant delivery, the product was received by a dedicated delivery man, else additional packing should be done by Amazon.

The performance was better when the product was bought. But when it came to 6 months, the features were really messing up. The sound the say is very less but but from the beginning onwards the sound is very annoying. The quality of the mixer grinder is perfectly good, but the performance is not so satisfying. Coming to the speed, in level one there’s a sound like whistling which is so irritating. But the speed of motor is fine and grind things a little bit faster. Material and look is very good but, if the performance also just increases , this can be a better one.But the price is a little higher while comparing with the performance. At last the main defect is just sound and the price and nothing other seems to be a serious issue.

This model is facing a serious manufacturing design flaws….!.1) All of it jars are leaking from upside jar lid….. ( in middle of every jar lid there is a opening to see inside the jar…. This opening is closed by a plastic nest shape lid which does not have any rubber grip around it…. So it is very loose… When we try to use the jar…. Every thing inside the jar will leak through the side of this middle opening lid and spill all over the place……… It’s really a messy situation)2) In case Juice jar….. If we use juice jar without the middle extractor net….. Then the juice will spill all over the place through the bird beak shape drip opening of the juicer jar (opening used to pure juice in glass) and also the upper middle nest shape jar opening lid)3) Blades are not sharp enough.4) only….. small dry grinding jar does not face any problems……. while using it…….!.4) All the jar quality is good (thick and heavy) but the only problem is with its closing lids and blades are not that sharp………. It’s a manufacturing design flaw…… You can’t do nothing…..!. Because of this using………… this jars gives you a messy cleaning…..!.(it will definitely spill all over the places)And beware before buying with “Brandes Brothers ” seller…… Because they send me a used mixer grinder(with lot of scratches all over the places) and also without user’s manual and warranty card…..!.Note : Because of all this issues I return the product to Amazon…. They refunded my money fully…… including the return shipping charges.

We still have a butterfly mixer which is 15 years old. Had to change the base of the jars many times but the machines was good. Due to the Corona scare we had to buy this . The motor looks sleek and colourful. However the flasks are not like before and the lids have got bad in two month. The smallest jar gets very hot and we do not use it at all. Overall the jars are not upto the standard that was before . We request Butterfly to send one small jar and the lids of the other two jars that we have bought. Am completely disappointed with Amazon renewed items because I think no one checks the product why it is returned back…please take care. in this purchase the motor is not working & why it has been delivered to me such a basic check has not been done otherwise mixer jars are fine.

I recently experienced a frustrating setback with my trusty grinder, as the stone grinding mechanism unexpectedly broke. In this review, I’d like to share my experience and thoughts on the matter.The grinder in question had served me well for an extended period, providing a consistent and reliable performance. I had grown accustomed to the fine texture and enhanced flavors it brought to my culinary endeavors. It was an integral part of my cooking routine, and I took great care in maintaining it.However, my grinder stone’s unexpected breakage left me feeling somewhat bewildered and frustrated. The stone, which is vital for grinding herbs, spices, and other ingredients to perfection, had always been sturdy and dependable. This turn of events made me question its durability and longevity.The sudden malfunction was even more frustrating because I was in the middle of preparing a meal when it happened. I had to improvise with an alternative method, which certainly did not yield the same quality of results that I was used to.Upon closer inspection, I realized that the stone was made of a material that was supposed to be strong and durable. However, it had cracked along a line that I believe should have been reinforced better. The design seemed to be lacking in terms of longevity, which was especially disappointing given the initial investment I had made in the grinder.While I understand that all tools have a lifespan, I was hoping for more from my grinder. I had expected it to serve me for many more years before encountering any issues. The unexpected breakage made me question the overall build quality and design choices.In summary, my experience with a broken grinder stone was undoubtedly disappointing. I had grown accustomed to the consistency and quality it provided in my cooking, but the unexpected stone breakage left me with an unfavorable impression. I hope that the manufacturer can improve the stone’s durability and design to prevent similar issues in the future. The performance of this product is very nice . Anyone who is thinking to buy must go for it for sure. The price is also reasonable . I m happy to have this.

I tried to replace my grinder butterfly but not replaced order, this item damaged coconut scraper and centre knob not fixed in the grinder , item defective. I want to replace immediately

The media could not be loaded.  This is the first time I got disappoint from Amazon. I order butterfly mixer grinder and it’s delivered well packed. But while I check the working condition speed mode 2 is not working. I place a call for return and they not replace the order due to my shipping address. I don’t understand the policy, they shoulder delivery the same addressed but they don’t have replacement for the same address. Finnally they are accept to start the refund process for my product.

This is great for the price. Motor and body seems fine but the jars keeps rusting inside. Buttons are good! Doesn’t heat up like others. It’s a good buy overall. Hope they do something about rusting.

I was wondering how a 4 jar mixer would cost so low. This are not the model available in showroom. The build quality is poor. If you compare a model available in showroom. The plastic used is poor, the metal thickness of jar is very thin. The boxing as well.

The quality of the product looks good as expected in this budget. Not much noise as compared to other products. The only drawback that I felt was it’s blade I expects 2 blade but it contains only one except the juicer jar.

I had a product issue and repeatedly raised complaint with the butterfly team but no response for 4months. The product has problems and the after service is so poor.

What a terrific experience buying this mixer online. I bought in March end and it was making super nonsense noise since we bought and keep over heating and turning off even though it says 750w , it was not even closer to 250w. And then it just simply stopped working last week. What a crap product .

Normal grinding is ok but if you are looking for juicer as main requirement, this is not recommended product. Simply waste of purchasing (juicer jar).
