I went with the trust on Bosch brand name and am extremely satisfied with the product. I have been using it daily, sometimes multiple times in a day for past month during lockdown period. The mixer-grinder 1000 watt motor is extremely powerful.I have used it to grind both dry & wet ingredients such asgaram masala, idli/dosa mix, Chana dal paste, Poppy seeds paste,coconut chutney, dry rice and urad dal powder, ginger garlic paste, ice, etc.I regularly blend and make milk shakes, lassis etc and have found it to very fast and convenient.2. Does the job fast within few seconds/minutes depending on the amount and type of ingredients you are working with.3. Body is good looking, sturdy, well balanced and easy to wipe clean.4. The vacuum feet are quite secure and give a true hands free experience.5. Overload protector for added safety helps if you overload the mixer by mistake.6. The jars also are easy to use and quite well-builtJars & Blades1. The jars are metal with removable stainless steel blades.2. Chutney jar blade is fixed.3. When grinding large amount of ingredients the jar can heat up ( not the machine) so give a little rest in between.5. For wet grinding – use cold water to grind – that way the jar will never heat up.6. DO NOT grind hot ingredients. Many people have complained about the rubber gaskets melting – that can only have happened if hot food are being blended or ground. Bring food to room temp and then grind.7. Wash the jar, gasket, jars immediately using a sponge and liquid detergent so that the shine of the jar remains intact.8. Always remove and wash the gasket to avoid unhygienic conditions as food can get under the gaskets.9. In the wet blender remove the flow breaker by sliding it off and wash it separately as food particles can get stuck behind it.10. To remove fine particles when dry grinding don’t use a spoon to avoid scratches to the jar. You can use your hand and a brush ( used for this purpose only).11. This is an expensive piece of equipment – In my house only I & my husband use it. We do not allow children or household help/cooks to use it. This way the machine will not be misused.12. If you mixer does not work – please check the overload protector button on the underside of the machine. Remove some of the ingredients and try again.13. Very sturdy product, live upto its reputation, works smooth as expected. Original product and all accessories were in good condition.Pros:1. Value for money nd ur getting a brand2. 750 wats so good for heavy duty work3. Looks awesome, loved the tall design4. Jars have lockable clips so hands free operation.5. Batter jar have removable mixing facility so good results.Cons:1. Top air vent of lid wont sit prperly while operation. Not a big problem for me though

Pretty noisy but way too powerful so other than the noise you will have nothing to complain about. But then again that much of noise is normal for powerful mixer of this sort I guess . Besides hands down this ought to be the most stylish mixer grinder I have ever seen I guess do premium feel and finish

Superb grinder

It’s a very good product, however it could have done better with sound and quality of plastic used for outer casing. It is definitely good, but for ₹5000+ it could have been even better. It serves the purpose very well. If anyone looking for idly, dosa Or any other batter grinding I recommend this.

I am reviewing this product after thoroughly using it for 9 months. My review will be short, precise and divided into 3 sections, namely : pros, cons & satisfaction levels.My mother and wife take care of the kitchen at our home. They were in dire need of a heavy-duty mixer grinder for quite sometime. In the past 25 years, we have used Havells (3 models), Philips (2 models), Braun (1 model) & Kitchen-Aid (1 model) ; and barring Kitchen-Aid, Braun is the only one still in use. Well somewhat 😊So, you can be rest assured that my family really puts in the weight onto the “Heavy-duty” & sometimes unjustly so. Keeping that in mind, we bought the Bosch Pro 1000w this time around, with the expectation that it should last the way it says it does.Pros :(1) Well Built(2) Solid plastic quality(3) Neat & Clean engineering on the inside : what i mean is that wires are neatly tied, are of apt length and thickness. The motor is also quality-built with thick copper wires, and thick enamel coating on the stator/rotor windings. I can’t explain a lot here, but since i am an electrical engineer, i hope you take my word for it.(4) It has a separate pounder blade which Bosch said would pound masalas (gol mirch, saunf, rice (for dosa), sambhar, turmeric sticks, etc) to dust.And for 8 months straight the machine did the job well. My mother went on to pound sugar too. I cautioned her not to. But she did it anyways. Surprisingly the machine kept on going. Then one fine day, she pounded jaggery dollops into powder as well. And the machine gave up. I have attached the pic of the white plastic groove that became free due to this. Due to Covid-19 lockdown in my district, Bosch took 22 days to replace that white plastic groove.Cons:(1) A ₹30/- groove should be available with the local service guy. It should not be imported from Mumbai. That’s just poor logistics and poorer decision-making skills. Havells product quality is way poorer than Bosch but their service and spare-part availability is exemplary 1-7 days max & your problem is resolved. Philips is the most pathetic at 60 days minimum for anything.(2) “Heavy Duty” was not “Heavy-duty” enough.Customer Satisfaction :Bosch. You guys are good. I will give you that. But you have never met anybody like an Indian Customer. Our households will put your claims to test, and they don’t see things from an engineering point-of-view. They test it to the point-of-failure. Next time you depict an ad saying “my pounder blade can pound sticks and gol mirch and what not”, make sure it can pound stones. If you argue, Indians won’t fight much. They will simply dump your brand.

We were using Preethi Mixer grinder and Ultra till date. Since our requirement was for a powerful machine, we went for this.A very good product. Noise level is little more but considering the fact that it is a 1000 W machine, that is okay. We are using it for almost one month, but no major issues. If you are a south indian, go for it.

We have been using this mixer / grinder since last 10 days and below are our observations so far -Pros:1. The main unit / motor unit build quality is excellent and look wise awesome, its an enhancement to our kitchen2. The vacuum lock features ensures the main unit does not move while in operations – good attention to detail3. Undoubtedly you will feel the 1000 watt power, grinding or pounding is quick and flawless – be it making batter for idly / dosa or preparing garam masala powder or daily use cumin / coriander powder – it works flawlessly4. I feel the price is reasonable too, we have limited option available for 1000 watt range and Hamilton Beach is way too pricy option5. The stone pounding blade is another good accessory which comes in this model – you can create the effect of traditional stone pounded masala which is not fully powder like. Excellent for dry chutney making.6. Active flow breaker attachment in the wet grinding jar is a great feature which comes handy while working on sticky batter which at times leaves vacuum at the bottom – the tool is easily removable and attachable according to your need.7. The chutney jar (smallest one) is able to paste even very small quantity – Bengali families are fond of “posto bata” / poppy seed paste / Khus Khus and usually pasting small quantity of khuskhus is a real pain – this machine even handles such tricky task qith ease – we were impressedCons:1. The plastic lid quality could have been better for a premium model like this2. Pounding blade comes without any coating and usual stainless steel made while the picture in amazon shows black coating on it – there were no mention of it about coating but picture should have been realisticOverall impression – I could not find any better option at this price range and this product meets most of my expectations except few I mentioned above – but I think these can be ignored as it scores 5 out of 5 in most areas. It was a great decision to buy this product and I definitely recommend this product.

Apart from some scratches inside chopper all was good must be from product testing one thing for sure was not a used item all of the bases had one yellow dot in bottom possible some manufacturing thing looked like a stain first but all of them had it apart from that only thing I did not like was all 6 jars base were made of plastic & handle design felt cheap was comfy to hold though but mind you grade a plastic was used base & handle should have been metallic no cheap material on this device I really loved full metal build on main unit body & water leakge proofing in the device liquids will not get logged in the motor touch point what’s more I love this juicer can even make smoothies & shakes & healthy vegetable juices out extremely hard vegetables & fruits word of caution do not use much sticky fruits will be hard to remove from plastic jars steel jars will not face same issue & that’s not all the multipurpose jar let’s you make chutneys, jams & store them using a given lid this is entirely worth it’s price would have given 5 stars if jar base was made of metal at least for steel jars that is. & mind you tha packaging was super secure & top notch no damage wear & tear to the box at all was covered by some very hard material from all edges was delivered super securely by prestige no Amazon packaging though although was not entirely missed prestige paked thier appliance pretty well

Edit: Customer service have replaced the jar under warranty. Satisfied with the service experience.Original review: I have been using it for the past 1.5 years, and for the most part it functions as expected though it is a bit noisy as it is a 750w machine. However, the blade on its chutney jar broke recently( while blending tomatoes). When I contacted the service centre, they told me that blades and jars are not covered in warranty, which is extremely disappointing as the blades and jars seem to be of lower quality compared to the rest of the machine which feels robust and well made. I would recommend going for other brands more suited for Indian kitchen’s needs, otherwise you’ll have to continually spend money on repairs and replacements

Satisfied with the service experience.Original review: I have been using it for the past 1.5 years, and for the most part it functions as expected though it is a bit noisy as it is a 750w machine. However, the blade on its chutney jar broke recently( while blending tomatoes). When I contacted the service centre, they told me that blades and jars are not covered in warranty, which is extremely disappointing as the blades and jars seem to be of lower quality compared to the rest of the machine which feels robust and well made. I would recommend going for other brands more suited for Indian kitchen’s needs, otherwise you’ll have to continually spend money on repairs and replacements

I’m giving five stars because of:* Price: Got a good deal on Amazon for Rs.6650, while the TTK Prestige website itself was quoting Rs. 7700*Usability: It’s 1000W heavy-duty mixer with six jars. The chopper jar is useful for cutting vegetables, and tiny grind & store jar for dry masalas is very convenient. The product gets add additional accessories (measuring cup). The only disadvantage is you need to find place to store 6 jars in the kitchen.*Design: The black and steel design looks neat. Has four vacuum bushes which keep the mixer fixed on the kitchen table.*Warranty: The product comes with 5-year motor warranty and given it’s Prestige brand I think it’s easy to access service centers.*Packaging & Shipping: The packaging was neatly done, had all accessories, and no complaints.

The product came on time. Tested all the parts. The first two jar sizes had the blades little loose. Other than that, all the products are of good quality. The machine is fast in making smoothies or chutneys or powders. The sound level is little high, probably because it is 750watts. If the sound is little lower it would be perfect.Update(after 1+month use): the shape of the jar at the top is difficult when we pour chutney or smoothie out of the jar. If it was even, pouring would be easier. This gives double work of cleaning the jar with spoon or hands after pouring.

It’s a simple 1 minute job for any other mixer grinder, but it’s an impossible task for this to get a smooth batter. There are plenty of urad dal piece after 10 mins grinding.Spent a lot of money on it. So frustrated with it, I feel like throwing it in bin and buy a better one.

It worked ok initially and the delivery was prompt; those were the good bits. In less than 2 years, each of the jars stopped working and now none of them work and the seller will not respond via Amazon. You cannot get it repaired or source replacement jars. I was hesitant at first buying online, for the obvious reason of not being able to see it physically, but could find the same in a store nearby, hence went ahead and placed an order. I am very happy I did so. Bosch stands up its reputation in motor technology. The motor is way more powerful than by earlier brands. The fine grinding comes from the power of motor, not so much the blades ! It grinds chutneys in half the time as a normal 500 watt mixer. Noise level is about the same as a regular mixie. There no vibrations from the base. One con would be lid needs careful cleaning given the design. Overall an efficient addition to the kitchen

locks of the jar are of poor quality, and too noisy while operating. Some of the locks got detached and now not getting refitted to the jar. I was not expecting this kind of product from BOSCH

I’ve been using this for 3 months now.The Really bad:The blender jar has a major flaw. If you use it for blending (I have tried lassi, milkshake, smoothies), liquid spills out from the spout when running. I scheduled a warranty service but the technician told me that this jar is only for juicing and the metal jar is for bending. I concluded that it’s a design flaw which Bosch is unwilling to admit. The metal jar can be used for blending, but its small if you’re blending for 3-4 people. This would have been a dealbreaker if I knew this beforehand as I blend a lot.Bad but manageable:1) The metal jar lids are weirdly shaped and lots of liquid gets stuck in it, so you end up wasting a little bit of whatever you’re making. The lids are also much more messy than a regular dome lid and also a little tougher to clean.2) The small cap in the lid for adding things is really loose. You have to be careful when turning the lid upside down or it falls and breaks.3) Food gets stuck in the flow breaker. It’s also not very intuitive to remove and I have a feeling it will be easily broken by the househelp when cleaning.4) Flow breaker and the pounding blade don’t make a noticeable difference to the end result, and I have completely stopped using them.The Good:1) Great looking and has a small footprint2) Noise levels aren’t bad. A 1000 W motor will definitely be louder than a 400 W one (typical home mixie wattage) but even then it’s not super loud and is very manageable.3) Very, very powerful. Pulverises anything you throw at it instantly.

I’ll update my review after 3 months and 6 months.First impression:All 3 jars are designed with perfection. Grinding time is very less and it grind everything equally and perfectly. There is no “half grinded and half settled in bottom” problems. No need to hold the jar with our tremendous force. They have given 4 locks in all lids. So it holds tightly. The mixer is having a normal noise and it doesn’t irritate. It’s smooth. The knob and the body of the mixer feels premium.Highlight: The batter making process with this mixer and jar is so easy. The flow stopper in the batter jar is just an awesome innovation. The batter comes out so smooth in very less time.

The only concern is that aftersale service you may not get parts but otherwise…it’s a great machine… powerfull, reliable, and practical….it’s expensive…of course it is a bosch ….but my mother is happy after using it daily.

I purchased Bosch Pro 750 W Mixer Grinder on 10.08.2023, with in a warranty period , the crack was propagated in the metal jar and now, its become as a useless. Being an authentic and high-belief BOSCH as well AMAZON have tried to collapse our faith and trait. The supplied Mixer Grinder performance is O.K, however, the supplied jars are not up to the standards of BOSCH. Its a bitter experience and the Customer supports of BOSCH says that needs to pay the new jar for the replacement. If I need to pay, then why should I again to purchase the BOSCH Jar……after six months , this also may be cracked.

The main engine is very good and the jars are ok but not upto the best quality. Sound is ok not bad. One gripe button to close the lid of medium jar is slipping out and so not closing it properly. Tried calling customer service a few times but the call was getting disconnected without connecting to an agent. That’s not what expected from Bosch.

It’s been almost a month we are using this mixture. motor is powerful (just what we wanted) Grinds within 2-3 minutes. Masalas/chutneys become super fine / paste just within few mins on only first number 1 stage. Lid fixes perfectly, no spillage Appearance is also good. Since the size is not so big, it fits perfectly into a small space

Reviewing this Mixer grinder after 2 weeks of use. Bought it especially for the Juicer and Dry grinding.. It is simply exceptional.. It mixes and grinds everything so quickly.. We are using the Blender everyday and the texture of smoothies are so smooth. The juicer also extracts the complete juice without wasting the pulp. We tried dry grinding of rice power in the dry jar and it came out perfect. We also tried the Wet grinding jar for Idli and Dosa batter, the batter was fluffy and smooth.. Lastly, the chutney jar is really handy in grinding chutney and ginger garlic paste in the perfect texture..Please ignore the negative reviews and go for it 😊👍

Jar plastic lids are not good quality. The glass cracked and locks are broken within a year of rare use. I purchased this mixer grinder in 2022. Bosch should give good quality product to survive this kind of products in the market.

Suction caps at base keeps the mixer steady.There are below points that need improvement.1) there is no safety lock feature. The mixer can work without any jar fitted on it.2) the steel jars is bit thinner than expected. Should have been more sturdy steel.3) the plastic jar and plastic cap of all jars is bit fragile. Can crack easily once fell or mishandled. I have seen more stronger plastic materials in other brands.4) the main unit is too big heavy and bulky. Bit difficult to move around.5) mixer noise could have been lesser.

They didn’t warrant properly after some time my utility jar is stuck they told buy new one my warranty is still pending

Satisfied with the product quality

The mini jar of it, is so versatile that I use it to make smoothies, all sorts of chutneys, and grind dry powders finely. Furthermore, its cap is leak-proof to the extent that you can even whirl water in it. The only downside is that it’s quite noisy.

I though brand name being Bosch it will be very strong but within 1 month jug handle is loose, 1 of the 4 suction leg has come off making the blender becoming very unstable when blending. I am quite disappointed with the product. Not to say that it comes with an Indian Plug and not EU or UK plug.

Overall Product is good quality and build. Grinding is very nice.However noise is high due to the speed.Major problem, in chutney jar, due to multiple cut/design. anything you grind, it sticks to jar. Not that easy to clean.small portion is very difficult.
