Very thin doesn’t feel sturdy at all.Power Cord length is very average, Power Cord thickness and Quality is Poor! Very thin cable and very poor Connector.The Button to operate the Mixer seems to be Flimsy and looks like it might break any moment.Product doesnt seem to be assembled well. I doubt this would last very long. But we will just have to use it and try.Overall a very very Average Product. Please do not buy this expecting class Quality. This maybe Branded Prestige but it doesn’t have the “Prestige Quality”

The media could not be loaded. To be honest I read a lot of reviews before selecting this model. Whatever models I checked in this price range had a few negative reviews with similar complaints- cheap quality, cover doesn’t stay, broken/damaged product received etc. Finally chose this because of the Prestige brand and the marking of Amazon’s choice. Unfortunately, it was a waste of time.I returned it without using so can’t comment about usage experience but this was my experience- first time I opened the box, took out thw spatula and the cover that was placed at the top and immediately decided to order a replacement. They were full of dirt, and looked used.The replacement delivery and pickup of the old package happened at the same time. I opened the new package and then realised the old package also was misaing the user guide cum warranty card! The new package on the other hand looked new but was missing the spatula. Not a big deal for me but the delivery person suggested me to keep the spatula from the old package.I wish I checked the quality of the product first time itself. When I was unpacking the mixer I was surprised how cheap and low quality it can possibly be! But at the end when I lifted the main mixer unit that was the final nail. There was some loose part moving inside it. I’ve attached a video, not sure if the sound can be heard or not. I called Amazon who suggested to use it and try to see if it is working or not as I had 10 days to return. But after deliberation I decided to return it unused. Even if it worked, a moving part near motor is an accident in the making. I was surprised that in the box someone signed the quality checked ok stamp! If this is OK tested quality from Prestige I’ll rather avoid that brand.I read in few reviews people suggesting that companies are making special low quality product to sell online with low price point and standard ones for ofdline sell. I’m starting to believe that and will buy the mixer after physically checking that.However it will be unfair if I don’t mention how helpful Amazon was , they actually insisted me to leave a review so that they can adjust their recommendations and can alao take steps against the seller for delivering below par goods.At the end, I noticed one generic problem with every single mixer I checked even in high range products from Philips/Bosch. At least for the chatney jar and some time for all jars they are leaving exposed screws inside the jars. These ridges will accumulate leftover food particles which will be practically impossible to clean and hence this isn’t hygienic.

Every household needs a mixer grinder and this set I think should be considered as this is easy to use and sturdy. This comes with 2 years warranty which is again a good point to invest in. lids of the containers are smooth to open unlike other brands mixer grinder lids which either stucks or comes with weak rubber which never hold the lids and everything gets spilled.Blades are designed to get the desired consistency and does not make noise while grinding.Prestige is anyways a prestigious brand that anyone can blindly rely on. This is regarding the amazon order for Prestige Mixer. We had initially raise a concern that the internal alignment of motor in the mixer was not in place and completely out dislocated. But as per sellers instructions, we used it the way it was. Secondly, the juicer jar which was sent along with the mixer – when we first used it according to the instructions- it entirely broke from down though it wasn’t overloaded. We then too let it go. Thirdly, when using the mixer yesterday, the regulator switch is dislocated and not functioning.These are the repeated issues we have faced and feels like damaged or rejected product has been sent over to us. Now this product is of no use to us and we need to purchase another mixer and spend additional.

I’ve been using the Prestige Iris 750W Mixer Grinder for the past 8 months. While the performance is good, the build quality, particularly the plastic coupler between the mixer grinder and the jars, leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, the coupler broke while I was chopping something on the night of 8th September 2024.I immediately raised a support ticket to claim the 2-year warranty, and a technician visited on 9th September 2024 to replace the coupler. However, I was shocked to find out that they charged me for the plastic coupler replacement, despite it being under warranty. After confirming with customer care, I learned that not all damages are covered by the warranty, which is frustrating as these issues are quite common.To add to my disappointment, I also own a Havells mixer grinder, and their warranty covers similar issues without a problem. Prestige’s use of low-quality materials and their limited warranty coverage is concerning. I would advise anyone considering this product to carefully read the warranty terms before purchasing.In my opinion, you’re better off looking for a brand that offers a more comprehensive warranty and better build quality.

Suction caps at base keeps the mixer steady.There are below points that need improvement.1) there is no safety lock feature. The mixer can work without any jar fitted on it.2) the steel jars is bit thinner than expected. Should have been more sturdy steel.3) the plastic jar and plastic cap of all jars is bit fragile. Can crack easily once fell or mishandled. I have seen more stronger plastic materials in other brands.4) the main unit is too big heavy and bulky. This comes with 2 years warranty which is again a good point to invest in. lids of the containers are smooth to open unlike other brands mixer grinder lids which either stucks or comes with weak rubber which never hold the lids and everything gets spilled.Blades are designed to get the desired consistency and does not make noise while grinding.Prestige is anyways a prestigious brand that anyone can blindly rely on. My mother has almost all utensils, mixer grinder, blender, toaster and sandwich maker from prestige and everything is going just fine; never had any issue with anyone of them.one can invest for this fabulous product in this price range with 2 years of warranty.I highly recommend this.

This is regarding the amazon order for Prestige Mixer. We had initially raise a concern that the internal alignment of motor in the mixer was not in place and completely out dislocated. But as per sellers instructions, we used it the way it was. Secondly, the juicer jar which was sent along with the mixer – when we first used it according to the instructions- it entirely broke from down though it wasn’t overloaded. We then too let it go. Thirdly, when using the mixer yesterday, the regulator switch is dislocated and not functioning.These are the repeated issues we have faced and feels like damaged or rejected product has been sent over to us. Now this product is of no use to us and we need to purchase another mixer and spend additional.

i was sceptical about this mixer grinder by seeing some of the reviews but some people expect outrageously and review so illogically. the mixer grinder is just awesome, very nice product from prestige. better than the Bosch one especially it’s so hectic to Clean the Bosch jars and caps all the nonsense unmindful design. but this prestige is so mindfullly designed and i am very happy with the product. smashed my coconut into fine paste with in no time, very powerful motor. Plz think twice before buying prestige items. The after sales service is pathetic. The lid of my bar broke and it’s been more than 2 months following up to get a lid. No response from anyone. Have contacted service centre, area person, Facebook & twitter but no luck till date.

I’ve been using the Prestige Iris 750W Mixer Grinder for the past 8 months. While the performance is good, the build quality, particularly the plastic coupler between the mixer grinder and the jars, leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, the coupler broke while I was chopping something on the night of 8th September 2024.I immediately raised a support ticket to claim the 2-year warranty, and a technician visited on 9th September 2024 to replace the coupler. However, I was shocked to find out that they charged me for the plastic coupler replacement, despite it being under warranty. After confirming with customer care, I learned that not all damages are covered by the warranty, which is frustrating as these issues are quite common.To add to my disappointment, I also own a Havells mixer grinder, and their warranty covers similar issues without a problem. Prestige’s use of low-quality materials and their limited warranty coverage is concerning. I would advise anyone considering this product to carefully read the warranty terms before purchasing.In my opinion, you’re better off looking for a brand that offers a more comprehensive warranty and better build quality.

The media could not be loaded. Overall from price and usability point the device is good. It does the work as expected. overall device is easy to clean. Suction caps at base keeps the mixer steady.There are below points that need improvement.1) there is no safety lock feature. The mixer can work without any jar fitted on it.2) the steel jars is bit thinner than expected. Should have been more sturdy steel.3) the plastic jar and plastic cap of all jars is bit fragile. Can crack easily once fell or mishandled. I have seen more stronger plastic materials in other brands.4) the main unit is too big heavy and bulky. Bit difficult to move around.5) mixer noise could have been lesser.

Product is good but the mixi grinder is very small. And the jaar base is made of plastic and will break at any time. You need to change the jaar base and the blades are not sharpe. It will not grind immediately. It takes time. It is good for bachelors but for daily purpose I will not suggest this one.

I recently purchased the Prestige Iris 750W mixer grinder(White and Blue) with high hopes, expecting a sturdy build and quiet operation. While it certainly outperforms my previous 500W mixer in terms of speed, I’m quite disappointed with its build quality and the inclusion of the unnecessary steel insert in the juice jar.Performance:- Speed: The mixer is impressively fast, significantly reducing preparation time.- Noise Level: While not completely silent, it’s still manageable.The jars look like they’ve been dropped and the finish isn’t good. I don’t understand why they put that metal thing in the juice jar. It’s not useful.
