Each lid has a small top cap which can be removed to add liquids/materials while grinding/blending.7. Each lid has rubber gaskets. This gives a completely leak proof experience while grinding/blending. These gaskets are very easy to remove and attach.8. All Jars have 4 fibre clasps to close the jars.9. In the blender jar a juicer attachment has been provided – this is the only thing I have not used, hence I cannot review the performance of this attachment.10. Blender can be used without the juicer sieve, and works fine.11. In wet blender a flow-breaker is providedSoundSound is high, but that is to be expected in a powerful 1000 watt machine.Do’s & Don’tI feel if we follow certain guidelines we can best out of the product1. Do not overload2. Do not use for more than a minute without giving a little rest.3. When turning the speed knobs – don’t turn all at once from 0 to max. You will see that it works better if you turn knobs slowly, staying at each speed for a few seconds. Actually for most things low to medium speed is enough. The machine is really powerful.4. When grinding large amount of ingredients the jar can heat up ( not the machine) so give a little rest in between.5. For wet grinding – use cold water to grind – that way the jar will never heat up.6. DO NOT grind hot ingredients. Many people have complained about the rubber gaskets melting – that can only have happened if hot food are being blended or ground. Bring food to room temp and then grind.7. Wash the jar, gasket, jars immediately using a sponge and liquid detergent so that the shine of the jar remains intact.8. Always remove and wash the gasket to avoid unhygienic conditions as food can get under the gaskets.9. In the wet blender remove the flow breaker by sliding it off and wash it separately as food particles can get stuck behind it.10. To remove fine particles when dry grinding don’t use a spoon to avoid scratches to the jar. You can use your hand and a brush ( used for this purpose only).11. This is an expensive piece of equipment – In my house only I & my husband use it. We do not allow children or household help/cooks to use it. This way the machine will not be misused.12. If you mixer does not work – please check the overload protector button on the underside of the machine. Remove some of the ingredients and try again.13. Take care while handling jar lids and lid tops – Although they appear quite well made, I cannot say if they will break when dropped.Pros1. The machine is very powerful and delivers what it promises2. There is no separate guarantee card provided. I had to call Amazon to understand the situation regarding the guarantee card.2. Delivery – The mixer-grinder came in a box but there was no special Styrofoam padding. This was a big minus for me.3. A couple of extra lid clasps should be provided – one of my lid clasps was loose, it is working fine at the moment, but as a backup company should provide these.4. As the jars are pretty large, for smaller amount of products it is a little difficult. I wish the smallest chutney jar was usable for both dry & wet grinding rather than only wet.5. The jars do have screws heads on the inner side – but this is not a big deal – and can be cleaned quite easily.

The size of the mixer is small but the power is great, it can easily be used for making chutneys from peanuts and coconuts also it looks like a sturdy product.It can be used as a portable mixer for camping or for small trips due to its small size and good power.Thanks Amazon for the super fast one day delivery during the lock down period in our state.Cons:-The utensils are not of that good quality while heavy processing the lid comes out, which is extremely annoying.The sound as mentioned by others is also a con but ya its bearable and not that loud.

It is price worthy. Affordable yet the best mixer grinder. I am totally satisfied with the product, design and it’s smooth features. Every household needs a mixer grinder and this set I think should be considered as this is easy to use and sturdy. This comes with 2 years warranty which is again a good point to invest in. lids of the containers are smooth to open unlike other brands mixer grinder lids which either stucks or comes with weak rubber which never hold the lids and everything gets spilled.Blades are designed to get the desired consistency and does not make noise while grinding.Prestige is anyways a prestigious brand that anyone can blindly rely on. My mother has almost all utensils, mixer grinder, blender, toaster and sandwich maker from prestige and everything is going just fine; never had any issue with anyone of them.one can invest for this fabulous product in this price range with 2 years of warranty.I highly recommend this.

This is regarding the amazon order for Prestige Mixer. We had initially raise a concern that the internal alignment of motor in the mixer was not in place and completely out dislocated. But as per sellers instructions, we used it the way it was. Secondly, the juicer jar which was sent along with the mixer – when we first used it according to the instructions- it entirely broke from down though it wasn’t overloaded. We then too let it go. Thirdly, when using the mixer yesterday, the regulator switch is dislocated and not functioning.These are the repeated issues we have faced and feels like damaged or rejected product has been sent over to us. Now this product is of no use to us and we need to purchase another mixer and spend additional.

Yes it arrived broken but is going to be replaced. Still I got to have a look at the contents, here are the details:-1. There are 2 steel jars with 6 blades and another 2 plastic jars for fruit mix and juices.2. The quality of steel used and plastic is good and the build quality is good. Well planned.Tip: don’t use the fruit jars to grind dry spices because scratches can occur in the plastic jars.3. There are alot of lids . All plastic though good engineering. The lids for steel jars is good with rubber to keep the contents from spilling. Holds the cap in place very well. Other 3 caps are given; one with the blades that fits into both plastic jars ; one with no holes that also fits in both plastic jars and another that has holes in it that fits into both the plastic jars.Didn’t understand it’s use case though.4. The motor is 500w and pretty strong and It was written by the manufacturer that the smell of copper burning would be noticed because it’s varnish would melt though I didn’t get to try the motor because the product was damaged.5. Appearance was good as well . If it’s put in your kitchen then it increases the kitchen vibe you get . I really like the design but they could have used a better plastic for the body . The one I got(which was damaged) was damaged pretty easily. I saw the small pieces of plastic coming off of it .6. Warrenty : Recommended to buy this one but the seller should also list the things covered in the warrenty. They don’t have anything about that written but I hope they do list it. It just puts off some weights off our shoulders.Overall a good package if you want a mixer grinder for Rs. 1399 . Ok for the price paid. But it’s too noisy and there is some burnt smell when you run on high speed. Even the bottom is not sturdy.

Product is very good, has very good thermal management. 6 months of use and never happened that it tripped, which many mixture does. Size is very compact, you can keep it in kitchen cupboard also.Light weight, pots are of very good quality, juicer pot is of no use if you try to blend fruits which have seeds in them. 3 modes of speed performance is good.Wire is of decent length and of good quality. The mixer grips the floor really well as it has suction below it.Motor is very powerful, but it makes noise a lot because of high power, so if you can manage it for 5 mins.. I had an issue with my froth blade It’s leaking but I have complained and immediately responded well. They are on whatsapp and continuously monitoring till the new item to reach my house. After opening the sealed package I was surprised to see that they sent a new blade along with one more extra blade with it. customer support were incredibly responsive and very helpful, which really shows how much they care about their customers.Overall, I highly recommend the Cookwell Blender to anyone in the market for a reliable and efficient blender. Its been a month now and I am writing this review . Usually i go for bigger brands like “Preethi” or “Prestige” or “Butterfly”but this time I chose to buy something simpler and cheaper . And my intuition was right , This mixie really does the job and grinds at a faster rate and is smoother as well. Its made up of plastic but if you grind it for a longer time it slightly heats up but not too hot enough . So you can give it a break and grind again . Overall product is reliable , good and worth the cost .Go for it Guys

As a Founder of Kitchen Appliances, I need to be cognizant of my detailed review so as to give a true reflection of the product without being biased.We recently went out of our small 500W home blender blade assembly. Though I’ve a Vitamix Blender, it is just too powerful for my home-chef & support staff to use on a daily basis. Plus as I expect them to take extreme precaution (post-usage cleaning etc) so they requested for a small rough-tough unit for regular usage to escape great after-care.I’ve been out of the kitchen appliances industry after selling out my stakes, so I had to look out for a new blender on Amazon.I bought a diff brand earlier (best seller on the platform) but that product had extreme design & safety flaws. It would pant on a 50-gram dry-spice load. Despite BIS-being applicable on power cord since last few years, the company dis-regarded the compliance, which is a big FIRE hazard. Saving a few buck & risking customer lives. Nah!Finally bought this particular model.1) The fused ring is a great improvement as most of the silicone rings gets entangled into blade assembly. This is great. Also checked no chance for food-debris to get stuck and decay.Appreciate Team-WonderChef.2) The motor is able to reach peak power load as stated. In most cases, it is blending/grinding effortlessly. I test for urad-dal batter, which according to me is a gold-standard for checking load reliability. Passed reasonably-well.3) The motor-coupler is PC material and mates with Nitrile coupler on the blade base, that is a huge improvement. The earlier unit had Nylon, which has a shorter life compared to Nitrile. I’m not sure, if any other company is offering Nitrile, but again appreciate the thought-process of Wonderchef R&D/Engg team4) We used to have bearings based blade assembly which is smooth but demands extreme care. Cant be dish-washed nor can be immersed in water or sink.The current blade assembly is housed in copper housing, The only drawback here is that it is little noisy but the reliability is at least 3 years against 6 months of bearing based.So again I would like to thank Team WonderChef for Indianizing the product in true sense.5) I see the blender comes in diff designs and colors. That’s nice.6) The recipe book is good.Area of improvement:Please launch in a serrated blade. That does help for achieving a silky-smooth smoothie.I believe you brought Nutri-Blend to India. So you’re just not the pioneers but well deserving to be the market leaders in true sense!!

This is probably my 1st review on Amazon. And while the product is good ( I will come to that), this review is being written to commend the prompt customer service for an issue I faced with the product. I have been using the product for more that a year on a daily basis. It really does its job well (as claimed in the product features), is compact (saves counter spaces vs large mixer grinders while doing their job) and I have recommended this product to my family and friends too (all good feedback so far). Within its warranty period, the plastic knob (to turn the mixer on) cracked. I thought, that’s it, I will not get a replacement part and I cant even switch it on without this small piece of plastic! Thankfully I had the good sense to check the warranty and contact Cookwell’s customer service. I thought being a small part of a small appliance, they might shrug off the spare part request. However I was very pleasantly surprised when they shipped a few extra spare knobs to be within the week of the request and even sought follow up feedback if I had received the same and the mixer was working well! I have not seen this dedication in customer service for even large kitchen appliances from well known brands and outlets. Hence the motivation to post my 1st review on Amazon and commend the Cookwell team on a delighting their customer. I hope I continue to see similar customer service response beyond the warranty period and other brands learn a thing from their team.

I bought the Cookwell blender in December 2023, and I’ve been using it regularly for about one and a half years. Overall, it’s been a fantastic product with no major issues. I’ve used it for making shakes, juices, and grinding wet ingredients. Even though some liquid went into the motor base due to my messiness, it still worked smoothly and efficiently.However, around April-May this year, the blender suddenly stopped working — possibly because liquid entered the motor again. I’m not entirely sure about the exact reason. But here’s where the brand really impressed me: the customer support was excellent. Without any hassle or repeated questions, they replaced the entire blender along with a new blade, instead of just repairing it.It’s rare to find such a responsive and helpful service team these days. Got the product and it’s not working. I have the same model mixer previously, since it became old bought a new one. Got a defective product. Tried all the self help and technical helps. Seems the motor is defective.I got to know today that electronics products like these (mixer grinder) are not replaced by Amazon, it will be done by Philips service centre. It’s supposed to be written in the terms and condition section which I did not read while buying ( who does such details). Now it will be a nightmare to get service center guy come home and take the product or replace it or repair it.It would be much better to go to a near buy store and buy Philips products than buying in Amazon. As replacement of defective product Amazon is not responsible. I was not aware else would have never brought the product from Amazon site. Good Learning.Purpose to buy from Amazon was to be hassle free if there are delivery issues, now a defective product is customers responsibility to deal with manufacturer and get things sorted. So sweetly the Amazon service centre guy explained me.
